Test II, removal test of pigmented black eye
1.1 subject inclusion and exclusion criteria: 70 patients with pigmented black eyes were selected, with the average age of 32 ± 1 year, and the inclusion criteria: self-evaluation of dark circles; secondly, the eye drops have obvious pigmentary black eye circles evaluated by clinicians, including simple pigmentary black eye circles and mixed black eye circles mainly based on the pigmentary property, and the VISIA facial imaging instrument is adopted to detect the visible obvious pigmentation of the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid. As can be seen from the above table, after 28 days using the eye repair essence of examples 6 to 8 of the present invention, the melanin content in the skin of the eyes significantly changed from that before use, and after 56 days using the eye repair essence of the present invention, the melanin content in the skin of the eyes significantly changed from that before use, indicating that the eye repair essence of the present invention has an excellent improvement effect on a pigmented black eye.
Comparative example 1 the eye essence obtained by using the filtrate of the lactobacillus/soybean extract fermentation product instead of the fermentation product of the lactobacillus/soybean composite explant of the invention has no obvious change in the content of melanin in the eyes before use on the 28 th day and has obvious change after the 56 th day; comparative example 2 functions similarly to comparative example 1; comparative example 3 the Xylaria nigripes extract prepared in example 1 of Chinese patent CN105411951B is used as an effective component to prepare the eye essence, and the eye essence has a good removing effect on pigment black eyes.
Experiment three, vascular black eye removal experiment
1.1 subject inclusion and exclusion criteria: 60 patients with pigmented black eyes were selected, with the average age of 30 ± 1 year, and the inclusion criteria were: self-evaluation of the red-eye health-care product has dark eye circles, and pink red (oxyhemoglobin) or bluish purple (hemoglobin) appears under sunlight; and secondly, the blood vessel black eye is obvious through evaluation of a clinician, and observation under a wood lamp and comparison under a fluorescent lamp have no obvious change. As can be seen from the above table, after 56 days using the eye repair essence of examples 6 to 8 of the present invention, the value of erythema index of the skin on the eyes was significantly reduced compared to that before the use, which proves that it can be used for improving vascular black eye, while the indexes of erythema index of the rest groups were not significantly reduced compared to that before the use.
Fourth test, moisture retention test
60 subjects are selected, the age range is 28-40 years, the average age is 34 years, the subjects are randomly divided into 6 groups, the eye repair essence products of the invention in the examples 6-8 and the comparative examples 1-3 are externally applied to each group of subjects, eye skin moisture content of the subjects before and after use for 30min, 60min, 2h and 4h is measured by a Corneometer CM 825 skin moisture content tester, the skin moisture content increase rate is calculated according to the following formula, and the test results are shown in the following table 5.

From the above table, the Xylaria nigripes fermentation product extract obtained by using the lactobacillus/soybean compound explant fermentation product of the invention as the main fermentation substrate for Xylaria nigripes liquid fermentation has more excellent moisturizing effect, the skin water content shows a gradually increasing trend, the peak value is reached 4h after the use, and the effects of instant moisturizing and long-acting moisturizing are achieved.
Test five, smoothing fine lines test
Selecting qualified 60 subjects with average age of 32 years, and applying the product to each group of subjects for 1 time in the morning and evening, each time for 15min, continuously using for 56 days, and cleaning the face with the facial cleanser before each use. The facial skin wrinkle data before and after day 56 of use were examined for each group of subjects using a VISA skin detector, test environment: the test results are shown in the following table 6, wherein the temperature is 20-22 ℃, and the humidity is 40-60%.

Claims (10)

The eye mask with the effects of moisturizing and blackening is characterized by comprising an eye mask base material and an eye mask essence, wherein the eye mask essence comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the feed additive comprises 1-15% of Xylaria nigripes fermentation product extract, 1-3% of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 70.3-0.6% of palmitoyl tetrapeptide, 0.1-1% of hyaluronic acid, 0.01-0.03% of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1-3% of hydroxyethyl cellulose and the balance of deionized water.

The eye mask with the effects of moisturizing and blackening the skin according to claim 1, wherein the eye mask essence comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 12% of Xylaria nigripes fermentation product extract, 3% of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 70.5% of palmitoyl tetrapeptide, 0.5% of hyaluronic acid, 0.02% of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1.5% of hydroxyethyl cellulose and the balance of deionized water.

The eye mask with the effects of moisturizing and blackening the skin according to claim 1, wherein the Xylaria nigripes fermentation product extract is prepared by taking 1-12% by weight of a lactobacillus/soybean composite explant fermentation product, 0.1-2% by weight of glucose, 0.5-1% by weight of magnesium sulfate, 0.1-0.5% by weight of citric acid and the balance of deionized water as a fermentation substrate, and inoculating 10-15% of Xylaria nigripes for fermentation.
4. The eye mask having moisturizing and blackening effects of claim 3, wherein the fermentation substrate comprises: 5-12% of lactobacillus/soybean composite explant fermentation product, 1-2% of glucose, 0.5-0.8% of magnesium sulfate, 0.2-0.5% of citric acid and the balance of deionized water.

The eye mask with the effects of moisturizing and blackening as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the liquid fermentation process parameters are as follows: the pH value is 5.3-5.6; the culture temperature is 22-25 ℃; the culture time is 6-8 days; the stirring speed is 100-200 rpm; the ventilation volume is 1-4 vvm; the pot pressure is 0.02-0.06 MPa.

The eye mask having the effects of moisturizing and blackening, according to claim 5, wherein the liquid fermentation further comprises the steps of extracting the fermentation filtrate with a solvent, filtering, and freeze-drying to obtain an extract of a fermentation product of Xylaria nigripes.
7. The eye mask having the effects of moisturizing and blackening as claimed in claim 6, wherein the solvent is one or both of water and an organic solvent.
8. The eye mask with the effects of moisturizing and blackening hair according to claims 3 and 4, wherein the lactobacillus/soybean compound explant fermentation product is prepared by a method comprising the following steps:
s1, cleaning the soybean compound explant, drying, adding distilled water, pulping, filtering pulp, and sterilizing to obtain a culture solution;
s2, inoculating the lactobacillus subjected to secondary culture into the culture solution according to the inoculation amount of 5-10%, adding 0.5-2% of glucose, fermenting at 37 ℃ for 1-3 days, after the fermentation is finished, freeze-drying the fermentation product, and grinding to obtain the lactobacillus fermented product; in the fermentation process: the tank pressure is 0.01-0.03 MPa; the ventilation volume is 1-3 vvm; the rotation speed is 140-160 rpm.

The eye mask with the effects of moisturizing and blackening the skin according to claim 8, wherein the soybean compound explant is prepared by the following steps: cleaning and sterilizing soybean seeds, culturing and accelerating germination in a germination culture medium by illumination, and removing seed coats from seed eyes after accelerating germination to obtain the soybean compound explant.

B) dispersing hydroxyethyl cellulose and hyaluronic acid in 1, 3-propylene glycol, putting into a stirring pot, heating to 80-85 ℃, and homogenizing for 1-5 min; cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding the Xylaria nigripes fermentation product extract and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, and uniformly stirring; cooling to 30-35 ℃, discharging after the inspection is qualified, and filling the eye mask essence into an eye mask bag which is filled with an eye mask base material in advance.
