Abstract

可自由连续取出的湿性片巾叠层体中，下位的纸巾密贴上位纸巾的状态下取出上位的纸巾时，下位的纸巾过剩地突出。在湿性片巾从上方顺序自由组合取出的湿性片巾叠层体中，在上位的湿性片巾(11a)的折叠部形成下侧的折片(14)，在下位的湿性片巾(11b)的折叠部形成上侧的折片(12)，上位的湿性片巾(11a)的折叠部夹持于下位的湿性片巾(11b)的折叠部的内侧，使湿性片巾彼此密贴，上位的湿性片巾(11a)的折叠部的折线(16)和下位的湿性片巾(11b)的折叠部的折线(15)之间形成间隔(45)，在这种湿性片巾叠层体中能够可靠地调节所连湿性片巾(11b)的突出量。

Description

湿性片巾叠层体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在取出湿性片巾时、能够伸出任意长度的连续的湿性片巾的湿性片巾叠层体。
背景技术
湿纸巾或湿毛巾类湿性片巾叠层体在未曾使用或暂停使用时，为了保持湿润状态，要密封状保存在容器或包装体内。在这样的湿性片巾叠层体中，为了能够从容器或包装体上的取出口中顺序连续地取出，而把折叠的多张湿性片巾上下组合并且部分相互重合地被层叠。当取出位于取出口上部位置的湿性片巾时，与其连续的下部位置的湿性片巾的上端部从容器的取出口突出。
此时，湿性片巾由于是在含浸液体的状态下相互组合的，纸巾含液体地相互面接触，这些纸巾间的液体表面张力使得纸巾间具有强的粘合力(接合力)。由此，取出上部位置的湿性片巾时，在其所连的湿性片巾中上侧的湿性片巾粘合部分的全部，即不仅是所连的湿性片巾的上端部而且包括其他部分也以密贴着上侧湿性片巾的状态下从取出口抽出。因而，所连的湿性片巾的突出量会过多。
如果从湿性片巾取出口抽出的突出量较长，则纸巾的突出部不能收放在要盖住通常设置在容器或包装体上的取出口的面积内，产生从盖处露出部分。于是，在该露出部分湿性片巾会干燥。另外，湿性片巾一旦从盖处露出，盖不能可靠盖上，降低了容器或包装体内的密闭性，内部的湿性片巾易干燥。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种克服上述以往问题，在抽出上部位置的湿性片巾时，能够调节其所连接的下部位置湿性片巾突出量的湿性片巾叠层体。
实现上述目的一种自由组合的湿性片巾叠层体，上位的湿性片巾和下位的湿性片巾顺序地从上方取出，其特征在于，上位的湿性片巾在折叠部向下侧弯折以形成下侧的折片；下位的湿性片巾在折叠部向上侧弯折以形成上侧的折片；上位的湿性片巾的所述折叠部夹入下位的湿性片巾折叠部的内侧，与上位的湿性片巾和下位的湿性片巾密贴；上位的湿性片巾的折叠部的折线与下位的湿性片巾的折叠部的折线之间留出间隔。在该湿性片巾叠层体中，抽出上位的湿性片巾时，能够适当地调节所连续的下位湿性片巾的突出量。
在本发明中，最好是使形成上位的湿性片巾的下侧折线折片的折叠部的折线与形成所连续的湿性片巾的上侧折线折片的折叠部的折线之间的间隔为3-8mm，而组合成各湿性片巾。突出量调整容易。

