背景技术
运动可提高人身体的代谢,加快脂肪的燃烧,有助于身心健康,而在运动时大多数人选择穿运动服,可对身体起到一定的保护作用,大多数运动服具有透气、有弹性和轻便等特点,而运动服在制作时,采用棉纺织品可提高运动服穿戴的舒适感,而对于运动服用的棉纺织品生产工艺来说,仍存在一定的缺陷,比如:
1.现有的运动服棉纺织品生产工艺生产出的棉纺织品不具有抗菌功能,不能在运动时间内有效的起到抗菌和抑菌的作用;
2.一般的运动服棉纺织品生产工艺对棉纺织品加工后即刻进行裁剪和制作,不对其进行再处理来防止棉纺织品表面的起球。
因此,我们提出一种具有抗菌功能的运动服棉纺织品生产工艺,以便于解决上述中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有抗菌功能的运动服棉纺织品生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的大多数运动服棉纺织品生产工艺生产出的棉纺织品不具有抗菌功能,不能在运动时间内有效的起到抗菌和抑菌的作用,且不对其进行再处理来防止棉纺织品表面的起球的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有抗菌功能的运动服棉纺织品生产工艺,运动服棉纺织品生产工艺包括以下几个步骤:
步骤一:抗菌液的制备;
步骤二:原棉预处理;
步骤三:对原棉进行抗菌处理;
步骤四:经纱的制作;
步骤五:穿经处理;
步骤六:纺织处理;
步骤七:后期处理。
优选的,所述步骤一中抗菌液的制备包括:
(1)、取丙烯酸丁酯、二甲基海因、三甲胺和四氢呋喃,其中烯酸丁酯、二甲基海因和三甲胺的摩尔量均为0.2,且四氢呋喃的容量为100ml;
(2)、将丙烯酸丁酯、二甲基海因、三甲胺和四氢呋喃混合搅拌充分,并将该溶液冷却至4℃;
(3)、向(2)中的溶液内滴加丙烯酰氯,并充分搅拌混合,再加入丙酮溶液,由此制得抗菌液。
优选的,所述步骤二中的原棉预处理指的是对原棉进行去除杂质和松棉,并将原棉处理成较小的棉块。
优选的,所述步骤三中对原棉进行抗菌处理包括:
(a)、将抗菌液放置在大型容器中,且该大型容器具有加热功能,
(b)、将处理后的棉块放入抗菌液中,并加热至30℃;
(c)、将棉块浸泡在抗菌液中2小时后取出,并通过烘干装置对棉块进行烘干处理。
优选的,所述步骤四中经纱的制作是将步骤三中处理后的棉块经过合并和牵引等操作支撑棉条,并对棉条进行拉长、抽细和加捻等操作,制成经纱,且对经纱进行上将处理后再进行步骤五的穿经处理。
优选的,所述加捻时至少取用两根或两根以上棉条进行加捻,并将加捻后的纱线卷绕在线筒上。
优选的,所述步骤七中的后期处理指的是对纺织后的纺织品进行再处理,其中包括:
步骤1:先将纺织品表面喷湿,并保证湿度在40%-60%范围内;

1、通过制备抗菌液,且将预处理后的棉块经过抗菌液进行处理,使得由棉块加工的棉纺织品具有抗菌的功能,从而使得由该棉纺织品制成的运动服在运动时间内,能够很好的起到抗菌和抑菌的效果,增强使用者穿戴的舒适感;
2、通过将制成的棉纺织品布料经过加湿、加热以及与处理剂反应等工序,可固化该棉纺织品表面的纤维和棉纱,从而防止制成的运动服在频繁的摩擦过程中而起球。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有抗菌功能的运动服棉纺织品生产工艺,运动服棉纺织品生产工艺包括以下几个步骤:
步骤一:抗菌液的制备;
步骤二:原棉预处理;
步骤三:对原棉进行抗菌处理;
步骤四:经纱的制作;
步骤五:穿经处理;
步骤六:纺织处理;
步骤七:后期处理。
本发明更进一步的,步骤一中抗菌液的制备包括:
(1)、取丙烯酸丁酯、二甲基海因、三甲胺和四氢呋喃,其中烯酸丁酯、二甲基海因和三甲胺的摩尔量均为0.2,且四氢呋喃的容量为100ml;
(2)、将丙烯酸丁酯、二甲基海因、三甲胺和四氢呋喃混合搅拌充分,并将该溶液冷却至4℃;
(3)、向(2)中的溶液内滴加丙烯酰氯,并充分搅拌混合,再加入丙酮溶液,由此制得抗菌液。
本发明更进一步的,步骤二中的原棉预处理指的是对原棉进行去除杂质和松棉,并将原棉处理成较小的棉块。
本发明更进一步的,步骤三中对原棉进行抗菌处理包括:
