一方面国家正积极提倡“美”的素质培养建设,让人们有一双发现美的眼睛。另一方面,城市管理者更应该从根本原因去创造美,创造美好的事物。
为解决小广告目前有很多防治小广告的方法,如韩国专利公报第2005-0032032号中提到:聚氨酯树脂为主成分树脂、聚乙烯粉和硅酮为填料与甲苯和二甲苯混合使用制备的涂料。但是,该类涂料组合物被指出:由于缺乏耐磨性,随着时间的推移小广告防粘贴主功能下降。如中华人民共和国,已发布的发明专利CN201510811810.X提到:亚克力树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚乙烯蜡、聚录乙烯混合物、PVC粒子及助剂混合制备的涂料,但改涂料组合物被指出:产品具有较好的防粘贴性,但是无夜光效果,夜景美化效果不佳。

本发明还有一个目的是提供一种利用上述夜光防粘贴涂料制作的夜光防粘贴城市景观贴布。
为了实现本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种夜光防粘贴涂料,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉15%重量比;纳米二氧化硅10%重量比;亚克力树脂15%重量比;乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTEOS)5%重量比;二苯二氯硅烷5%重量比;光触媒1%-5%重量比;添加剂10%重量比;溶剂 35%-40%重量比的夜光防粘贴用涂料。
本发明的的有益效果是:不仅能对小广告起到很好的防粘贴效果,同时能够提供优秀的夜景美化效果。而且本产品具有防污效果好,产品绝缘、防火效果好,耐磨性能俱佳,能够长时间保障城市服务设施的美化效果。同时利用上述夜光防粘贴用涂料制备的夜光防粘贴城市景观贴布也可提供同样的效果,在此基础上还能进行喷绘印刷,使公共服务设施成为城市宣传的窗口,成为展示城市历史文化的利器,让公共服务设施有自己的特性。
具体实施方式
下面结合表格和文字说明对本发明较佳的实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点特征能够更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明对于组合物的总量相关,提供包含稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉15%重量比:纳米二氧化硅10%重量比;亚克力树脂15%重量比;乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTEOS)5%重量比;二苯二氯硅烷5%重量比;光触媒1%-5%重量比;添加剂10%重量比;溶剂35%-40%重量比的夜光防粘贴用涂料。
上述的稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉是由SrCO3碳酸锶,AlO2氧化铝,Eu2O3氧化铕,+Dy2O3氧化镝, H3BO3硼酸,经高温1400摄氏烧制成。其化学式表示为:Al2O3·(Sr、Mg、Ca)O:(Eu、La、Dy)B,其物理结构为斜晶体结构。
上述稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉为夜光粒子,是一种不饱和颜料,它可吸收任何可见光,含紫外光、红外光,并储存光能,在黑暗中被稀土元素激活释放出光能,并可无限次循环使用;对组合物的总量中包含15%最为理想。不到15%时夜光效果不明显,超过15%时,透明度下降,对印刷图案造成影响。
上述稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉是用在涂膜表层形成凹凸面使用,平均粒径在100-200μm最为理想。其粒径不到100μm时,凹凸效果不明显,在涂料使用初期小广告容易粘贴上去;其粒径超过200μm时,凹凸面过大,对小广告的防粘贴虽然能达到,但是容易从涂膜面上脱落甚至造成涂膜裂痕等问题。
上述纳米二氧化硅为镀膜材质,与亚克力树脂以及稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉粒子结合,形成致密保护膜,能起到防粘贴功能,防水、防腐蚀功能效果显著,在涂料的总重量中包含10%最为理想。
上述亚克力树脂为粘合剂树脂,透明度高,发挥坚固结合稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉粒子的功能;在涂料的总重量中包含15%最为理想。
上述乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTEOS)和二苯二氯硅烷用于作为粘合剂与亚克力树脂产生反应,起到固化涂料,提高其附着力作用。

上述添加剂由塑化剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、组成使用,在组合物的总重量中包含10%最为理想。
上述添加剂作用于调节涂料的粘度,使用常规甲苯溶剂即可,在组合物重量中占35%-40%最为理想。
本发明中的夜光防粘贴用涂料为半透明涂料,在施工过程中使用毛刷或者喷涂形式按照一定厚度进行涂刷操作。用涂料制作的夜光防粘贴城市景观贴布为PU网格布,在施工过程中依据需求裁剪背胶粘贴。
本发明中的夜光防粘贴涂料可涂抹于水泥墙体,油漆涂抹后的木质、金属设施上,具体举例如社区墙体、路灯杆、电线杆、电箱、公交站、道路护栏等。
本发明中的夜光防粘贴城市景观贴布也具有同等功效,而且可以印刷多种纹理图案,也能够有效的防粘贴和美化城市设施,达到夜景环境美化功能。
为了更详细的说明本发明效果,下面进行了相关实施例,通过更改以及调整本发明范围内的成分得到不同的数据,以确保本发明的最优效果。
制造例1,特殊稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉制造:
烧瓶上连接到机械搅拌机、温度感应器以及与温度感应器连接的加热设备上面放入SrCO3碳酸锶30%重量比,AlO2氧化铝20%,Eu2O3氧化铕10%,Dy2O3氧化镝10%,H3BO3硼酸30%,经1小时高温1400 摄氏烧制成,反应节点以结晶为准,然后放入研磨机打碎为200μm的粉。
制造例2,亚克力树脂制造:
烧瓶上接到机械搅拌机、温度感应器以及与温度感应器连接的加热设备上面放入亚克力树脂粉40%重量比,有机硅树脂10%重量比,甲苯20%重量比,甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物15%重量比,乙酰乙酸甲基丙烯酸乙酯10%重量比,硅微粉5%重量比。
实施例1,夜光防粘贴用涂料制造:
在上述制造例1中的稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉15%重量比,在上述制造例2中的亚克力树脂15%重量比,纳米二氧化硅10%重量比,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTEOS)5%重量比,二苯二氯硅烷5%重量比,光触媒5%重量比,添加剂10%重量比,放入35%重量比的甲苯溶剂里进行搅拌混合制成夜光防粘贴用涂料。
比较例1.1,夜光防粘贴用涂料制造:
在上述实施例1中稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉除外,与实施例1相同的方法制造夜光防粘贴用涂料。
比较例1.2,夜光防粘贴用涂料制造:
在上述实施例1中亚克力树脂除外除外,与实施例1相同的方法制造夜光夜光防粘贴用涂料。
试验例1,本发明的涂料的性能评价:
利用以下方法测定了上述实施例和比较例制造的涂料的物理特性。
(1)夜光性能试验:
在喷漆后的金属圆柱体上涂抹了200μm厚度的上述实施例1、比较例1、比较例2的涂料,经过24 小时干燥后形成涂膜。将金属圆柱体放置在300流明的日光灯下照射10分钟,然后放入完全黑暗的环境观察并记录到下面的表格1中。