具体实施方式
下面，参照附图说明本发明。图1(A)(B)示出构成本发明湿性片巾叠层体的湿性片巾折叠时的立体图，图2是说明图1(B)所示的湿性片巾组合的剖视图，图3是本发明的湿性片巾叠层体存放于容器状态下的剖视图，图4是湿性片巾折线部分的断面放大图，图5是抽出湿性片巾时的状态图。
以下对构成本发明的湿性片巾叠层体的湿性片巾11加以说明。将图1(A)所示的长方形的湿性片巾的端部沿着长边方向的端部起大致1/4处的折线15，16，向各自相反面侧弯折，形成折叠部。折叠的湿性片巾11成为图1(B)所示的大致Z字形状。在湿性片巾的折叠部，以折线15和折线16作为界线，形成上侧折片12和下侧折片14。在折片12和折片14之间的居间面为中间面13。
如此获得的湿性片巾11如图2所示，各自每一张左右交叉层叠重合。处于最上位的湿性片巾11a的中间面13和下侧折片14所在的折叠部夹在从上位于第二张湿性片巾11b上侧的折片12和中间面13所在的折叠部的内侧。即，最上位的湿性片巾11a下侧的折线16，被夹在从上数位于第二张的湿性片巾11b的折叠部上侧的折叠线15所在的上侧的折片12与中间面13的内侧。同样，多张湿性片巾依序组合，获得图3所示的湿性片巾叠层体30。该叠层体30例如由50张或100张多个湿性片巾组合构成，存放于上侧有取出口36的容器35中。
图4是本发明的湿性片巾叠层体最上位湿性片巾11a下侧的折线16与第二张湿性片巾11b上侧的折线15组合部分放大的局部剖视图。在图4中，最上位的湿性片巾11a的下侧折线16与第二张湿性片巾11b上侧的折线15之间设有间隔45。这样，形成上位的湿性片巾11a的中间面13和下侧折片14的下侧折线16从形成所连续的湿性片巾11b的上侧折线15的折片12和中间面13的折线15起，离开宽度方向中央侧地组合起来。
在如上构成的湿性片巾叠层体30中，从设置有取出口36的上侧顺序地一张一张地取出湿性片巾。以下详细地说明取出湿性片巾时的状态。
图5示出图4所示的上位湿性片巾11a从取出口36抽出时的状态。尽管层积的湿性片巾含有液体相互面接触，但由于含有液体的表面张力，使湿性片巾相互强力密贴着。此时，在从取出口抽出最上位的湿性片巾11a时，如图5所示，在第二张湿性片巾11b的上侧折片12与中间面13之间形成突部46。更详细地说，最上位的湿性片巾11a与第二张湿性片巾11b面接触，在密贴的状态下，折线16拉伸为直线状时，由于仅仅在间隔45处第二张湿性片巾11b能够松弛，从而形成突部46。
如图5所示，在突部46的内侧容易形成空隙46a。一旦形成空隙46a，在空隙46a处的湿性片巾之间存在空气，相互密贴的湿性片巾更易于从空隙46a部分剥下。由此，抽出最上位的湿性片巾11a时，与之密贴状态下抽出的第二张湿性片巾11b容易从突部46部分分离。
另外，如使取出口36的开口宽度比较短，在抽出湿性片巾11a时，前述突部46受到取出口36的较强阻力。因此，第二张湿性片巾11b在上侧的折片12从取出口36突出时刻，突部46承受取出口36处的阻力，与最上位的湿性片巾11a分离，只把最上位的湿性片巾11a抽出。
如此，在抽出最上位的湿性片巾11a时，第二张湿性片巾11b上侧的折片12突出，通过突部46，位于下侧的中间面13和下侧的折片14留在容器内。于是，能够可靠地只抓取最上位的湿性片巾11a。由此，抽出上位的湿性片巾时，其所连湿性片巾的突出量不会过长，并且，由于突出量稳定，从取出口36突出的湿性片巾干燥程度减轻，目视更加美观。由于在容器35上设有盖住取出口36周围的盖，从取出口36突出的湿性片巾存放于封闭盖的面积内，容易用盖易来密封取出口36。
为了确实调节所连湿性片巾突出量，最好是，湿性片巾要取出的湿性片巾下侧的折线与所连续的湿性片巾上侧折线之间的间隔在3-8mm。更好地是，在5mm左右。
