Abstract

本发明公布一种PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机。覆膜机架上依次安装有第一输送辊、第二输送辊、覆膜输送辊、压力辊和地板下料机构;第二输送辊包括安装在覆膜机架上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅱ;托辊Ⅱ的内侧端向靠近静音垫卷材支架的一侧倾斜,托辊Ⅱ的外侧端设有一个固定在覆膜机架上的挡料板。工作时,当地板输送机构将自涂胶机输出的大块地板输送至覆膜机架上时,静音垫压紧机构将地板与静音垫压紧,之后经由地板下料机构输送至自动裁断机裁断并输送到下一工位。本发明可对不同尺寸大板进行覆膜,保证静音垫覆膜长度不超出地板5 mm,有效提高覆膜精度,且切割边缘整齐,无需覆膜板额外修边,减少静音垫浪费,降低生产成本,提高产能。

PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机
技术领域
本发明涉及板件加工技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机。
背景技术
随着装修行业的繁荣,人们有了多种装修选择,其中地板因铺装简便、舒适美观等特点而受人们欢迎,但传统实木地板的原料生长周期长、价格较高、表面硬度低、易发霉且防火性与防水性较差,为此人们倾向于使用绿色环保、防火防水、耐刮耐磨的木塑地板(WPC)与石塑地板(SPC)等新型PVC地板,但该地板也有隔音性能较差的缺点,平时人的行走或物体掉落在地板上产生的噪音都易打扰家人和邻居的生活与休息,为此人们需要一种贴有静音垫的PVC地板。
由于PVC静音垫覆膜地板为一种新型地板,相关生产制造设备还在不断完善过程中,目前PVC静音垫覆膜地板的覆膜技术多采用手工覆膜与小板覆膜的方式覆膜,这种覆膜方式需要先将大板冲切为多块小板,再由工人手持刀片切断静音垫,将覆膜后的小板与静音垫分开,这样的覆膜方式存在很多弊端:
第一,手工操作效率较低,且存在安全隐患;
第二,相比大板覆膜,小板覆膜成倍地增加了工作量,降低了产量;
第三,覆膜精度低,膜片易脱落,且手工切割难以保证边缘整齐,易浪费静音垫,增加成本。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种能实现大板覆膜,覆膜精度高,能自动切割静音垫、降低生产成本、提高生产效率的PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机,包括覆膜机架,覆膜机架上依次安装有第一输送辊、第二输送辊、覆膜输送辊、压力辊和地板下料机构;所述第一输送辊包括一对支架,和安装在所述一对支架上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅰ;所述第二输送辊包括安装在覆膜机架上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅱ;所述托辊Ⅱ的内侧端向靠近静音垫卷材支架的一侧倾斜,托辊Ⅱ的外侧端设有一个固定在覆膜机架上的挡料板;所述覆膜输送辊包括安装在覆膜机架上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅲ;覆膜输送辊上方设有安装在覆膜机架上的静音垫卷材支架;所述静音垫卷材支架上安装有静音垫卷材;所述压力辊的前侧安装有静音垫张紧轮;所述地板下料机构包括安装在覆膜机架上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅳ;地板下料机构上方设有安装在覆膜机架上的自动裁断刀。
其进一步是:所述第一输送辊后端与覆膜机架前端转动连接,第一输送辊中的一对支架下铰接有一对支撑气缸;所述支撑气缸另一端铰接再在覆膜机架上。
所述压力辊共有两对;每对压力辊包括上下两个;每一对压力辊中的上侧压力辊的直径大于下侧压力辊的直径。
所述压力辊边缘安装有磁粉张力器。
所述静音垫卷材支架共有两个,两个静音垫卷材支架沿着覆膜机架输送方向布置。
后侧的所述静音垫卷材支架下设有对料条和对料推块;所述对料条安装在覆膜机架的外侧,对料推块安装在覆膜机架的内侧。
所述地板下料机构两侧的覆膜机架上安装有滑杆;所述自动裁断刀两侧的支撑杆的下端安装在对应的滑杆上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1,输送机构有第一输送辊与第二输送辊,支撑气缸的伸缩可以折叠第一输送辊,方便前侧的涂胶机的清洗和维修;采用若干彼此平行垂直和倾斜于地板输送方向的可旋动托辊有利于提高输送水平;倾斜于地板输送方向的第二输送辊和挡料板的配合有助于地板与静音垫卷材水平投影对齐,增加了覆膜的可靠性与准确性;
2,采用两个静音垫卷材支撑架,有助于减少静音垫卷材的上料时间,从而提高生产效率;配备调节机构(对料条、对料推块)保证更换静音垫卷材后,其水平方向投影仍能落在地板上,避免覆膜位置错误。
3,压紧机构中磁粉张力器可有效控制静音垫不超出地板5mm,提高覆膜技术的精度、静音垫的利用率与贴合性能;
4,自动裁断刀可保证地板切口平齐,且无需对静音垫修边,静音垫不易翘曲;
5,自动裁断刀位于地板下料机构正上方,并通过滑杆与地板下料机构双向滑动连接,可根据地板的需求长度调整自动切断机构位置。

