技术领域
本发明涉及中机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种隔离膜双面涂布装置。
背景技术
锂电池是一类由锂金属或锂合金为负极材料、使用非水电解质溶液的电池。由于锂金属的化学特性非常活泼,使得锂金属的加工、保存、使用,对环境要求非常高;所以,锂电池长期没有得到应,随着科学技术的发展,现在锂电池已经成为了主流,锂电池的制备越来越受到重视,而锂电池的极片浆料涂布技术和设备是锂离子电池研制和生产的关键之一,无论是胶片涂布,还是其他涂布产品,绝大多数都是在片幅上上进行连续涂布,而锂离子电池极片是分段涂布,生产不同型号锂离子电池所需要的每段极片长度也是不同的,如果采用连续涂布,再进行定长分切生产极片,需要在在组装电池是在每段几篇的一端刮除浆料涂层,露出金属箔片;用连续涂布定长分切的工艺路线效率低,不能满足最终进行规模生产的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种隔离膜双面涂布装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案来实现的:

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:送料小车101将存料罐102输送到支架2左侧,送料管104插入固定套筒303中,固定销305向下插入,卡入限位槽105中,从而将送料管104固定在固定套筒303中。搅拌机构4对存料罐102中的浆料进行搅拌,使浆料均匀,再使用提料机构3能对浆料进行提升。输送机构5对隔离膜基材进行放卷、传输和收卷。隔离膜基材经过涂布机构6时,浆料沿着下料板下滑,落在涂布辊603上。涂布辊603上设有若干挡条607,将浆料隔开,两个涂布辊相对转动,将浆料分段地涂布在隔离膜基材两个面上。挡辊602既可以挡住下料板601上下滑的浆料,又可以将涂布辊603上堆积过高的浆料刮下。涂布辊603相互接触时,挡条607会被压入第一盲孔605中,使浆料和隔离膜基材充分接触,更好地进行涂布。部分浆料会由于挡条607的下降而进入涂布辊本体604内,排料槽608的设置可以使这些浆料从涂布辊603两侧排出。涂布浆料的隔离膜基材经过烘干机构7时,发热腔702中的电热管703发热,产生的热量对浆料进行烘干处理。烘干过程中产生的废弃由收集腔705收集,继而从排气管706排出。隔离膜基材通过碾压机构8时,主动碾压辊806和从动碾压辊804配合将隔离膜基材上的涂层碾压平整。调节气缸802用于调节轴承座803的高度,从而根据要求调节主动碾压辊806和从动碾压辊804之间的距离。收卷辊505上的膜材会不断增厚,抚平机构9中的丝杆电机902驱动丝杆903转动,从而控制升降板907上升,使抚平辊912上升,避免抚平辊912和膜材之间的压力过大。同时第二弹簧910的设置又可以使抚平辊912可以抵在膜材上,保持一定的压力。

所述涂布机构包括两块下料板,所述下料板内侧均设有挡料辊,所述挡料辊下部均设有涂布辊,所述涂布辊包括涂布辊本体,所述涂布辊本体上开设有若干第一盲孔,所述第一盲孔内设置有挡条,所述挡条和第一盲孔之间设置有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧一端与第一盲孔底部相连,所述第一弹簧另一端与挡条底部相连;
所述烘干机构包括烘干箱,所述烘干箱左右两侧均设有发热腔,所述发热腔内部均设有若干电热管,位于所述烘干箱右侧的发热腔外侧设有排风机,位于所述烘干箱左侧的发热腔外侧设有收集腔,所述收集腔左侧连接有排气管;
所述碾压机构包括机壳,所述机壳上部转动设置有主动碾压辊,所述主动碾压辊后侧上部设有碾压电机,所述主动碾压辊和碾压电机驱动连接,所述机壳前后侧均设有调节气缸,所述调节气缸的活塞杆上端连接有轴承座,两个所述轴承座之间转动设置有从动碾压辊;
所述抚平机构包括机架,所述机架上部连接有若干导向杆,所述导向杆上端连接有固定板,所述固定板中间位置转动设置有丝杆,所述机架内部设有丝杆电机,所述丝杆与丝杆电机驱动连接,所述丝杆上设置有丝杆螺母,所述丝杆螺母上固定设置有升降板,所述导向杆穿过升降板设置,所述升降板左侧下部连接有导向套,所述导向套内设置有升降杆,所述升降杆和导向套之间连接有第二弹簧,所述升降杆下部连接有抚平辊支架,所述抚平辊支架上转动设置有抚平辊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔离膜双面涂布装置,其特征在于:所述立柱下部设有第二盲孔,所述第二盲孔底部连接有第三弹簧,所述第三弹簧另一端连接有缓冲板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种隔离膜双面涂布装置,其特征在于:所述固定螺母和第一调节臂、第二调节臂之间设有垫片。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种隔离膜双面涂布装置,其特征在于:所述挡条左右两侧均开设有排料槽。
