其中各成分起到的效果为:
核桃仁:润肠通便,助睡眠,抗衰老;
黑芝麻:补肝肾,润五脏,益气力,长肌肉,补脑,补髓;
白芝麻:调节胆固醇;
花生:促生长,抗衰老,止血造血;
大米:滋阴润肺,生津;
黑大米:滋阴补肾,健身暖胃,名目活血,清肝润肠,滑湿益精,补肺缓筋;
小米:健脾和胃,补益虚损,和中益肾,除热解毒;
薏米:利水消肿,健脾止泻,美白肌肤;
藜麦米:健脾,消食,抑制,助孕;
大枣:降血压,保肝护肝,抗癌抑癌;
大豆:降低胆固醇;