(a)、将抗菌液放置在大型容器中,且该大型容器具有加热功能,
(b)、将处理后的棉块放入抗菌液中,并加热至30℃;
(c)、将棉块浸泡在抗菌液中2小时后取出,并通过烘干装置对棉块进行烘干处理。
本发明更进一步的,步骤四中经纱的制作是将步骤三中处理后的棉块经过合并和牵引等操作支撑棉条,并对棉条进行拉长、抽细和加捻等操作,制成经纱,且对经纱进行上将处理后再进行步骤五的穿经处理。
本发明更进一步的,加捻时至少取用两根或两根以上棉条进行加捻,并将加捻后的纱线卷绕在线筒上。
本发明更进一步的,步骤七中的后期处理指的是对纺织后的纺织品进行再处理,其中包括:
步骤1:先将纺织品表面喷湿,并保证湿度在40%-60%范围内;
步骤2:然后对纺织品进行加热处理,并保证温度在50-65℃范围内,待温度达到要求后,保温65min;
步骤3:制备处理剂;
步骤4:将处理剂加水稀释,然后将稀释后的处理剂加热至70-85℃;
步骤5:将步骤2中的纺织品浸泡入步骤4中的稀释处理剂中,并使用翻动装置对纺织品进行轻轻翻动,浸泡时间为2-2.5h;
步骤6:将步骤5中处理后的纺织品取出静置冷却至室温,然后将纺织品经过纺织摩擦机进行处理,将纺织品进一步的固化纤维和棉纱,防止纺织品表面起球。
本发明更进一步的,处理剂由壳聚糖、海藻酸钠、柠檬酸酯、椰子油脂酸蔗糖酯、乳化剂、聚乳酸、中药液和甲基纤维素等成分组成。
实施例1:
取丙烯酸丁酯、二甲基海因、三甲胺和四氢呋喃进行混合搅拌,并将溶液降温至4℃,再向该溶液中滴加丙烯酰氯制得抗菌液;
对原棉进行除杂和松棉,然后浸入抗菌液中,浸泡2小时后取出烘干备用;
对烘干后的原棉进行经纱制作和穿经处理,最后进行纺织处理,制成具有抗菌功能的棉纺织品,从而使得制成的运动服具有抗菌功能。
实施例2:
取丙烯酸丁酯、二甲基海因、三甲胺和四氢呋喃进行混合搅拌,并将溶液降温至4℃,再向该溶液中滴加丙烯酰氯制得抗菌液;
对原棉进行除杂和松棉,然后浸入抗菌液中,浸泡2小时后取出烘干备用;
对烘干后的原棉进行经纱制作和穿经处理,再进行纺织处理;
对纺织成的棉纺织品进行加湿和加热,并将加湿和加热后的棉纺织品浸入处理剂中,其中处理剂的温度为70-85℃,浸泡2.5h后取出,冷却至室温;
经过纺织摩擦机进行处理,固化棉纺织品的纤维和棉纱,防止棉纺织品表面的起球,进而防止由棉纺织品制成的运动服由于多次重复摩擦而起球。

Claims (8)
1.一种具有抗菌功能的运动服棉纺织品生产工艺,其特征在于:所述运动服棉纺织品生产工艺包括以下几个步骤:
步骤一:抗菌液的制备;
步骤二:原棉预处理;
步骤三:对原棉进行抗菌处理;
步骤四:经纱的制作;
步骤五:穿经处理;
步骤六:纺织处理;
步骤七:后期处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的运动服棉纺织品生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中抗菌液的制备包括:
(1)、取丙烯酸丁酯、二甲基海因、三甲胺和四氢呋喃,其中烯酸丁酯、二甲基海因和三甲胺的摩尔量均为0.2,且四氢呋喃的容量为100ml;
(2)、将丙烯酸丁酯、二甲基海因、三甲胺和四氢呋喃混合搅拌充分,并将该溶液冷却至4℃;
(3)、向(2)中的溶液内滴加丙烯酰氯,并充分搅拌混合,再加入丙酮溶液,由此制得抗菌液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的运动服棉纺织品生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中的原棉预处理指的是对原棉进行去除杂质和松棉,并将原棉处理成较小的棉块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的运动服棉纺织品生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中对原棉进行抗菌处理包括:
(a)、将抗菌液放置在大型容器中,且该大型容器具有加热功能,
(b)、将处理后的棉块放入抗菌液中,并加热至30℃;
(c)、将棉块浸泡在抗菌液中2小时后取出,并通过烘干装置对棉块进行烘干处理。
