The bag pushing cylinder 53 drives the bag pushing head 51 to push the valve bag 100 outwards through the crank-link mechanism 52 during work, the valve bag 100 is pushed down from a material guide pipe extending into the valve bag during packaging on a packaging machine, automatic bag discharging is achieved, operation is simple and rapid, manual bag discharging is avoided, working strength is reduced, and packaging efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bag pushing head 51 includes a U-shaped half-frame-shaped slot plate, and the valve bag 100 is placed in a half-frame-shaped area surrounded by the slot plate when charging. The slot plate is disposed proximate to the mouth end of the valve bag 100. The crank link mechanism 52 comprises at least two parallel connecting rods, one end of each connecting rod is fixedly connected with the bag pushing head 51, the other end of each connecting rod is hinged with a connecting rod mounting seat 54, and an air cylinder push rod of the bag pushing air cylinder 53 is hinged with the middle section of each connecting rod. The connecting rod mounting seat 54 and the bag pushing cylinder 53 are both fixedly mounted with the packaging machine. The bag pushing head 51 is configured as a groove plate, which increases the contact area and the force bearing area with the valve bag 100, and ensures that the valve bag 100 is pushed down smoothly. The arrangement of at least two parallel connecting rods increases the stability of the crank-link mechanism and the movement of the slotted plate.

As shown in fig. 1, the valve bag packaging machine further comprises a charging mechanism 1, a weighing mechanism 2, a sealing mechanism 4, a dust removing mechanism 8, an emptying mechanism 7, a bag conveying mechanism 6 and a controller. According to the invention, when the real-time weighing signal is close to the set value, the controller controls the charging mechanism 1 to slowly charge materials, so that the charging precision is improved, the phenomenon that the material conveying screw rod moves due to inertia after the power of the charging mechanism 1 is stopped, or the material conveyed forwards moves forward due to inertia or moves downwards at the opening part of the material guide pipe is avoided, and the packaging precision is reduced. The working speed of the charging mechanism 1 is controlled by the controller to be segmented, so that the packaging speed is ensured, and when charging is about to be completed, the working speed of the charging mechanism 1 is reduced, the inertia of a material conveying screw and a material is reduced, and the charging error is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, the charging mechanism 1 includes a hopper 11, a material guiding bin 12 disposed at the bottom of the material guiding bin 11, a material conveying screw 13 disposed in the material guiding bin 12, and a material guiding pipe 15 connected to the material guiding bin 12, wherein the material conveying screw 13 extends from the bottom of the material guiding bin 12 into the material guiding pipe 15. During loading, the valve port bag 100 is manually sleeved outside the material guide pipe 15, and the servo motor 14 connected with the material conveying screw 13 operates to drive the material conveying screw 13 to move, so that the material in the material guide bin 12 is conveyed into the valve port bag.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the weighing mechanism 2 includes a weighing tube 21 sleeved outside the material guiding tube 15, a bracket 22 is disposed at the bottom of the weighing tube 21, and a weighing platform 23 is connected to the bracket 22. The weighing station 23 supports the carriage 22 and effects the weighing of the valve pockets 100 on the weighing tube 21. The whole weight of the valve bag 100 and the materials in the valve bag is transferred to the bracket 22 through the weighing pipe 21, and the weighing platform 23 is used for weighing the bracket, the weighing pipe 21 and the valve bag 100. And a weighing sensor is arranged in the weighing platform 23, and the weighing sensor transmits a weighing signal to the controller. The weighing sensor is any equipment which can meet the weighing requirement in the invention in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the sealing mechanism 4 includes a sealing mounting frame 41 disposed at an outer end of the weighing tube 21, the sealing mounting frame 41 is provided with a thermal combination plate 42 and a movable pressing plate 44 disposed at a lower portion of the thermal combination plate 42, two ends of the movable pressing plate 44 are fixedly connected with connecting plates 43, one end of each of the two connecting plates 43 is hinged to the sealing mounting frame 41, the other end of each of the two connecting plates is a free end, a sealing cylinder 45 is hinged to a middle section of each of the two connecting plates 43, and before the valve bag 100 is sleeved on the weighing tube 21, the sealing cylinder 45 drives the movable pressing plate 44 to. Then the valve bag 100 is sleeved on the weighing pipe 21 for loading, after loading is completed, the valve bag automatic bag pushing and placing mechanism pushes the valve bag 100 outwards, at the moment, the movable pressing plate 44 synchronously moves under the action of the sealing air cylinder 45, and the opening part of the valve bag is clamped by the movable pressing plate 44 and the heat-sealing plate 42 to realize sealing.
As shown in fig. 1, the dust removing mechanism 8 includes a first dust suction pipe 81 and a second dust suction pipe 82, the first dust suction pipe 81 faces the side of the mouth of the valve bag 100, and the second dust suction pipe 82 is disposed outside the tail end of the material guide pipe 15 and faces the material guide pipe 15 and the end of the weighing device 21. The whole-course dust removal is realized, and the cleanness of the environment is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, the evacuation mechanism 7 includes a flap swash plate 71 disposed at a lower portion of a side surface facing the valve bag 100, and an evacuation cylinder 72 is connected to the flap swash plate 71. The air exhaust cylinder 72 drives the flapping sloping plate 71 to realize flapping vibration on the valve bag 100 being packaged, so that the problems of gaps and the like of the valve bag in the packaging process are avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, the bag conveying mechanism 6 includes a conveying belt disposed at the lower part of the automatic bag pushing and placing mechanism of the valve bag.
