Abstract

本发明提供了一种端子接头,在安装于绝缘性基板的端子板的螺孔中,旋合端子的螺丝而成,其特点在于,在贯通设于绝缘性基板的贯通孔中,从下面插入端子,并安装端子板,面对贯通孔而设置当端子的螺栓与端子板的螺孔旋合松脱时的端子的止脱装置,该止脱装置由向筒状部内方突出设置的止脱卡止部和向端子的外方突出设置的止脱卡止部所构成,在设于绝缘性基板下面的插入槽中,插入有端子板的弯折片,与该弯折片一体的卡止爪,卡止在设于插入槽的卡止阶梯部上。如此,可提供端子板安装简单、且无需防止端子脱落的后续工序。

Description

端子接头
技术领域
本发明涉及音响设备、电视机等的扬声器端子及电信的输入及输出所用的端子接头。
背景技术
如图4至6所示,现有技术的端子接头通常是4或8连的结构。
图4及5显示4个端子接头结合的例子。在塑料成形加工做成的绝缘性基板10上有4个一体成型的防止电线短路的筒状部11,在筒状部11的两侧设有缺口12,让电线通过,在筒状部11的中心设有上、下贯通的贯通孔13,让端子15的螺栓17进、退,在贯通孔13的周围形成有多个让端子板14嵌入固定用的嵌孔20。
在此结构中,图6所示的端子板14的端子部22的前端部分,在绝缘性基板10的筒状部11里,从上而下被插入这些嵌孔20中的最大嵌孔,端子部22伸到绝缘性基板10之下,端子板14的压入止脱片21被插入剩下的嵌孔20而予以固定。端子部22有如图6的实线所示那样较长的和如图6的虚线所示那样较短的,且分别相邻地装在绝缘性基板10上。
端子板14装入后,端子15被旋入端子板14。此时,端子15的螺栓17被旋入端子板14的螺孔16(图4及5显示的是端子15的螺栓17的前端在稍后被压扁的状态)。
在端子15的凸缘部18旋入到紧贴在端子板14的上面的状态下,把螺栓17的前端压扁而形成止脱膨胀部31。
在组合绝缘性基板10、端子板14及端子15后,在形成止脱膨胀部31的状态下,转动端子15的握部19而予以放松,把电线32从缺口12插到端子板14与端子15之间,从而如图4左方那样将握部19电气连接。
若松脱端子15的握部19且端部凸出到如图4的右方所示的位置时,止脱膨胀部31就防止螺栓17从螺孔16脱离。
还能把香蕉状接头从端子15上端的插头插入口26插入插头连接部23而与其连接。
上述的现有技术的端子接头有下列问题。
1.欲组合端子板14与绝缘性基板10时,端子板14的端子部22的前端,须从绝缘性基板10的筒状部11的内部上面与曲部33的曲线配合插入,所以,此种组合工序自动化困难。特别是,欲组合如图4所示的端子与印刷电路板34时,因这些端子部22的长度及曲部33的曲率不同,使组合工序的自动化更困难。
2.使端子15的螺栓17的前端变形而形成止脱膨胀部31的工序不能先制成零件,须在绝缘性基板10上装入端子板14与端子15,而且要使螺栓17部分突出到最下端。因此,转动所有的端子15的握部19并旋入螺栓17而成为完全紧固后的变形作业,直到装配结束,需花费时间,变形工序时已装入夹具装置的端子部22和绝缘性基板10的突起物等成为障碍,使作业更困难。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种端子接头,在安装于绝缘性基板的端子板的螺孔中,旋合端子的螺丝而成,其特点在于,在贯通设于绝缘性基板的贯通孔中,从下面插入端子,并安装端子板,面对贯通孔而设置当端子的螺栓与端子板的螺孔旋合松脱时的端子的止脱装置,该止脱装置由向筒状部内方突出设置的止脱卡止部和向端子的外方突出设置的止脱卡止部所构成,在设于绝缘性基板下面的插入槽中,插入有端子板的弯折片,与该弯折片一体的卡止爪,卡止在设于插入槽的卡止阶梯部上。
较佳地,从端子的中间的凸缘部向一端部方向延伸设置螺栓和直径小于螺栓的直径缩小部,从凸缘部向另一端部方向设置插头连接部,该插头连接部的外周由带有插头插入口的握部加以被覆,在端子的螺栓和端子板的螺孔的旋合松脱而端子与止脱装置卡止的状态下,该直径缩小部滑动嵌合在螺孔中。
由于本发明是在贯通设于绝缘性基板的贯通孔中,从下面插入端子同时安装端子板,面对贯通孔而设置当端子的螺栓与端子板的螺孔旋合松脱时的端子的止脱装置,因此,不需要对现有技术那样的端子的螺栓的前端予以变形以形成止脱膨胀部的工序,此外,仅把端子、端子板嵌入绝缘性基板,就可自动装配,迅速装配,且作业性优异。
止脱装置是由向筒状部的内方突出设置的止脱卡止部与向端子的外方突出设置的止脱卡止部所组成,可利用由该端子接头连接的电线的短路防止用的筒状部构成止脱装置,绝缘性基板的成型加工简单,且能可靠地止脱。
将端子板的弯折片插入绝缘性基板的下面的插入槽,与弯折片一体成型的止脱爪被卡止在插入槽的卡止阶梯部中,因此,只要把端子板的弯折片装在绝缘性基板上,将端子板的弯折片压入绝缘性基板的插入槽即可,端子板的插入工序能简单地被自动化。
由于从端子的中间凸缘部向一端部方向延伸设置螺栓和直径小于螺栓的直径缩小部,从凸缘部向另一端部方向设置插头连接部,在插头连接部的外周用带有插头插入口的握部包住,在端子的螺栓从端子板的螺孔脱离而使端子与止脱装置卡止的状态下,直径缩小部滑动嵌合在螺孔中,当直径缩小部在螺孔里空转时,直径缩小部始终滑动嵌合在螺孔中,再紧固握部时,直径缩小部在螺孔内被导向而顺利地与螺孔再旋合。

