Abstract

本发明公开了一种电子产品用抗静电膜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:将所述聚氨酯树脂100份、聚乙烯醇40‑60份、辛基硫酸钠2~4份、N‑乙基‑N‑(3‑磺丙基)‑3‑甲基苯胺钠盐1~3份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯8~12份、正丁醇40~60份、醋酸异丁酯20~30份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.5~1份、三亚乙基四胺0.3~0.8份、硅烷类偶合剂0.5~1.5份、抗氧化剂0.6~2份、流平剂0.4~1份混合,搅拌均匀后,得到涂覆液;步骤二、将步骤一获得的涂覆液均匀涂覆于所述基材层(1)上,烘烤干燥获得所述抗静电膜。本发明既提高了抗静电性能,也使得抗静电膜在环境湿度影变化较大的情况下,表面电阻变化几乎很小,防静电性能稳定,从而适合复杂电子产品工艺流程合气候。

电子产品用抗静电膜的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明属于保护膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电膜的制备工艺。
背景技术
电子装置需要更加轻薄短小的需求下,电气操作的功率密度更需要不断提高,这些电子产品的应用场合一般都有防静电的要求,因为静电的存在不仅是产品表面容易吸附灰尘,更加影响线路的精准度,或导致电子产品加工过程中线路击穿,使产品失效。因此,有必要对保护膜做静电防护处理。
现有抗静电膜受环境湿度影响较大,防静电性能不稳定,从而由于贴覆抗静电膜的电子产品在工艺流程或使用环境等,其湿度变化区间较大,给产品带来了不确定的风险。因此,如何开发一种受环境湿度影响小,防静电性能稳定的抗静电膜,成为本领域技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种电子产品用抗静电膜的制备工艺,该制备工艺获得的抗静电膜既提高了抗静电性能,也使得抗静电膜在环境湿度影变化较大的情况下,表面电阻变化几乎很小,防静电性能稳定,从而适合复杂电子产品工艺流程合气候,大大降低了电子产品损伤的几率。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抗静电膜的制备工艺,所述抗静电膜包括基材层和位于基材层表面的抗静电涂层,所述抗静电涂层由涂覆液烘干获得,此涂覆液由以下组分组成:聚氨酯树脂、聚乙烯醇、辛基硫酸钠、N-乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-3-甲基苯胺钠盐、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、正丁醇、醋酸异丁酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、三亚乙基四胺、硅烷类偶合剂、抗氧化剂、流平剂;
所述制备工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将所述聚氨酯树脂100份、聚乙烯醇40-60份、辛基硫酸钠2~4份、N-乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-3-甲基苯胺钠盐1~3份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯8~12份、正丁醇40~60份、醋酸异丁酯20~30份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.5~1份、三亚乙基四胺0.3~0.8份、硅烷类偶合剂0.5~1.5份、抗氧化剂0.6~2份、流平剂0.4~1份混合,搅拌均匀后,得到涂覆液;
步骤二、将步骤一获得的涂覆液均匀涂覆于所述基材层上,烘烤干燥获得所述抗静电膜。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述抗氧化剂选自抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1024、抗氧剂2246中的一种。
2. 上述方案中,所述流平剂选自流平剂440、流平剂DC57、流平剂DC3中的一种。
3. 上述方案中,所述基材层为PET层、TPU层、PAR层、CPP层、PVC层、SEPS层和SEBS层中的一种。
4. 上述方案中,所述基材层的厚度为40~100μm。
5. 上述方案中,所述第一抗静电涂层和第二抗静电涂层厚度均为3~10μm。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明电子产品用抗静电膜的制备工艺,其通过添加辛基硫酸钠、N-乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-3-甲基苯胺钠盐和蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,既提高了抗静电性能,也使得抗静电膜在环境湿度影变化较大的情况下,表面电阻变化几乎很小,防静电性能稳定,从而适合复杂电子产品工艺流程合气候,大大降低了电子产品损伤的几率。

