本发明公开了铅酸蓄电池PE隔膜生产用自动涂布机构,包括铅酸蓄电池PE隔膜生产用自动涂布机构,包括卷材辊,卷材辊上设有PE隔膜,PE隔膜经过凹版辊A和橡胶压辊A之间,再经过干燥烘道,接着经过橡胶压辊B和凹版辊B之间,再经过加热辊,最后与收集辊相连;所述的橡胶压辊A与凹版辊A相切,凹版辊A设于浆料池A之中,凹版辊A旁边设有定厚刮刀A;所述的橡胶压辊B与凹版辊B相切,凹版辊B设于浆料池B之中,凹版辊B旁边设有定厚刮刀B。本发明在干燥烘道前后分别设置了一道凹版涂覆装置,避免了凹版辊磨损导致涂层变薄的问题,且结构简单方便维修。

技术领域
本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池PE隔膜生产用自动涂布机构。
背景技术
随着电动车的销量的增加,所需的高品质动力电池用隔膜的需求量也随之增大,现有技术中的隔膜普遍存在的问题是一致性有待提高。一致性主要体现在不规律的缺陷、厚度、孔隙率、孔隙分布以及孔径分布等方面。隔膜涂覆在技术上难度不高,可使用凹版辊涂、浸涂、窄涂或喷涂等方式,凹版辊涂工艺是目前常用的涂覆方法,微凹版辊将浆料从浆料盒中带出,由定厚刮刀刮下多余涂料,然后在压力下涂覆到隔膜上。这种方法原理比较简单,凹版辊凹槽容量容易控制,产品精度较好。缺点是由于高硬度的氧化铝陶瓷颗粒作用,网纹辊容易磨损,会导致连续涂覆过程中涂层逐渐变薄,需要更换新辊,涂覆目标厚度改变时就需要更换辊,不能灵活调节。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种连接方便的铅酸蓄电池PE隔膜生产用自动涂布机构。
铅酸蓄电池PE隔膜生产用自动涂布机构,包括卷材辊,卷材辊上设有PE隔膜,PE隔膜经过凹版辊A和橡胶压辊A之间,再经过干燥烘道,接着经过橡胶压辊B和凹版辊B之间,再经过加热辊,最后与收集辊相连;所述的橡胶压辊A与凹版辊A相切,凹版辊A设于浆料池A之中,凹版辊A旁边设有定厚刮刀A;所述的橡胶压辊B与凹版辊B相切,凹版辊B设于浆料池B之中,凹版辊B旁边设有定厚刮刀B。
作为进一步改进,机构之中设有若干导向辊。
作为进一步改进,所述的定厚刮刀A和定厚刮刀B的材料为金属或塑料。
作为进一步改进,所述的定厚刮刀A和定厚刮刀B的刮除速率为5~200m/min。
作为进一步改进,所述的加热辊的加热方式为电加热。
作为进一步改进,所述的干燥烘道内设有风机。
有益效果:
本发明设计巧妙,在干燥烘道前后分别设置了一道凹版涂覆装置,避免了凹版辊磨损导致涂层变薄的问题,且结构简单方便维修。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,铅酸蓄电池PE隔膜生产用自动涂布机构,包括卷材辊1、定厚刮刀A2、浆料池A3、凹版辊A4、橡胶压辊A5、干燥烘道6、橡胶压辊B7、定厚刮刀B8、浆料池B9、凹版辊B10、加热辊11和收集辊12。
铅酸蓄电池PE隔膜生产用自动涂布机构,包括卷材辊1,卷材辊1上设有PE隔膜,PE隔膜经过凹版辊A4和橡胶压辊A5之间,再经过干燥烘道6,接着经过橡胶压辊B7和凹版辊B10之间,再经过加热辊11,最后与收集辊12相连;所述的橡胶压辊A5与凹版辊A4相切,凹版辊A4设于浆料池A3之中,凹版辊A3旁边设有定厚刮刀A2;所述的橡胶压辊B7与凹版辊B10相切,凹版辊B10设于浆料池B9之中,凹版辊B10旁边设有定厚刮刀B8,定厚刮刀A2和定厚刮刀B8的材料为金属或塑料,定厚刮刀A2和定厚刮刀B8的刮除速率为5~200m/min,加热辊11的加热方式为电加热,干燥烘道6内设有风机,机构之中设有若干导向辊。
使用时,将PE隔膜从卷材辊1上拉出,绕过橡胶压辊A5,卷材辊1与收集辊12同时做逆时针转动,会对PE隔膜产生一个作用力,该作用力使得PE隔膜带动凹版辊A4转动,使得浆料池A3中的浆料涂覆到PE隔膜上,定厚刮刀A2控制浆料的厚薄程度,随后PE隔膜经过干燥烘道6烘干,再次经过凹版辊B7对PE隔膜的另一面进行涂覆,接着经过加热辊11被烘干,最后被收集辊12卷取收集。

1.铅酸蓄电池PE隔膜生产用自动涂布机构,其特征在于,包括卷材辊,卷材辊上设有PE隔膜,PE隔膜经过凹版辊A和橡胶压辊A之间,再经过干燥烘道,接着经过橡胶压辊B和凹版辊B之间,再经过加热辊,最后与收集辊相连;所述的橡胶压辊A与凹版辊A相切,凹版辊A设于浆料池A之中,凹版辊A旁边设有定厚刮刀A;所述的橡胶压辊B与凹版辊B相切,凹版辊B设于浆料池B之中,凹版辊B旁边设有定厚刮刀B。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池PE隔膜生产用自动涂布机构,其特征在于,机构之中设有若干导向辊。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池PE隔膜生产用自动涂布机构,其特征在于,所述的定厚刮刀A和定厚刮刀B的材料为金属或塑料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池PE隔膜生产用自动涂布机构,其特征在于,所述的定厚刮刀A和定厚刮刀B的刮除速率为5~200m/min。
