Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of gout prescriptions, in particular to a medicament for treating gout and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Gout is also called hyperuricemia, has high morbidity, is difficult to cure and has repeated attack, and belongs to metabolic diseases caused by purine metabolic disorder. Gout is mostly generated in middle-aged and elderly people, obese people and brainworkers, and is clinically characterized by hyperuricemia and repeated attack of gouty acute arthritis, tophus deposition, tophaceous chronic arthritis, joint deformity and the like caused by the hyperuricemia, and has the main clinical manifestations of joint red swelling, hot pain, repeated attack and inflexible joint movement. Chronic interstitial nephritis and uric acid renal calculus formation are often caused by kidney involvement. The increase of uric acid in blood can be divided into two categories, primary and secondary. The primary gout is caused by congenital purine metabolic disorder and is hereditary. The secondary gout can be caused by kidney diseases, leukemia, medicines, food and other reasons, and is better to be caused by men and women in menopause. Gout belongs to the category of arthralgia syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. The treatise on blood syndrome: "gout, general disability, pain of limbs, gout of today's name and arthralgia syndrome of ancient times".
The traditional Chinese medicine for treating gout becomes an important aspect of traditional Chinese medicine clinic and scientific research, the traditional Chinese medicine for treating gout shows certain advantages, but the traditional Chinese medicine for treating gout has low effective rate and long treatment period, and causes great psychological burden and physical pain to patients, so that a medicine for treating gout and a preparation method thereof are designed to solve the problems.
