Abstract
本发明涉及一种防刮花防静电保护膜,包括一基材层,在基材层的下表面涂有一层胶粘剂层,所述的胶粘剂层的下表面覆盖一层离型层,所述的胶粘剂层均匀内设置有防静电颗粒,所述的基材层的上表面涂有含氟保护层。本发明通过在该胶层中设置防静电颗粒来改变了以往防静电保护膜的产品结构,既可以满足保护膜的防静电要求,又可以减少防静电效果不均匀的问题,有效地提高了产品的质量,同时提高了产品加工效率,还通过涂抹防刮花涂层来保证保护膜不容易被刮花,提高使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜领域,特别是涉及一种防刮花防静电保护膜。
背景技术
电子电器产品在在搬运或在生产使用过程中,其表面容易受到接触性污染或磨痕划伤,通常采用保护膜覆盖在其表面使之免受损伤和污染。电子行业应用保护膜由于对保护膜洁净度以及静电环境的高度要求,需要保护膜具有防静电性能,但由于传统生产防静电保护膜工艺是将防静电剂先涂布于基膜上,然后再涂布压敏胶,这样的生产工艺复杂,且由于防静电剂涂布层薄,易产生防静电效果不均匀等不良现象,影响保护膜的产品质量。
另外,现有的保护膜的表面比较软,容易被刮花,使用寿命不长,经常需要更换,造成浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防刮花防静电保护膜,通过在该胶层中设置防静电颗粒来改变了以往防静电保护膜的产品结构,既可以满足保护膜的防静电要求,又可以减少防静电效果不均匀的问题,有效地提高了产品的质量,同时提高了产品加工效率,还通过涂抹防刮花涂层来保证保护膜不容易被刮花,提高使用寿命。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种防刮花防静电保护膜,包括一基材层,在基材层的下表面涂有一层胶粘剂层,所述的胶粘剂层的下表面覆盖一层离型层,所述的胶粘剂层均匀内设置有防静电颗粒,所述的基材层的上表面涂有含氟保护层。
进一步的,所述的基材层为塑料薄膜。
作为优选,所述的含氟保护层采用特氟龙涂料涂抹形成。
进一步的,所述塑料薄膜可以根据使用要求选用聚酯薄膜或者聚碳酸酯薄膜或者尼龙薄膜或者聚乙烯薄膜或者聚氯乙烯薄膜。
进一步的,所述防静电颗粒可选用聚磺酸类,颗粒粒径为2微米到10微米之间。
进一步的,所述的胶粘剂层的厚度为8-15μm。
进一步的,所述的含氟保护层的厚度为2-5μm。
有益效果:本发明涉及一种防刮花防静电保护膜,通过在该胶层中设置防静电颗粒来改变了以往防静电保护膜的产品结构,既可以满足保护膜的防静电要求,又可以减少防静电效果不均匀的问题,有效地提高了产品的质量,同时提高了产品加工效率,还通过涂抹防刮花涂层来保证保护膜不容易被刮花,提高使用寿命。

如图1所示,本发明的实施方式涉及本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种防刮花防静电保护膜,包括一基材层2,在基材层2的下表面涂有一层胶粘剂层3,所述的胶粘剂层3的下表面覆盖一层离型层4,所述的胶粘剂层2均匀内设置有防静电颗粒5,所述的基材层2的上表面涂有含氟保护层1。
作为优选,所述的基材层2为塑料薄膜,所述塑料薄膜1可以根据使用要求选用聚酯薄膜或者聚碳酸酯薄膜或者尼龙薄膜或者聚乙烯薄膜或者聚氯乙烯薄膜。
作为另一种优选,所述的含氟保护层1采用特氟龙涂料涂抹形成。
作为具体的选择,所述防静电颗粒5可选用聚磺酸类,颗粒粒径为2微米到10微米之间。
其中,所述的胶粘剂层3的厚度为8-15μm,所述的含氟保护层1的厚度为2-5μm。

1.一种防刮花防静电保护膜,其特征在于:包括一基材层(2),在基材层(2)的下表面涂有一层胶粘剂层(3),所述的胶粘剂层(3)的下表面覆盖一层离型层(4),所述的胶粘剂层(2)均匀内设置有防静电颗粒(5),所述的基材层(2)的上表面涂有含氟保护层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防刮花防静电保护膜,其特征在于:所述的基材层(2)为塑料薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防刮花防静电保护膜,其特征在于:所述的含氟保护层(1)采用特氟龙涂料涂抹形成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防刮花防静电保护膜,其特征在于:所述塑料薄膜(1)可以根据使用要求选用聚酯薄膜或者聚碳酸酯薄膜或者尼龙薄膜或者聚乙烯薄膜或者聚氯乙烯薄膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防刮花防静电保护膜,其特征在于:所述防静电颗粒(5)可选用聚磺酸类,颗粒粒径为2微米到10微米之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防刮花防静电保护膜,其特征在于:所述的胶粘剂层(3)的厚度为8-15μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防刮花防静电保护膜,其特征在于:所述的含氟保护层(1)的厚度为2-5μm。