(2)防粘贴性能试验:
在喷漆后的金属圆柱体上涂抹了200μm厚度的上述实施例1、比较例1、比较例2的涂料,经过5 小时干燥后形成涂膜。在形成的涂膜上粘上不同类型粘贴物以后测量标签贴脱落时间,并记录到下面的表 2中。

如上述表1到表2中显示结果得出,本发明的夜光防粘贴涂料夜晚发光性能优秀、防粘贴效果也很优秀。
实施例2,夜光防粘贴城市景观贴布制造:
在长为1米、宽1米、厚2mm的PU网格涂层布基材上面喷涂实施例1中制造的涂料,形成200μm厚度的涂膜,制造夜光防粘贴城市景观贴布。
比较例2.1,夜光防粘贴用城市景观贴布制造:
在长为1米、宽1米、厚2mm的PVC网格涂层布基材上面喷涂实施例1中的制造涂料,形成200μm 厚度的涂膜,制造夜光防粘贴城市景观贴布。
试验例2,本发明的涂料的性能评价:
利用以下方法测定了上述实施例和比较例制造的涂料的物理特性。
(1)夜光防粘贴城市景观布延展性测试:
将实施例2与比较例2的夜光防粘贴城市景观布分别放置于拉伸延展机上,并对其拉伸长度以及产品完整度做记录在表3中。

(2)夜光防粘贴城市景观布随使用时间长度变化,其色彩饱和度实验:
将实施例2与比较例2的夜光防粘贴城市景观布分别粘贴于室外测试灯杆上,通过每隔一段时间裁剪部分贴布作为样品密封存档,并最终通过电脑分析其色彩饱和度变化,并记录在表4中。

如上述表3中显示结果得出,本发明的夜光防粘贴涂料与PU网格布形成结合形成的夜光防粘贴城市景观贴布延展性能优秀,而且实施例2中的PU涂层的网格布比比较例2.1中的PVC涂层网格布保留色彩更完整。通过上述实验本发明的产品综合夜光防粘贴性能优秀。
Claims (7)
1.一种夜光防粘贴涂料,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉15%重量比,纳米二氧化硅10%重量比,亚克力树脂15%重量比,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTEOS)5%重量比,二苯二氯硅烷5%重量比,光触媒1%-5%重量比,添加剂10%重量比,溶剂35%-40%重量比,其中所述稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉重量比按SrCO3碳酸锶30%重量比,AlO2氧化铝20%重量比,Eu2O3氧化铕10%重量比,Dy2O3氧化镝10%重量比,H3BO3硼酸30%重量比,混合制备而成;其中所述亚克力树脂由亚克力树脂粉40%重量比,有机硅树脂10%重量比,甲苯20%重量比,甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物15%重量比,乙酰乙酸甲基丙烯酸乙酯10%重量比,硅微粉5%重量比,混合制备而成。
2.如权利要求1中所述的夜光防粘贴涂料,其特征在于,所述稀土铝酸盐型长余辉发光粉按比例混合的SrCO3碳酸锶,AlO2氧化铝,Eu2O3氧化铕,Dy2O3氧化镝,H3BO3硼酸,经1小时高温1400摄氏烧而成。
3.如权利要求1中所述的夜光防粘贴涂料,其特征在于,所述亚克力树脂制备方法为:将按照比例混合的亚克力树脂粉,有机硅树脂溶于占混合物20%的甲苯中,再放入甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,乙酰乙酸甲基丙烯酸乙酯,硅微粉混合制备而成。
4.如权利要求1中所述的夜光防粘贴涂料,其特征在于,光触媒为纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)。
5.如权利要求1中所述的夜光防粘贴涂料,其特征在于,二氧化硅的平均粒径在100μm-200μm为特征的夜光防粘贴用涂料组合物。
6.如权利要求1中所述的夜光防粘贴涂料,其特征在于,添加剂由塑化剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、组成使用。
7.一种利用权利要求1~8任意一项所述的夜光防粘贴涂料制作的夜光防粘贴城市景观贴布,其特征在于,所述夜光防粘贴城市景观贴布的基材为PU网格布,表面涂覆有所述夜光防粘贴涂料。
