Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌抑菌床上用品面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤,将长绒棉放入抗菌整理液进行浸轧处理;将浸轧处理后的长绒棉放置30‑40℃温度环境下干燥处理;将经过干燥处理的长绒棉取65~75组份与25~35组份的禾素纤维混合、并条、粗纱、细纱、织布、染色、后整理,得到混合面料;然后清理混合面料表面的残留物;本方法制得的床上用品面料,经实际测试对比,在禾素纤维含量达到30%及以上时,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌三项抗菌率均达到国标AAA级标准,结合棉纤维天然服用性能混纺混织而成的床上用品面料,不仅具有持久优良的抗菌性能,而且弃用后可完全降解,在生产过程或弃用后均不会对环境造成污染。

一种抗菌抑菌床上用品面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于床上用品面料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌抑菌床上用品面料的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上床上用品面料抗菌功能主要是通过粘胶纤维生产中添加金属盐抗菌物质,再将粘胶与棉混纺成纱线混织而成,这种抗菌面料的缺陷在于:
1.不耐洗涤,经多次洗涤后抗菌功能不再保持;
2.不环保,在生产中易造成环境污染。
禾素纤维是由聚乳酸(PLA)和生物基可降解聚酯(PHBV)共混熔融纺丝而生产的一种合成纤维,具有柔软、抗菌性强、可自然降解环保等特点。本发明是利用禾素纤维自身良好的抗菌性能,结合棉纤维天然服用性能混纺混织而成的床上用品面料,不仅具有持久优良的抗菌性能,而且弃用后可完全降解,在生产过程或弃用后均不会对环境造成污染,为此我们提出一种抗菌抑菌床上用品面料的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌抑菌床上用品面料的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗菌抑菌床上用品面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
A、将长绒棉放入抗菌整理液进行浸轧处理;
B、将浸轧处理后的长绒棉放置30-40℃温度环境下干燥处理;
C、将经过干燥处理的长绒棉取65~75组份与25~35组份的禾素纤维混合、并条、粗纱、细纱、织布、染色、后整理,得到混合面料;
D、然后清理混合面料表面的残留物。
优选的,所述步骤C中使用的纱线采用紧密赛络纺工艺生产。
优选的,所述步骤A中的抗菌整理液包括氯间二甲苯酚、阳离子有机硅、聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐以及水。
优选的,所述步骤B中的干燥处理为2~6小时。
优选的,所述禾素纤维是由聚乳酸和生物基可降解聚酯共混熔融纺丝而生产的一种合成纤维。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本方法制得的床上用品面料,经实际测试对比,在禾素纤维含量达到30%及以上时,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌三项抗菌率均达到国标AAA级标准,由于禾素纤维是由聚乳酸和生物基可降解聚酯共混熔融纺丝而生产的一种合成纤维,具有柔软、抗菌性强、可自然降解环保等特点,本发明是利用禾素纤维自身良好的抗菌性能,结合棉纤维天然服用性能混纺混织而成的床上用品面料,不仅具有持久优良的抗菌性能,而且弃用后可完全降解,在生产过程或弃用后均不会对环境造成污染。

实施例一
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种抗菌抑菌床上用品面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
A、将长绒棉放入抗菌整理液进行浸轧处理;
B、将浸轧处理后的长绒棉放置30℃温度环境下干燥处理;
C、将经过干燥处理的长绒棉取75组份与25组份的禾素纤维混合、并条、粗纱、细纱、织布、染色、后整理,得到混合面料;
D、然后清理混合面料表面的残留物。
本实施例中,优选的,所述步骤C中使用的纱线采用紧密赛络纺工艺生产,紧密赛络纺工艺结合了赛络纺和紧密纺的优点,条干CV值、粗节、细节指标非常好,单纱强力高,结构紧密,耐磨性好,毛羽更少,3mm以上有害毛羽极少,纱线光洁,织物品质高,便于使面料获得较好的抗起毛起球性。
本实施例中,优选的,所述步骤A中的抗菌整理液包括氯间二甲苯酚、阳离子有机硅、聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐以及水。

本发明的工作原理及使用流程:通过上述三个实施例制备的面料,对其进行抗菌性的测试,如下表格所示:
由此可见,禾素纤维含量达到30%及以上时,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌三项抗菌率均达到国标AAA级标准,但出于成本的角度考虑,实施例二中的制备方案最优方案,抗菌率即可均达到国标AAA级标准,又兼顾成本低的特点;
由于禾素纤维是由聚乳酸和生物基可降解聚酯共混熔融纺丝而生产的一种合成纤维,具有柔软、抗菌性强、可自然降解环保等特点,本发明是利用禾素纤维自身良好的抗菌性能,结合棉纤维天然服用性能混纺混织而成的床上用品面料,不仅具有持久优良的抗菌性能,而且弃用后可完全降解,在生产过程或弃用后均不会对环境造成污染。

1.一种抗菌抑菌床上用品面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A、将长绒棉放入抗菌整理液进行浸轧处理;
B、将浸轧处理后的长绒棉放置30-40℃温度环境下干燥处理;
C、将经过干燥处理的长绒棉取65~75组份与25~35组份的禾素纤维混合、并条、粗纱、细纱、织布、染色、后整理,得到混合面料;
D、然后清理混合面料表面的残留物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抑菌床上用品面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C中使用的纱线采用紧密赛络纺工艺生产。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抑菌床上用品面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A中的抗菌整理液包括氯间二甲苯酚、阳离子有机硅、聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐以及水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抑菌床上用品面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B中的干燥处理为2~6小时。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抑菌床上用品面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述禾素纤维是由聚乳酸和生物基可降解聚酯共混熔融纺丝而生产的一种合成纤维。
