Abstract
The invention discloses a virus killing agent, the active component of which comprises diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate. Is particularly suitable for indoor and outdoor disinfection of livestock farms, veterinary hospitals, livestock transportation tools, breeding environments and the like. The active component of the virus killer is mainly diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate (diethylaminoethyl ethanolamine citrate), and the virus killer is prepared into solution and sprayed in the air to generate water mist, so that various airborne viruses and germs can be killed, and the infection of animal infectious diseases (such as fowl plague and swine plague) is inhibited. The sweet wormwood liquid and the artemisia argyi liquid are further added into the active ingredients, so that the odor of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate can be effectively covered in the process of assisting in sterilizing and disinfecting the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate. By adopting the formula of the virus insecticide, the virus insecticide has better virus killing effect and can reduce the loss caused by the epidemic viruses of the animals in the air in a large range.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a virus killing agent, which is particularly suitable for indoor and outdoor disinfection of livestock farms, veterinary hospitals, livestock transportation tools, breeding environments and the like.
Background
At present, a plurality of disinfectants are available on the market, the disinfectants are mainly used for killing bacteria, and are mostly acidic, the disinfection effect is in direct proportion to the acidity value, namely the lower the pH value of the disinfectants is, the better the disinfection effect is, but the liquid with strong acidity has strong corrosiveness, the virus killing effect is not ideal, because the virus is a parasitic life body in a non-cell form and is attached to protein or fat, the general disinfectants are difficult to kill, the avian influenza, foot and mouth disease and the like are transmitted through the virus, and therefore, the existing disinfectants cannot well play a role in killing the virus.
Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate DA-6 is a high-energy nontoxic plant growth promoter with broad-spectrum and breakthrough effect. It can increase the activity of plant peroxidase and nitrate reductase, increase chlorophyll content, accelerate photosynthesis, promote division and elongation of plant cell, promote root growth and regulate nutrient balance in vivo. However, there is no study on killing animal viruses at present. After the pesticide is sprayed on crops, viruses and disease spots on the crops can be gradually eliminated by only careful observation; after the concentration is increased, the bactericide is used for killing viruses and germs which harm the growth of animals, has a good effect, is a medicament which can be well treated after the animals have epidemic diseases, avoids the loss caused by killing and burying only after the animals have the epidemic diseases, and is safe and environment-friendly.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a virus killing agent which has good virus killing effect, no toxicity, no stimulation and no corrosiveness.
The active component of the virus killing agent comprises diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate.
The virus insecticide is a solution, the solvent is water, and the mass percentage concentration of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate aqueous solution is 5-10%.
The active components of the virus killing agent also comprise sweet wormwood herb liquid and artemisia argyi liquid; the mass ratio of the active ingredients is diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, namely, sweet wormwood liquid, namely, (5-10) Artemisia argyi liquid, (1-3) Artemisia argyi liquid and (1-3).
The sweet wormwood and the mugwort are prepared by respectively drying branches and leaves of the sweet wormwood and the mugwort in the sun, adding water, decocting, and filtering after the decoction is finished to obtain filtrate, namely sweet wormwood liquid or mugwort liquid.
Wherein the mass ratio of the dried sweet wormwood or mugwort to water is (2-4) to 100; the boiling time is 1-3 h.
The solvent of the virus insecticide is a mixed solvent of ethanol and water, wherein: the volume ratio of the ethanol to the water is (5-10) to (90-95).
The mass percentage concentration of the active ingredients in the solvent is 5-10%.
A method of preparing the virus antagonist, comprising the steps of: adding the active ingredients into the solvent, fully stirring, dissolving and uniformly mixing to obtain the virus killing agent.
The virus insecticide is applied to disinfectors of livestock farms, veterinary hospitals, livestock transportation tools and breeding environments.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the active component of the virus killer is mainly diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate (diethylaminoethyl ethanolamine citrate), and the virus killer is prepared into solution and sprayed in the air to generate water mist, so that various airborne viruses and germs can be killed, and the infection of animal infectious diseases (such as fowl plague and swine plague) is inhibited. The sweet wormwood liquid and the artemisia argyi liquid are further added into the active ingredients, so that the odor of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate can be effectively improved and viruses and germs in a certain area can be rapidly killed in the process of assisting the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate in sterilization and disinfection. By adopting the formula of the virus insecticide, the virus insecticide has better virus killing effect and can reduce the loss caused by the epidemic viruses of the animals in the air in a large range.

Detailed Description
Example 1
In this example, the active ingredient of the virus killer is diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, the solvent is water, and the solution is dissolved in water to prepare an aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 8%; and (5) filling for later use.
Example 2
In the embodiment, the active ingredients of the virus insecticide are the combination of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, sweet wormwood liquid and artemisia argyi liquid, and the mass ratio of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate to the artemisia argyi liquid is 6:2: 2; the solvent is a mixed solvent of ethanol and water, and the mixing volume ratio of the ethanol to the water is 10: 90; preparing a solution with the mass percentage concentration of the active ingredients in the solvent being 10 percent; and (5) filling for later use.
Decocting the dried sweet wormwood and water according to the mass ratio of 2:100 for 2 hours, and filtering after the decoction is finished to obtain sweet wormwood liquid; decocting the dried folium Artemisiae Argyi and water at a mass ratio of 3:100 for 1.5h, and filtering after the decoction is finished to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi liquid.
Application example 3