另外，最好是，取出口36具有给予突部46阻力的功能。例如，取出口36的开口宽度最好比湿性片巾的宽度尺寸小。取出口36具有所谓称作阻力部的功能，防止在抽出上位的湿性片巾时，所连的湿性片巾随上位的湿性片巾抽出，造成湿性片巾从取出口36抽出过长。
图6(A)(B)示出构成本发明其他实施例的湿性片巾叠层体的湿性片巾折叠时的立体图，图7是说明该湿性片巾组合时的剖视图。
在图6(A)中，长方形的湿性片巾的端部沿着长边方向的端部起大致1/5处的折线15，和距离端部大致2/5处的折线16，向各自相反面侧折，形成折叠部。所获得的湿性片巾21成为图6(B)所示的变形的Z字形状。在湿性片巾21的折叠部，以折线15和折线16作为界线，形成上侧折片12和下侧折片14。夹在折片12和折片14之间的面为中间面13。
如此获得的湿性片巾21如图7所示，各自每一张左右交叉层叠重合。处于最上位的湿性片巾21a的中间面13和下侧折片14所形成的折叠部的下侧的折线16，夹在形成从上数位于第二张的湿性片巾21b的折叠部的上侧的折叠线15的上侧的折片12和中间面13的内侧。另外，湿性片巾21下侧的全部折片14必须与其中间面13以面接触方式组合。于是，上位的湿性片巾21a的下侧的折线16和下位的上侧折线15之间留出图4所示的间隔，将多张湿性片巾顺序组合，获得湿性片巾叠层体。
从取出口抓取端部17部分而抽出最上位的湿性片巾21a时，与图3所示的湿性片巾叠层体30同样，在下位湿性片巾的上侧折线15部分形成突部。该突部内形成空隙，湿性片巾在该部分容易分离。因此，抽出最上位的湿性片巾时，与之密贴状态下抽出的第二张湿性片巾21b容易从突部46部分分离，另外，也易于承受取出口36的强阻力。由此，第二张湿性片巾21b在上侧的折片12从取出口36突出时刻，与最上位的湿性片巾21a分离，只抽出最上位的湿性片巾21a。
此外，由图7所示组合获得的湿性片巾叠层体中，湿性片巾的突出量如为湿性片巾宽度尺寸的大致1/5，也能够更短。
湿性片巾11，21是由天然纤维和/或合成纤维构成的无纺布或纸。例如，是用聚乙烯或聚丙烯的、湿润强度高的无纺布(スパンレ-ス)。湿性片巾11的大小根据使用目的、容器或包装体的大小可适当变化。湿性片巾11，21中浸入水、乙醇、保湿剂、表面活性剂、香料、防腐剂、防霉剂等。
容器35为聚乙烯、聚丙烯等合成树脂形成的质地较硬物质。在取出口36上，为使突出的湿性片巾不会干燥，最好形成能够密封容器全体的盖体。另外，也可以用不透液性的薄膜形成的包装体代替硬质的容器35，以存放湿性片巾叠层体。此外，也可将存放本发明的湿性片巾叠层体的包装体存放于更硬质的容器中使用，成为所谓可重复使用的包装。
另外，在本发明的湿性片巾叠层体中，通过调整湿性片巾的折线位置，能够根据用途调整其突出量。因此，折叠部，即折线位置，即使距离端部不是1/4或1/5也可以。例如可以位于1/3或1/6处。此外，本发明并不限于这些实施例，例如，也能够适用于湿性片巾在四处、五处折叠、使这些湿性片巾组合形成叠层体。
正如上述，本发明的湿性片巾叠层体即使是湿性片巾相互强密贴，在抽出湿性片巾时，能够可靠地调整所连续的湿性片巾的突出量。

Claims (2)

1.一种湿性片巾叠层体，上位的湿性片巾和下位的湿性片巾顺序地从上方取出并自由组合，其特征在于，
上位的湿性片巾在折叠部向下侧折以形成下侧的折片；
下位的湿性片巾在折叠部向上侧折以形成上侧的折片；
上位的湿性片巾的所述折叠部夹持于下位的湿性片巾折叠部的内侧，以使上位的湿性片巾和下位的湿性片巾密贴；
上位的湿性片巾的折叠部的折线与下位的湿性片巾的折叠部的折线之间形成间隔。
2.按照权利要求1所述的湿性片巾叠层体，其特征在于，所述间隔为3-8mm。
