本发明涉及一种保护贴膜,特别涉及一种电子产品用保护贴膜。
背景技术
玻璃、金属板材、塑料板材以及电子产品等产品在搬运和使用过程中,其表面容易受到接触性污染或磨痕划伤,通常采用保护膜覆盖在其表面使之免受损伤和污染。保护膜一般由基材层和涂覆在该基材层上的胶粘剂层构成,传统的保护膜,采用普通聚酷薄膜作为基材层,由于聚酷薄膜是高分子聚合物,其介电常数小,属于非导体,绝缘性能较高,因此,静电的产生是不能避免的。当传统的保护膜应用于电子行业时,容易吸附灰尘和杂质,甚至产生静电引起严重损失。
发明内容
本发明提供一种电子产品用保护贴膜,该电子产品用保护贴膜使得压敏胶涂层面雾度效果好,使得胶面达到低反光效果;且提高了与离型剂涂层接触的雾面涂层表面粗糙度均匀性,解决离型纸的淋膜层与离型剂涂层结合力不稳定的技术问题,有利于剥离以及避免残留压敏胶和将离型剂残留于压敏胶层上。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种电子产品用保护贴膜,包括一基材层,此基材层下表面依此涂覆有抗静电涂层、压敏胶涂层和雾面离型膜,所述雾面离型膜从上往下依次由聚酯薄膜层、雾面涂层和离型剂涂层层叠构成,所述雾面涂层朝向离型剂涂层表面具有若干个凸起部;所述雾面离型膜制备工艺主要由下列步骤组成:
第一步:在聚酯薄膜层上涂覆一层厚度为0.2~2微米的雾面涂层剂,该雾面涂层剂进一步通过以下工艺获得:
步骤1. 将0.3~1份纳米SiO2粉体、0.2~0.6份纳米Al2O3粉体和0.3~1份硅烷偶联剂加入8~10份甲苯中进行超声波处理获得预分散液;
步骤2. 将100份乙烯基硅氧烷、0.3~1份含氢硅氧烷加入120~150份丁酮中进行机械搅拌获得聚合物溶液;
步骤3. 将步骤1的预分散液、步骤2的聚合物溶液混合并依次进行机械搅拌和超声波搅拌,从而获得调制后的聚合物溶液;
步骤4. 在所述调制后的聚合物溶液加入0.2~0.5份铂金并依次进行机械搅拌和超声波搅拌获得所述雾面离型溶剂;
第二步:将离型纸的雾面涂层剂通过烘烤进行聚合反应得到雾面涂层;
第三步:在所述雾面涂层的表面涂覆一层离型剂涂层。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述纳米SiO2粉体的直径范围为10~15nm,所述纳米Al2O3粉体的直径范围为25~35nm。
2. 上述方案中,所述聚酯薄膜层为聚丙烯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜或者聚氯乙烯薄膜。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
本发明电子产品用保护贴膜,通过首先对基材层表面底涂硅烷系抗静电剂涂层,然后涂布胶粘剂,不仅可以增加胶粘剂与基材层之间的粘着力,而且赋予胶粘剂胶面良好的防静电效果,且其特定直径的纳米SiO2粉体、纳米Al2O3粉体在溶剂下与硅烷偶联剂经超声波共同作用,且机械搅拌和超声波搅拌组合,有利于纳米SiO2粉体、Al2O3粉体呈均匀分布,特定的聚合物溶液和预分散液采用不同的溶剂,降低纳米SiO2粉体、Al2O3颗粒的表面能,进一步利于粉体颗粒在溶剂中的分散,提高了与离型剂涂层接触的雾面涂层表面粗糙度均匀性,解决离型纸的淋膜层与离型剂涂层结合力不稳定的技术问题,有利于剥离以及避免残留压敏胶和将离型剂残留于压敏胶层上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1~5:一种电子产品用保护贴膜,包括一基材层1,此基材层1下表面依此涂覆有抗静电涂层2、压敏胶涂层3和雾面离型膜4,所述雾面离型膜4从上往下依次由聚酯薄膜层5、雾面涂层6和离型剂涂层7层叠构成,所述雾面涂层6朝向离型剂涂层7表面具有若干个凸起部8;所述雾面离型膜制备工艺主要由下列步骤组成:
第一步:在聚酯薄膜层1上涂覆一层厚度为0.2~2微米的雾面涂层剂,该雾面涂层剂进一步通过以下工艺获得:
步骤1. 将0.3~1份纳米SiO2粉体、0.2~0.6份纳米Al2O3粉体和0.3~1份硅烷偶联剂加入8~10份甲苯中进行超声波处理获得预分散液;
步骤2. 将100份乙烯基硅氧烷、0.3~1份含氢硅氧烷加入120~150份丁酮中进行机械搅拌获得聚合物溶液;
步骤3. 将步骤1的预分散液、步骤2的聚合物溶液混合并依次进行机械搅拌和超声波搅拌,从而获得调制后的聚合物溶液;
步骤4. 在所述调制后的聚合物溶液加入0.2~0.5份铂金并依次进行机械搅拌和超声波搅拌获得所述雾面离型溶剂;
实施例1~5雾面涂层各组分重量份含量见表1。

第二步:将离型纸的雾面涂层剂通过烘烤进行聚合反应得到雾面涂层;
第三步:在所述雾面涂层的表面涂覆一层离型剂涂层。
上述纳米SiO2粉体的直径范围为12nm,所述纳米Al2O3粉体的直径范围为30nm。
上述实施例1中聚酯薄膜层1为聚丙烯薄膜,实施例2中聚酯薄膜层1为聚乙烯薄膜,实施例3中聚酯薄膜层1为聚氯乙烯薄膜,实施例4中聚酯薄膜层1为聚乙烯薄膜,实施例5中聚酯薄膜层1为聚氯乙烯薄膜。

Claims (1)

1.一种电子产品用保护贴膜,其特征在于:包括一基材层(1),此基材层(1)下表面依次涂覆有抗静电涂层(2)、压敏胶涂层(3)和雾面离型膜(4),所述雾面离型膜(4)从上往下依次由聚酯薄膜层(5)、雾面涂层(6)和离型剂涂层(7)层叠构成,所述雾面涂层(6)朝向离型剂涂层(7)表面具有若干个凸起部(8);所述雾面离型膜制备工艺主要由下列步骤组成:
第一步:在聚酯薄膜层上涂覆一层厚度为0.2~2微米的雾面涂层剂,该雾面涂层剂进一步通过以下工艺获得:
步骤1. 将0.3~1份纳米SiO2粉体、0.2~0.6份纳米Al2O3粉体和0.3~1份硅烷偶联剂加入8~10份甲苯中进行超声波处理获得预分散液;
步骤2. 将100份乙烯基硅氧烷、0.3~1份含氢硅氧烷加入120~150份丁酮中进行机械搅拌获得聚合物溶液;
步骤3. 将步骤1的预分散液、步骤2的聚合物溶液混合并依次进行机械搅拌和超声波搅拌,从而获得调制后的聚合物溶液;
步骤4. 在所述调制后的聚合物溶液加入0.2~0.5份铂金并依次进行机械搅拌和超声波搅拌获得雾面离型溶剂;
第二步:将位于聚酯薄膜层的雾面涂层剂通过烘烤进行聚合反应得到雾面涂层;
第三步:在所述雾面涂层的表面涂覆一层离型剂涂层。