实施例1~4:一种电子产品用抗静电膜的制备工艺,所述抗静电膜包括基材层1和位于基材层1表面的抗静电涂层2;
所述抗静电涂层2由涂覆液烘干获得,此涂覆液由以下组分组成,如表1所示:

实施例1中抗氧化剂选自抗氧剂1010,上述流平剂选自流平剂440,上述基材层1为PET层,上述基材层1的厚度为50μm,上述第一抗静电涂层2和第二抗静电涂层3厚度均为6μm。
实施例2中抗氧化剂选自抗氧剂1024,上述流平剂选自流平剂DC57,上述基材层1为TPU层,上述基材层1的厚度为50μm,上述第一抗静电涂层2和第二抗静电涂层3厚度均为6μm。
实施例3中抗氧化剂选自抗氧剂2246,上述流平剂选自流平剂DC3,上述基材层1为CPP层,上述基材层1的厚度为50μm,上述第一抗静电涂层2和第二抗静电涂层3厚度均为6μm。
实施例4中抗氧化剂选自抗氧剂2246,上述流平剂选自流平剂440,上述基材层1为PVC层,上述基材层1的厚度为50μm,上述第一抗静电涂层2和第二抗静电涂层3厚度均为6μm。
对比例1~2:一种抗静电膜,包括基材层和位于基材层表面的抗静电涂层;所述抗静电涂层由涂覆液烘干获得,此涂覆液由以下重量份组分组成,如表2所示:

上述实施例1~4和对比例1~2制得的抗静电膜的性能如表3所示:

表面阻抗采用表面阻抗测试仪器SRM-110,对各实施例和对比例的抗静电膜的抗静电层进行测试。
如表3的评价结果所示,实施例制备工艺获得的抗静电膜抗静电性能优良,在环境湿度影变化较大的情况下,表面电阻变化几乎不变化,而对比例1抗静电效果相对差,对比例2表面电阻随着湿度变化,波动大;可知,本发明既提高了抗静电性能,也使得抗静电膜在环境湿度影变化较大的情况下,表面电阻变化几乎很小,防静电性能稳定,从而适合复杂电子产品工艺流程合气候,大大降低了电子产品损伤的几率。

Claims (6)

1. 一种电子产品用抗静电膜的制备工艺,其特征在于: 所述抗静电膜包括基材层(1)和位于基材层(1)表面的抗静电涂层(2),所述抗静电涂层(2)由涂覆液烘干获得,此涂覆液由以下组分组成:聚氨酯树脂、聚乙烯醇、辛基硫酸钠、N-乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-3-甲基苯胺钠盐、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、正丁醇、醋酸异丁酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、三亚乙基四胺、硅烷类偶合剂、抗氧化剂、流平剂;
所述制备工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将所述聚氨酯树脂100份、聚乙烯醇40-60份、辛基硫酸钠2~4份、N-乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)-3-甲基苯胺钠盐1~3份、对苯二甲酸二辛酯8~12份、正丁醇40~60份、醋酸异丁酯20~30份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.5~1份、三亚乙基四胺0.3~0.8份、硅烷类偶合剂0.5~1.5份、抗氧化剂0.6~2份、流平剂0.4~1份混合,搅拌均匀后,得到涂覆液;
步骤二、将步骤一获得的涂覆液均匀涂覆于所述基材层(1)上,烘烤干燥获得所述抗静电膜。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的抗静电膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述基材层(1)的厚度为40~100μm。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的抗静电膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述第一抗静电涂层(2)和第二抗静电涂层(3)厚度均为3~10μm。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的抗静电膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述流平剂选自流平剂440、流平剂DC57、流平剂DC3中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的抗静电膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述基材层(1)为PET层、TPU层、PAR层、CPP层、PVC层、SEPS层和SEBS层中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的抗静电膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂选自抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1024、抗氧剂2246中的一种。
