发明内容
本发明待解决的问题
根据传统的车辆外装组件,为了将灯布置于车体的外表面,灯的本体部和透镜部需要与保险杠面板分离地形成并且组装于保险杠面板,并且类似地,为了放置传感器,传感器的壳体部和天线部需要与保险杠面板分离地形成并且组装至保险杠面板。因此,为了将外装组件安装于车体的外表面,存在部件的数量增加和用于其组装的工时数增加的问题。
鉴于上述情形,本发明的目的是提供一种车辆外装组件,其中,灯和传感器的一部分集成于保险杠面板,以减少部件的数量和用于组装的工时数,使得车辆外装组件能够容易地组装至车体的外表面。
解决问题的方案
为了解决上述问题,根据本发明的车辆外装组件特征在于包括:用于安装在车体上的保险杠面板;用于提供所述车体周围照明的至少一个灯;以及用于采集所述车体周围的信息的至少一个传感器,其中,所述至少一个灯的透镜部和所述至少一个传感器的天线部与所述保险杠面板一体地形成。
为了进一步减少车辆外装组件的部件数量和用于其组装的工时数,优选的是,所述至少一个灯的用于与所述透镜部组合的本体部和所述至少一个传感器的用于与所述天线部组合的壳体部由树脂一体地成型,并且作为至少一个单个部件组装至保险杠面板。更优选地,所述保险杠面板由不透明树脂成型,并且所述至少一个灯的透镜部和所述至少一个传感器的天线部由透明树脂成型。
此外,根据本发明的车辆外装组件的特征在于包括:用于安装于车体的保险杠面板;用于提供所述车体周围的照明的至少一个灯;以及用于采集上述车体周围的信息的至少一个传感器,其中,所述至少一个灯的本体部和所述至少一个传感器的壳体部与所述保险杠面板一体地形成。
再次地,进一步减少车辆外装组件的部件数量和用于其组装的工时数,优选的是,所述至少一个灯的用于与所述本体部组合的透镜部和所述至少一个传感器的用于与所述壳体部组合的天线部由树脂一体地成型,并且作为至少一个单个部件组装至保险杠面板。
此外,根据本发明的若干实施例,所述至少一个灯包括位于所述至少一个传感器上方的第一灯和位于所述至少一个传感器下方的第二灯,并且所述第一灯、所述第二灯和所述至少一个传感器布置成竖直一列。
发明效果
根据本发明,由于至少一个灯的透镜部或本体部和至少一个传感器的天线部或壳体部与保险杠面板一体地形成,所以提供了减少车辆外装组件的部件数量和用于其组装的工时数的显著效果,使得车辆外装组件能够容易地组装至车体的前表面。

实施例1
如图1所示,实施例1的车辆外装组件11包括:保险杠面板12,其安装在车体1的前表面上;头灯13,其用作主要在夜晚提供车体1前方的照明的第一灯;雾灯14,其用作主要在多雾时提供车体1前方的辅助照明的第二灯;以及传感器15,其用于采集关于车辆的前方的行人、其他车辆和障碍物等的信息。

实施例2
如图4所示,与实施例1相似的,实施例2的车辆外装组件31在保险杠面板12的左右两端分别具有布置成竖直一列的头灯13、雾灯14和传感器15。如图5所示,灯13和14分别包括光源单元17和20、透镜部18和21以及本体部19和22,并且各个传感器15包括检测单元23、天线部24和壳体部25。与实施例1不同,灯13的本体部19和灯14的本体部22以及传感器15的壳体部25与保险杠面板12一体地形成。
此外,灯13的透镜部18和灯14的透镜部21以及传感器15的天线部24在与用于保险杠12面板的成型步骤独立的成型步骤中一体化为透明树脂模制品,并且作为单个部件组装至保险杠面板12的前表面,以与对应的灯13的本体部19和灯14的本体部22以及对应的传感器15的壳体部25组合。然而,应当注意,与例示的实例不同,透镜部18和21和天线部24也可以以两个或三个独立件的形式成型并且分别组装至对应的本体部19和22以及对应的壳体部25。

(A)如图6所示,头灯13、雾灯14和传感器15可以在保险杠面板12的长度中心处,即,在车辆宽度的中心处布置成竖直一列。
(B)在传感器15下方,实施例1和2的雾灯14可以由转向信号灯或者自动驾驶指示灯代替。
(C)车后组合灯的透镜部或者本体部以及传感器的天线部或者壳体部可以与待安装于车体1后部处的后保险杠面板一体地形成。

Claims (4)

1.一种车辆外装组件,其特征在于,包括:保险杠面板,该保险杠面板用于安装在车体上;至少一个灯,该至少一个灯用于提供所述车体周围的照明;以及至少一个传感器,该至少一个传感器用于采集所述车体周围的信息,其中,所述至少一个灯的透镜部和所述至少一个传感器的天线部与所述保险杠面板一体地形成,
其中,所述至少一个灯的本体部和所述至少一个传感器的壳体部一体地形成,并且作为至少一个单个部件组装至所述保险杠面板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆外装组件,其中,所述保险杠面板由不透明树脂成型,并且所述至少一个灯的所述透镜部和所述至少一个传感器的所述天线部由透明树脂成型。
3.一种车辆外装组件,其特征在于,包括:保险杠面板,该保险杠面板用于安装在车体上;至少一个灯,该至少一个灯用于提供所述车体周围的照明;以及至少一个传感器,该至少一个传感器用于采集所述车体周围的信息,其中,所述至少一个灯的本体部和所述至少一个传感器的壳体部与所述保险杠面板一体地形成,
