技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品加工技术,更具体地说,它涉及一种面料前处理工艺。
背景技术
印染厂是用蒸汽、水量较大的企业,而前处理工序用水量在整个印染过程中所占比例又较大,据统计,印染厂每生产1km棉印染织物,耗水量近20t,其中前处理用水约占50%。面料的前处理工艺流程一般依次包括有退卷、缝头、烧毛、开幅、定型、漂白、烘干。
但是目前经过前处理工艺的面料在后期进行使用和水洗的时候仍旧非常容易发生缩水的情况,从而导致印染在面料上的图案容易发生变形的情况,并且也容易造成人们的使用体验感较差的情况发生。
因此需要提出一种新的方案来解决这个问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种面料前处理工艺,能够令经过前处理后的面料不容易发生缩水问题。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种面料前处理工艺,其包括有如下步骤:
步骤一,退卷处理,将面料放在退卷机上进行退卷;
步骤二,烧毛处理,将面料送入到烧毛机内进行烧毛处理,将面料表面的茸毛以及粘贴在面料表面上的飞花烧除;
步骤三,砂洗处理,将步骤二结束后的面料送入到砂洗机内进行砂洗,砂洗机内通过砂洗溶液对面料进行砂洗;
步骤四,脱水处理,将砂洗后的面料送入到脱水机内进行脱水;
步骤五,晾挂处理,将脱水后的面料晾挂在干燥的环境中,环境温度为18-28摄氏度,并且晾挂时的面料保持松弛的状态,面料仅四个阴脚处进行晾挂支撑;
步骤六,预缩处理,在面料进行晾挂时,在面料干燥时均匀喷洒防缩水剂直至面料完全湿润后再次进行晾晒,重复5-10次;
步骤七,缝头处理,对结束步骤六后的多卷面料送入到缝头机内进行缝合连接;
步骤八,开幅处理,将面料送入到开幅机内进行开幅;
步骤九,定型处理,将面料送入到定型机内进行定型;
步骤十,漂白处理,把面料定型后送入到漂白液内进行漂白;
步骤十一,烘干处理,在面料漂白结束以后,对面料进行烘干。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过十一个步骤对面料进行依次处理,从而使得面料能够退卷后进行烧毛以及砂洗的处理,使得面料表面更加柔顺和洁净,并且在面料进行晾晒的时候,进入干燥状态后,人们便对其喷洒防缩水剂,从而使得面料重新恢复湿润状态,令面料能够多次经历湿润和干燥的状态,对面料的缩水率进行有效降低,从而使得面料在结束后续工艺后,人们进行面料清洗使用时,不容易发生面料缩水的情况。
本发明进一步设置为:所述防缩水剂包括聚苯乙烯、聚偏二氟乙烯、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、乙醇、氨水、二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅以及改性高分子淀粉。
本发明进一步设置为:所述防缩水剂的温度保持70-90摄氏度。
本发明进一步设置为:所述砂洗溶液包括柔软剂、抗菌剂、亲肤剂、氧化性助剂、膨化剂以及水。
本发明进一步设置为:还包括步骤十二,固色处理,对烘干后的面料浸泡进入到添加有固色剂的溶液中,静止15分钟后取出脱水;步骤十三,烘干处理,对结束步骤十二后的面料进行再次烘干处理。
本发明进一步设置为:还包括位于步骤六与步骤七之间的步骤十四,树脂处理,完成步骤六以后的面料通过树脂整理剂进行处理。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过树脂处理,从而使得面料的缩水率能够得到进一步降低,面料不容易发生缩水的情况。
本发明进一步设置为:所述树脂整理剂为无醛树脂。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于树脂整理剂为无醛树脂,从而使得树脂整理剂对面料进行树脂处理的时候不会产生污染。

步骤五,晾挂处理,将脱水后的面料晾挂在干燥的环境中,环境温度为25摄氏度,并且晾挂时的面料保持松弛的状态,面料仅四个阴脚处进行晾挂支撑,在面料进行晾晒的时候,适宜的温度和干燥的空气能够使得面料尽快地脱水恢复干燥状态,而由于晾挂时的面料保持松弛的状态,令面料在其平面方向上不会受到作用力,使得面料不会在晾晒时发生扩张定型的情况,减少面料后续清洗过程中的缩水率。
