Abstract

本发明属于材料领域,公开了一种夜光涂料及其制备方法和含其的收缩标签。所述夜光涂料主要由稀土铝酸盐、成膜助剂、相容剂、硅油、抗粘剂和调墨油组成;所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝的烯酸酯共聚物。所述夜光涂料采用稀土铝酸盐、成膜助剂、相容剂、硅油、抗粘剂和调墨油复配制得,各组分相容性好,发光材料稀土铝酸盐完全融合其中,在制备和使用过程中不会产生析出现象,制得的涂料稳定性高,附着力强;且夜光亮度强,余辉持续时间长达11小时;所述夜光涂料与收缩标签具有良好适应性,能够在收缩标签上形成均匀、稳定的膜,含其的收缩标签膜层表面光滑,无粘黏性,不会出现夜光粉掉落现象。

一种夜光涂料及其制备方法和含其的收缩标签
技术领域
本发明属于材料领域,特别涉及一种夜光涂料及其制备方法和含其的收缩标签。
背景技术
收缩标签,即热收缩膜标签,是采用油墨印刷在塑料膜或塑料管上的薄膜标签,在贴标签的过程中,当加热(100℃左右)时,收缩标签便会很快地沿着容器的外轮廓收缩,紧贴在容器表面,热收缩膜标签主要有收缩套管式标签和收缩环绕标签。
因为产品的特殊需求,需要所贴的收缩标签能够在黑暗处能实现发光,起到提示作用,因此需要应用于收缩标签的夜光涂料。
夜光涂料中含有发光材料,目前常用的发光材料主要有硫化锌系发光材料和稀土铝酸盐发光材料。硫化锌发光材料不稳定,在紫外线照射下会变黑,硫化锌会转变成硫酸锌,晶格中的铜会转化为氧化铜,其化学组成和化合物的晶格结构发生变化,会逐渐失去发光的性能,因此一般采用稀土铝酸盐发光材料。但是因为收缩标签的特殊性,薄膜本身厚度小,要求涂层厚度小,且使用时需加热达到收缩的效果,目前采用稀土铝酸盐发光材料制备的夜光涂料易出现粘附性弱,夜光粉易掉落的问题。夜光粉的掉落不仅影响产品外观,且严重影响发光效果。
因此,亟需提供一种夜光涂料,与收缩标签具有良好适应性,附着力强,夜光粉不易掉落。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种夜光涂料,与收缩标签具有良好适应性,附着力强,夜光粉不易掉落。
一种夜光涂料,主要由稀土铝酸盐、成膜助剂、相容剂、硅油、抗粘剂和调墨油组成,所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝的烯酸酯共聚物。
采用马来酸酐接枝的烯酸酯共聚物作为相容剂,能增强稀土铝酸盐、成膜助剂、相容剂、硅油、抗粘剂和调墨油的相容性,尤其解决稀土铝酸盐与其他组分的相容性,使得发光材料稀土铝酸盐完全融合其中,在调墨油挥发或热缩时不会产生析出现象。
优选的,所述夜光涂料,按重量份计,主要由以下组分组成:

