1.一种药食同源能提升免疫力的八珍玉兰糕及其数据溯源方法,包括营养成分溯源、生产过程溯源、原材料供应溯源,其主要特征在于:
首先:在原有传统糕点原材料的基础之上增加了特定份量的营养材料茯苓、芡实、薏米、淮山药、莲子肉,米粉、中药提取物、玉兰花提取物,使其产生能有效提高改善免疫力的功效。
其次:能让消费者通过区块链溯源数据防篡改技术真切了解产品所含成分、用量及药食同源的具体功效,健康预防指引。
再次:原材料的供应地、材料品质、生产过程、进行追踪溯源的同时能有效在供应及生产过程中全程进行品质管控,产生节点效应。