步骤六,预缩处理,在面料进行晾挂时,在面料干燥时均匀喷洒防缩水剂直至面料完全湿润后再次进行晾晒,重复10次,防缩水剂包括聚苯乙烯、聚偏二氟乙烯、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、乙醇、氨水、二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅以及改性高分子淀粉,同时防缩水剂的温度保持90摄氏度,通过高温的防缩水剂对干燥的面料进行湿润,从而使得面料能够通过防缩水剂进行处理,并且面料重复干燥和湿润的状态,对其结构进行定型,使得面料在后续清洗的过程中不容易发生缩水情况,降低面料的缩水率。
还包括位于步骤六与步骤七之间的步骤十四,树脂处理,完成步骤六以后的面料通过树脂整理剂进行处理,树脂整理剂为无醛树脂,通过进行树脂处理,从而使得面料的缩水率得到进一步下降。
步骤七,缝头处理,对结束步骤十四后的多卷面料送入到缝头机内进行缝合连接,通过缝头处理使得面料能够连接成一卷,使得面料方便人们进行处理和搬运。
步骤八,开幅处理,将面料送入到开幅机内进行开幅。
步骤九,定型处理,将面料送入到定型机内进行定型。
步骤十,漂白处理,把面料定型后送入到漂白液内进行漂白。
步骤十一,烘干处理,在面料漂白结束以后,对面料进行烘干。
还包括步骤十二,固色处理,对烘干后的面料浸泡进入到添加有固色剂的溶液中,静止15分钟后取出脱水。
步骤十三,烘干处理,对结束步骤十二后的面料进行再次烘干处理。
经过步骤八至十二的处理以后,人们便能够得到成型的面料进行发货或者进行后续的处理。

Claims (7)
1.一种面料前处理工艺,其包括有如下步骤:
步骤一,退卷处理,将面料放在退卷机上进行退卷;
步骤二,烧毛处理,将面料送入到烧毛机内进行烧毛处理,将面料表面的茸毛以及粘贴在面料表面上的飞花烧除;
步骤三,砂洗处理,将步骤二结束后的面料送入到砂洗机内进行砂洗,砂洗机内通过砂洗溶液对面料进行砂洗;
步骤四,脱水处理,将砂洗后的面料送入到脱水机内进行脱水;
步骤五,晾挂处理,将脱水后的面料晾挂在干燥的环境中,环境温度为18-28摄氏度,并且晾挂时的面料保持松弛的状态,面料仅四个阴脚处进行晾挂支撑;
步骤六,预缩处理,在面料进行晾挂时,在面料干燥时均匀喷洒防缩水剂直至面料完全湿润后再次进行晾晒,重复5-10次;
步骤七,缝头处理,对结束步骤六后的多卷面料送入到缝头机内进行缝合连接;
步骤八,开幅处理,将面料送入到开幅机内进行开幅;
步骤九,定型处理,将面料送入到定型机内进行定型;
步骤十,漂白处理,把面料定型后送入到漂白液内进行漂白;
步骤十一,烘干处理,在面料漂白结束以后,对面料进行烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述防缩水剂包括聚苯乙烯、聚偏二氟乙烯、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、乙醇、氨水、二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅以及改性高分子淀粉。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述防缩水剂的温度保持70-90摄氏度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述砂洗溶液包括柔软剂、抗菌剂、亲肤剂、氧化性助剂、膨化剂以及水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:还包括步骤十二,固色处理,对烘干后的面料浸泡进入到添加有固色剂的溶液中,静止15分钟后取出脱水;步骤十三,烘干处理,对结束步骤十二后的面料进行再次烘干处理。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:还包括位于步骤六与步骤七之间的步骤十四,树脂处理,完成步骤六以后的面料通过树脂整理剂进行处理。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述树脂整理剂为无醛树脂。
