Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 우수한 시인성을 갖는 노면표시용 친환경 축광석 조성물을 이용한 노면표시 시공방법의 개략적인 공정도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 우수한 시인성을 갖는 노면표시용 친환경 축광석 조성물을 이용한 노면표시 시공방법에 따라 시공된 노면바닥의 개략적인 단면도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 우수한 시인성을 갖는 노면표시용 친환경 축광석 조성물을 이용한 노면표시 시공방법에 따라 시공된 노면바닥의 실제이미지를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지 및 폴리우레탄 수지를 포함하는 베이스 수지 30 내지 60 중량%; 석유수지 10 내지 30 중량%; 축광안료 10 내지 30 중량%; 메틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 형광안료 및 글래스비드를 포함하는 보강수지 10 내지 30 중량%; 이산화티타늄 5 내지 20 중량%; 시인성 개선 첨가제 0.1 내지 3 중량%를 포함하고;
상기 시인성 개선 첨가제는
N-β-아미노에틸-γ-아미노프로필 메틸디메톡시 실란화합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 에스테르-스티렌 설포네이트 공중합체 40 내지 70 중량부, 아이소소바이드 10 내지 40 중량부 및 옥토시놀 1 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 시인성을 갖는 노면표시용 친환경 축광석 조성물.

(상기 화학식 1에서, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 22 의 직쇄상 또는 분지형의 포화 또는 불포화 알킬기이고; m 및 n은 각각의 반복 단위의 수로, m은 10 내지 200의 정수이고, n은 50 내지 2500의 정수이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보강수지는 글래스비드의 내측에 메틸(메트)아크릴레이트 및 형광안료를 1: 0.5 내지 1 중량비율로 혼합한 혼합물이 내재된 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 시인성을 갖는 노면표시용 친환경 축광석 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 에스테르-스티렌 설포네이트 공중합체는 에스테르 반복단위와 스티렌-설포네이트 반복단위의 몰비(m: n)가 0.3 내지 0.8: 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 시인성을 갖는 노면표시용 친환경 축광석 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중에서 선택되는 어느 한항에 따른 우수한 시인성을 갖는 노면표시용 친환경 축광석 조성물을 이용한 노면표시 시공방법으로서,
도로면의 레이탄스 및 불순물을 제거한 후, 청소하는 단계;
상기 청소된 부위에, 살수하여 습윤상태를 유지한 후, 접착력 및 방수효과를 얻기 위하여 브루밍 또는 프라이머 처리하는 단계;
브루밍 또는 프라이머 처리한 상부에, 콘크리트 또는 아스팔트 몰탈을 타설한 후, 콘크리트 또는 아스팔트 몰탈 표면의 수분함수율이 10% 내지 40% 범위로 유지되도록 양생하는 콘크리트 또는 아스팔트 몰탈 1차 양생단계;
상기 1차 양생이 완료된 콘크리트 또는 아스팔트 몰탈 상부에, 상기 우수한 시인성을 갖는 노면표시용 친환경 축광석 조성물을 원하는 디자인형태로 배치하는 단계;
상기 우수한 시인성을 갖는 노면표시용 친환경 축광석 조성물이 콘크리트 또는 아스팔트 몰탈 내부로 매립될 수 있도록 압착하는 다짐단계;
상기 콘크리트 또는 아스팔트 몰탈을 완전히 경화시키는 콘크리트 또는 아스팔트 몰탈 2차양생단계;
상기 2차 양생이 완료된 콘크리트 또는 아스팔트 몰탈 상부에, 광촉매를 포함하는 피막형성 양생제 또는 표면보호제를 도포하는 단계; 및
상기 우수한 시인성을 갖는 노면표시용 친환경 축광석 조성물이 배치된 바닥면을 비추는 UV램프를 설치하는 UV램프 설치단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노면표시 시공방법.
