The automatic powder coating bagging equipment of claim 1, wherein the bag feeding and conveying device comprises a roller conveyer belt and a corrector, a plurality of rollers of the roller conveyer belt are in transmission connection through a transmission belt, a roller driving motor is arranged at the front end of the roller conveyer belt, the corrector is arranged at the tail end of the roller conveyer belt and comprises a plurality of symmetrically arranged correcting rods, and a correcting cylinder is arranged at the bottom of each correcting rod in a connected mode.

The automatic powder coating bagging device of claim 1, wherein the bag outlet conveying device is a roller conveyor belt, the rollers are in transmission connection and driven by a motor, the front end of the conveyor belt is positioned on one side in the machine frame, and the rear end of the conveyor belt extends to the outside of the machine frame.
4. The automatic powder coating bagging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the weighing mechanism comprises a bearing plate with a weight sensor at the bottom thereof, and a plurality of lifters, wherein the lifters are telescopic cylinders arranged below the bearing plate.

An automated powder coating bagging apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag opener comprises a first mounting plate to which a first rotating motor is connected, a first movable arm hinged to the first mounting plate; be provided with the first cylinder that expands outward on the first mounting panel and connect first digging arm, the anterior telescopic cylinder of first digging arm respectively.

An automated powder coating bagging apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag gripper comprises a second mounting plate to which a second rotating motor is connected, a second moveable arm hingedly connected to the second mounting plate; the second mounting plate is provided with a second outward-expanding cylinder which is respectively connected with a second movable arm, and the front end of the second movable arm is provided with a bag clamping cylinder.
7. An automated powder coating material bagging apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outlet of the bagging hopper is provided with extensions extending laterally outwardly from the outlet.

The automated powder coating bagging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the bagging hopper is provided at the discharge portion with a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion, each of the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion being mounted above the frame, the first clamping portion and the extension portion being opposite to each other in pairs, and the second clamping portion being located on both sides of the first clamping portion.

The automatic powder coating bagging equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag outlet conveying device is provided with a clamping plate above the roller conveyor belt, the clamping plate is provided with a clamping cylinder in a connected manner, and the bottom of the clamping cylinder is fixedly provided with a linear module.
10. An automated powder coating bagging apparatus according to claim 9, wherein a layer of non-slip mat is disposed on the inside of said clamp plate.
