Note: compared with the traditional Chinese medicine preparation before use,*P<0.05;**p is less than 0.01, and the larger the MI value of the skin melanin content is, the higher the skin melanin content is.
As can be seen from the above table, after 28 days using the eye repair essence of examples 6 to 8 and comparative example 3 of the present invention, the melanin content in the skin of the eyes significantly changed from that before use, and after 56 days using the eye repair essence, the melanin content in the skin of the eyes significantly changed from that before use, indicating that the eye repair essence has an excellent improving effect on a pigmented black eye.
Comparative example 1 the eye essence obtained by using the filtrate of the lactobacillus/soybean extract fermentation product instead of the fermentation product of the lactobacillus/soybean composite explant of the invention has no obvious change in the content of melanin in the eyes before use on the 28 th day and has obvious change after the 56 th day; comparative example 2 functions similarly to comparative example 1; comparative example 3 the Xylaria nigripes extract prepared in example 1 of Chinese patent CN105411951B is used as an effective component to prepare the eye essence, and the eye essence has a good removing effect on pigment black eyes.
Experiment three, vascular black eye removal experiment
1.1 subject inclusion and exclusion criteria: 60 patients with pigmented black eyes were selected, the average age was 32 years, and the selection criteria were: self-evaluation of the red-eye health-care product has dark eye circles, and pink red (oxyhemoglobin) or bluish purple (hemoglobin) appears under sunlight; and secondly, the blood vessel black eye is obvious through evaluation of a clinician, and observation under a wood lamp and comparison under a fluorescent lamp have no obvious change. Exclusion criteria: women in pregnancy and lactation; ② people allergic to the components of the product; ③ patients with infection or inflammation around the eyes; fourthly, the scar is obvious around the eyes; fifthly, the patients who use externally applied medicines or similar products in 2 weeks; sixthly, the eye receives any cosmetic treatment in the last half year.

As can be seen from the above table, after 56 days using the eye repair essence of examples 6 to 8 of the present invention, the value of erythema index on the skin of the eyes was significantly reduced compared to that before the use, which proves that it can be used for improving vascular black eye, while the erythema index of the remaining groups was not significantly lowered compared to that before the use.
Fourth test, moisture retention test
Selecting 60 subjects, wherein the age range is 25-40 years, the average age is 35 years, randomly dividing the subjects into 6 groups, externally applying the eye repair essence products of the invention in the examples 6-8 and the comparative examples 1-3 to each group of subjects, measuring the eye skin moisture content of the subjects after use for 30min, 60min, 2h and 4h by using a CorneometerCM 825 skin moisture content tester, and calculating the skin moisture content increase rate according to the following formula, wherein the test results are shown in the following table 5.

From the above table, the Xylaria nigripes fermentation product extract obtained by using the lactobacillus/soybean compound explant fermentation product of the invention as the main fermentation substrate for Xylaria nigripes liquid fermentation has more excellent moisturizing effect, the skin water content shows a gradually increasing trend, the peak value is reached 4h after the use, and the effects of instant moisturizing and long-acting moisturizing are achieved.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. The eye repair essence is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 1-4% of humectant, 0.1-0.2% of thickener, 1-6% of emollient oil, 0.5-2% of emulsifier, 1-12% of Xylaria nigripes fermentation product extract, 0.1-0.2% of preservative, 0.01-0.03% of chelating agent, 0.01-0.02% of essence and the balance of deionized water.
2. The eye repair essence according to claim 1, wherein the Xylaria nigripes fermentation product extract is prepared by taking 1-12% by weight of a lactobacillus/soybean composite explant fermentation product, 0.1-2% by weight of glucose, 0.5-1% by weight of magnesium sulfate, 0.1-0.5% by weight of citric acid and the balance of deionized water as a fermentation substrate, and inoculating 10-15% of Xylaria nigripes for fermentation.
3. The eye repair serum of claim 2 wherein the fermentation substrate consists of: 5-12% of lactobacillus/soybean composite explant fermentation product, 1-2% of glucose, 0.5-0.8% of magnesium sulfate, 0.2-0.5% of citric acid and the balance of deionized water.
4. The eye repair serum of claim 2 or 3 wherein the fermentation process parameters are: the pH value is 5.3-5.6; the culture temperature is 22-25 ℃; the culture time is 6-8 days; the stirring speed is 100-200 rpm; the ventilation volume is 1-4 vvm; the pot pressure is 0.02-0.06 MPa.
5. The eye-repairing essence according to claim 4, further comprising the step of extracting the fermentation filtrate with a solvent, filtering, and freeze-drying to obtain an extract of a fermentation product of Xylaria nigripes.
6. The eye repair serum of claim 5 wherein the solvent is one or both of water and an organic solvent.
7. The eye repair essence according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the lactobacillus/soybean complex explant fermentation product is prepared by the method comprising:
s1, cleaning the soybean compound explant, drying, adding distilled water, pulping, filtering pulp, and sterilizing to obtain a culture solution;
s2, inoculating the lactobacillus subjected to secondary culture into the culture solution according to the inoculation amount of 5-10%, adding 0.5-2% of glucose, fermenting at 37 ℃ for 1-3 days, after the fermentation is finished, freeze-drying the fermentation product, and grinding to obtain the lactobacillus fermented product; in the fermentation process: the tank pressure is 0.01-0.03 MPa; the ventilation volume is 1-3 vvm; the rotation speed is 140-160 rpm.
8. The eye repair essence according to claim 7, wherein the preparation of the soybean complex explant comprises the steps of: cleaning and sterilizing soybean seeds, culturing and accelerating germination in a germination culture medium by illumination, and removing seed coats from seed eyes after accelerating germination to obtain the soybean compound explant.
9. A method for preparing the eye-repairing essence according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
A) putting deionized water, a humectant, a thickener and a chelating agent into a water phase pot, uniformly stirring, heating and stirring to 80-85 ℃, and preserving heat for 5-10 min;
B) putting an emulsifier and skin-moistening oil into an oil phase pot, heating to 80-85 ℃, and uniformly stirring;
C) filtering the materials in the water phase pot, pumping into an emulsifying pot, filtering the materials in the oil phase pot, slowly pumping into the emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, and homogenizing for 3-6 min; cooling to 40 deg.C, adding Xylaria nigripes fermentation product extract, antiseptic and essence, stirring, and discharging after inspection.