优选的,所述马来酸酐接枝的烯酸酯共聚物为马来酸酐接枝乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物或/和马来酸酐乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物。
优选的,所述稀土铝酸盐为铝酸锶盐。
优选的,所述成膜助剂为醇脂十二。
优选的,所述硅油为甲基硅油、聚醚改性硅油或脂肪酸酯改性硅油中的至少一种。硅油可以起到润滑作用,添加到所述涂料中,增加涂料的平滑性,在收缩标签上形成更为均匀的膜。
优选的,所述抗粘剂为聚乙烯蜡。聚乙烯蜡在制备过程中与各组分相容性好,而冷却至常温时以微晶形式析出,存在于涂料中。其触变性不仅有利于涂料的贮存,而且在涂覆于涂料收缩标签后,在热缩以及溶剂挥发过程中能迁移到涂膜表层,最终与其他组分形成一个“蜡化”的表层,有效防止夜光粉的脱落,更能减少收缩标签表面的粘黏性。
优选的,所述调墨油的粘度为50-80Pa·s(25℃下),可选用科鼎VA933。
优选的,所述夜光粉还含颜料和光稳定剂,所述颜料为无机颜料,如钛白粉;所述光稳定剂受阻胺类光稳定剂,如uv770。
一种夜光涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称取稀土铝酸盐、成膜助剂、相容剂、硅油、抗粘剂和调墨油,混合,研磨,过滤后,取滤液即制得所述夜光涂料。
将所述夜光涂料应用于标签、广告纸或广告牌上。
一种涂层,采用所述夜光涂料经喷涂或打印制得。
一种收缩标签,含有所述涂层。优选的,所述涂层的厚度为1-20微米。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)所述夜光涂料采用稀土铝酸盐、成膜助剂、相容剂、硅油、抗粘剂和调墨油复配制得,各组分相容性好,发光材料稀土铝酸盐完全融合其中,在制备和使用过程中不会产生析出现象,制得的涂料稳定性高,附着力强;且夜光亮度强,余辉持续时间长达11小时。
(2)所述夜光涂料与收缩标签具有良好适应性,能够在收缩标签上形成均匀、稳定的膜,附着力强,夜光粉不易掉落,且膜层表面光滑,无粘黏性。
具体实施方式
为了让本领域技术人员更加清楚明白本发明所述技术方案,现列举以下实施例进行说明。需要指出的是,以下实施例对本发明要求的保护范围不构成限制作用。
以下实施例中调墨油为科鼎VA933,购买于鹤山市科鼎功能材料有限公司;马来酸酐接枝乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物购买于上海守礼化工有限公司;马来酸酐乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物购买于上海洽普化工有限公司。其余所用的原料、试剂或装置如无特殊说明,均可从常规商业途径得到,或者可以通过现有已知方法得到。
实施例1
一种夜光涂料的制备方法,取铝酸锶盐8Kg,醇脂十二12Kg,马来酸酐接枝乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物8Kg,甲基硅油5Kg,聚乙烯蜡3Kg,调墨油87Kg,混合,于50℃下搅拌60分钟,然后研磨60min,过滤,取滤液即为夜光涂料。
实施例2
一种夜光涂料的制备方法,取铝酸锶盐5Kg,醇脂十二10Kg,马来酸酐接枝乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物3Kg,甲基硅油3Kg,聚乙烯蜡3Kg,调墨油88Kg,混合,于30-60℃下搅拌60分钟,然后研磨40min,过滤,取滤液即为夜光涂料。
实施例3
一种夜光涂料的制备方法,取铝酸锶盐15Kg,醇脂十二18Kg,马来酸酐接枝乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物9Kg,甲基硅油10Kg,聚乙烯蜡5Kg,调墨油90Kg,混合,于60℃下搅拌60分钟,然后研磨50min,过滤,取滤液即为夜光涂料。
实施例4
一种夜光涂料的制备方法,取铝酸锶盐6Kg,醇脂十二15Kg,马来酸酐乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物6Kg,聚醚改性硅油5Kg,聚乙烯蜡4Kg,调墨油55Kg,混合,于60℃下搅拌60分钟,然后研磨50min,过滤,取滤液即为夜光涂料。
实施例5
一种夜光涂料的制备方法,取铝酸锶盐8Kg,丙二醇丁醚12Kg,马来酸酐接枝乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物8Kg,甲基硅油5Kg,聚乙烯蜡3Kg,调墨油100Kg,混合,于50℃下搅拌60分钟,然后研磨60min,过滤,取滤液即为夜光涂料。
对比例1
一种夜光涂料的制备方法,取铝酸锶盐8Kg,醇脂十二12Kg,马来酸酐接枝乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物8Kg,甲基硅油5Kg,调墨油87Kg,混合,于50℃下搅拌60分钟,然后研磨60min,过滤,取滤液即为夜光涂料。
对比例2
一种夜光涂料的制备方法,取铝酸锶盐8Kg,醇脂十二12Kg,磷酸改性聚丙烯酸酯(相容剂)8Kg,甲基硅油5Kg,聚乙烯蜡3Kg,调墨油87Kg,混合,于50℃下搅拌60分钟,然后研磨60min,过滤,取滤液即为夜光涂料。
产品效果测试
(1)取实施例1-5和对比例1-2制得的夜光涂料测试25℃下涂料的黏度;将涂料放置3个月后,再次测定25℃下涂料的黏度,检测各涂料的稳定性。
(2)取实施例1-5和对比例1-2制得的夜光涂料,用PET热收缩膜装上凹版印刷机进行测试打样,然后将打印好夜光涂料的PET热收缩膜于日光灯下吸光60分钟,拿到黑暗房间进行测试发光持续时间;将PET热收缩膜浸泡于30℃水中50小时,观察夜光涂料喷涂部分是否出现起泡、脱落现象;将PET热收缩膜放置6、12个月,观察膜层掉粉情况;测试夜光涂料形成的涂层在PET热收缩膜上的附着力。
测试结果见表1。

由表1可知,实施例1-5制得的夜光涂料的性能明显优于对比例1-2制得的涂料。实施例1-5制得的涂料在储存过程中黏度变化小,稳定性强;浸泡于30℃水中50小时,夜光涂料喷涂部分不会出现起泡、脱落现象;与对比例1-2比较可知,添加抗粘剂和采用马来酸酐接枝的烯酸酯共聚物作为相容剂可以明显改善膜层脱落、掉粉情况。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于收缩标签的夜光涂料,其特征在于,按重量份计,主要由以下组分组成:

所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物或/和马来酸酐乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物;
所述抗粘剂为聚乙烯蜡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夜光涂料,其特征在于,所述稀土铝酸盐为铝酸锶盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的夜光涂料,其特征在于,所述硅油为甲基硅油、聚醚改性硅油或脂肪酸酯改性硅油中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的夜光涂料,其特征在于,所述调墨油在25℃下的粘度为50-80Pa·s。
5.权利要求1-4中任一项所述的夜光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
称取稀土铝酸盐、成膜助剂、相容剂、硅油、抗粘剂和调墨油,混合,研磨,过滤后,取滤液即制得所述夜光涂料。
6.一种涂层,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-4中任一项所述的夜光涂料经喷涂或打印制得。
7.一种收缩标签,其特征在于,含有权利要求6所述的涂层。