具体实施方式
现参考图1至3说明本发明的端子接头的一实施例。对于与现有例子的图4及6相同的部分标上相同的符号。
图1中,在绝缘性基板10的上面(后述的端子15的握部突出侧)上设有四个一体成型的筒状部11,在每个筒状部11的两侧设有缺口12,能让电线通过。在筒状部11的上端部内侧一体突出地形成有止脱卡止部38,与后述的止脱卡止部39构成本发明的止脱装置。筒状部11的内直径是不变的,从下面(后述端子板14的端子部22突出侧)可插入后述端子15的贯通孔43贯通于绝缘性基板10。
在贯通孔43的外周分别形成有多个插入槽40,用来嵌入固定端子板14的弯折片35。在该插入槽40内部向外方形成有止脱端部41,用来卡止端子板14的止脱爪36。
端子15有插头连接部23、凸缘部18及螺栓17,它们都是用导电金属通过冷锻等而形成,用塑料等绝缘材料做成的握部19包住插头连接部23及凸缘部18,握部19的直径比止脱卡止部38的直径略小,以可从绝缘性基板10的下面嵌合,在握部19的下端部一体形成有止脱卡止部39,止脱卡止部39的直径小于贯通孔43的直径但大于止脱卡止部38的直径而向外方突出。另外,如在图1的左方的端子15,在构成端子15的螺栓17的下端部形成有直径缩小部42,当端子15的螺栓17松动而使止脱卡止部39与止脱卡止部38卡合时,螺栓17脱出螺孔16而使它空转。
图2所示的端子板14是由导电的金属板做成,使圆板部分的中央稍向上方凸出而做成接触凸部37,使其中心部向下凸出成筒状并在内侧形成螺孔16,将所述圆板部分的左、右下方折弯成弯折片35,每一弯折片35的左右两端各形成向外翻的止脱爪36,将一个弯折片35折弯成L字形而形成端子部22。
以下说明装配顺序。
起初,使绝缘性基板10的底面向上,把端子15朝下方从握部19侧插入绝缘性基板10的贯通孔43中。这样,端子15的螺栓17向上嵌入,握部19的止脱卡止部38与筒状部11的止脱卡止部39卡止。
接着,同样使端子板14的底面向上,把弯折片35插入在插入槽40中,并把圆板部分嵌入贯通孔43内。由于直径缩小部42的直径小于螺孔16的直径,所以,直径缩小部42能进入端子板14。当进一步压入端子板14时,弯折片35的止脱爪36因插入槽40而克服弹性被缩小,但再压入端子板14而使圆板部分与阶梯部44接触时止脱爪36到达卡止阶梯部41而回复成原来状态并进行卡止。此时,此时端子板14的端子部22也卡合在贯通孔43周围的插入槽40中而成为突出于绝缘性基板10端部的状态,装配完成。
如此装配后,使绝缘性基板10向上并转动握部19使螺栓17旋入螺孔16中而连接电线32。另外,若逆转握部19而解除螺栓17与螺孔16的旋合状态,则直径缩小部42空转,止脱卡止部39卡住止脱卡止部38。此外,直径缩小部42在螺孔16内为空转状态时,由于直径缩小部42始终滑动嵌合在螺孔16内,因此,当再紧固握部19时,直径缩小部42在螺孔16内被导向而顺利地与螺孔16再结合。

Claims (2)

1.一种端子接头,在安装于绝缘性基板(10)的端子板(14)的螺孔(16)中,旋合端子(15)的螺丝(17)而成,其特征在于,在贯通设于所述绝缘性基板(10)的贯通孔(43)中,从下面插入所述端子(15),并安装所述端子板(14),面对所述贯通孔(43)而设置当端子(15)的螺栓(17)与所述端子板(14)的螺孔(16)旋合松脱时的端子(15)的止脱装置,该止脱装置由向筒状部(11)内方突出设置的止脱卡止部(38)和向端子(15)的外方突出设置的止脱卡止部(39)所构成,在设于绝缘性基板(10)下面的插入槽(40)中,插入有端子板(14)的弯折片(35),与该弯折片(35)一体的卡止爪(36),卡止在设于所述插入槽(40)的卡止阶梯部(41)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的端子接头,其特征在于,从端子(15)的中间的凸缘部(18)向一端部方向延伸设置螺栓(17)和直径小于螺栓(17)的直径缩小部(42),从所述凸缘部(18)向另一端部方向设置插头连接部(23),该插头连接部(23)的外周由带有插头插入口(26)的握部(19)加以被覆,在所述端子(15)的螺栓(17)和所述端子板(14)的螺孔(16)的旋合松脱而端子(15)与止脱装置卡止的状态下,所述直径缩小部(42)滑动嵌合在螺孔(16)中。