具体实施方式
为进一步了解本发明的内容,结合附图对本发明作详细描述。
结合图1和图2所示,一种PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机,包括覆膜机架2,覆膜机架2上依次安装有第一输送辊1、第二输送辊12、覆膜输送辊23、压力辊4和地板下料机构5。
第一输送辊1包括一对支架,和安装在一对支架上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅰ。第一输送辊1后端与覆膜机架2前端转动连接,第一输送辊1中的一对支架下铰接有一对支撑气缸14;支撑气缸14另一端铰接再在覆膜机架2上。支撑气缸的伸缩可以折叠第一输送辊,方便前侧的涂胶机的清洗和维修。
第二输送辊12包括安装在覆膜机架2上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅱ。托辊Ⅱ的内侧端向靠近静音垫卷材支架21的一侧倾斜,托辊Ⅱ的外侧端设有一个固定在覆膜机架2上的挡料板13。采用若干彼此平行垂直和倾斜于地板输送方向的可旋动托辊有利于提高输送水平;倾斜于地板输送方向的第二输送辊和挡料板的配合有助于地板与静音垫卷材水平投影对齐,增加了覆膜的可靠性与准确性。
覆膜输送辊23包括安装在覆膜机架2上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅲ。覆膜输送辊23上方设有安装在覆膜机架2上的静音垫卷材支架21。静音垫卷材支架21上安装有静音垫卷材22。静音垫卷材支架21共有两个,两个静音垫卷材支架21沿着覆膜机架2输送方向布置。采用两个静音垫卷材支撑架,有助于减少静音垫卷材的上料时间,从而提高生产效率。
后侧的静音垫卷材支架21下设有对料条31和对料推块32。对料条31安装在覆膜机架2的外侧,对料推块32安装在覆膜机架2的内侧。配备调节机构(对料条、对料推块)保证更换静音垫卷材后,其水平方向投影仍能落在地板上,避免覆膜位置错误。
压力辊4的前侧安装有静音垫张紧轮41。压力辊4共有两对;每对压力辊4包括上下两个;每一对压力辊4中的上侧压力辊4的直径大于下侧压力辊4的直径。压力辊4边缘安装有磁粉张力器42,磁粉张力器可有效控制静音垫不超出地板5mm,提高覆膜技术的精度、静音垫的利用率与贴合性能。
地板下料机构5包括安装在覆膜机架2上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅳ;地板下料机构5上方设有安装在覆膜机架2上的自动裁断刀6。地板下料机构5两侧的覆膜机架2上安装有滑杆51;自动裁断刀6两侧的支撑杆的下端安装在对应的滑杆51上。自动裁断刀6沿地板行进方向的垂直方向水平运动,可保证地板切口平齐,且无需对静音垫修边,静音垫不易翘曲。自动裁断刀6通过滑杆与地板下料机构双向滑动连接,可根据地板的需求长度调整自动切断机构位置。
工作过程;
首先在两个静音垫卷材支架21与静音垫压紧机构上布置好静音垫卷材22,当地板输送机构将由涂胶机输出的大块地板输送至覆膜机架2上时,静音垫压紧机构将地板与静音垫压紧,并通过磁粉张力器42控制静音垫不超出地板5 mm,之后经由地板下料机构5输送至自动裁断机裁断并输送到下一工位。

1.一种PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机,其特征在于:包括覆膜机架(2),覆膜机架(2)上依次安装有第一输送辊(1)、第二输送辊(12)、覆膜输送辊(23)、压力辊(4)和地板下料机构(5);
所述第一输送辊(1)包括一对支架,和安装在所述一对支架上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅰ;
所述第二输送辊(12)包括安装在覆膜机架(2)上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅱ;所述托辊Ⅱ的内侧端向靠近静音垫卷材支架(21)的一侧倾斜,托辊Ⅱ的外侧端设有一个固定在覆膜机架(2)上的挡料板(13);
所述覆膜输送辊(23)包括安装在覆膜机架(2)上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅲ;覆膜输送辊(23)上方设有安装在覆膜机架(2)上的静音垫卷材支架(21);所述静音垫卷材支架(21)上安装有静音垫卷材(22);
所述压力辊(4)的前侧安装有静音垫张紧轮(41);
所述地板下料机构(5)包括安装在覆膜机架(2)上的一列平行布置的托辊Ⅳ;地板下料机构(5)上方设有安装在覆膜机架(2)上的自动裁断刀(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机,其特征在于:所述第一输送辊(1)后端与覆膜机架(2)前端转动连接,第一输送辊(1)中的一对支架下铰接有一对支撑气缸(14);所述支撑气缸(14)另一端铰接再在覆膜机架(2)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机,其特征在于:所述压力辊(4)共有两对;每对压力辊(4)包括上下两个;每一对压力辊(4)中的上侧压力辊(4)的直径大于下侧压力辊(4)的直径。
4.根据权利要求3所述的PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机,其特征在于:所述压力辊(4)边缘安装有磁粉张力器(42)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机,其特征在于:所述静音垫卷材支架(21)共有两个,两个静音垫卷材支架(21)沿着覆膜机架(2)输送方向布置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机,其特征在于:后侧的所述静音垫卷材支架(21)下设有对料条(31)和对料推块(32);所述对料条(31)安装在覆膜机架(2)的外侧,对料推块(32)安装在覆膜机架(2)的内侧。
7.根据权利要求1述的PVC大板的静音垫覆膜机,其特征在于:所述地板下料机构(5)两侧的覆膜机架(2)上安装有滑杆(51);所述自动裁断刀(6)两侧的支撑杆的下端安装在对应的滑杆(51)上。
