本发明公开了一种抗静电毛涤精纺面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:碱减量处理毛涤精纺面料;S2:制备抗静电整理液,抗静电整理液的主要组成包括双端羧基聚乙二醇、次亚磷酸钠、C2~C5多元醇和水;S3:将S1所得碱减量毛涤精纺面料置于40~60℃的抗静电整理液中浸轧整理,然后轧液取出毛涤精纺面料,烘干,在145~165℃下焙烘1~3min,得抗静电毛涤精纺面料。该抗静电毛涤精纺面料的生产工艺中碱减量促使羊毛纤维和涤纶纤维中的部分酯基水解,双端羧基聚乙二醇、C2~C5多元醇与羊毛纤维和涤纶纤维中产生的羧基反应,在毛涤精纺面料的纤维表面引入更多的亲水基团,整理后的毛涤精纺面料具有良好的抗静电性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及毛涤精纺面料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种抗静电毛涤精纺面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
毛涤精纺面料的主要纤维组成为羊毛纤维和涤纶。由于鳞片层的存在,羊毛纤维和涤纶纤维的表面均具有一定的疏水性能,但是干燥低温条件下毛制品纤维之间的摩擦容易产生带电现象,电荷长时间积聚在羊毛纤维表面,进而导致服用过程中的静电现象。静电现象所带来的进一步问题是吸附灰尘,产生电击感。
纺织品的抗静电技术主要包括:一、用表面活性剂等方式对纤维进行亲水化处理;二、在纺纱中混入导电短纤维。
CN109853241A中公开了一种耐久性涤纶织物抗静电整理方法,整理过程依次包括烧碱预处理涤纶,使纤维表面酯键水解产生羟基,在以四甲基哌啶氮氧化物和漆酶处理,使涤纶纤维上的羟基转化为醛基,最后通过醛基与抗静电剂端氨基聚乙二醇中的氨基反应,实现涤纶织物抗静电整理。上述方案中在涤纶面料表面所形成的抗静电层耐久性较差,由于分子结构中的胺类基团,高温处理后织物容易泛黄。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种抗静电毛涤精纺面料的生产工艺,提高抗静电整理的耐久性,改善面料白度。
为了实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案为:一种抗静电毛涤精纺面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:碱减量处理毛涤精纺面料;
S2:制备抗静电整理液,所述抗静电整理液的主要组成包括双端羧基聚乙二醇、次亚磷酸钠、C2~C5多元醇和水;
S3:将S1所得碱减量毛涤精纺面料置于40~60℃的抗静电整理液中浸轧整理,然后轧液取出毛涤精纺面料,烘干,在145~165℃下焙烘1~3min,得抗静电毛涤精纺面料。
优选的技术方案为,碱减量处理的工艺条件为:氢氧化钠溶液中氢氧化钠的质量百分比为4~7%,碱减量处理温度为80~95℃,处理时长3~9min。
优选的技术方案为,所述C2~C5多元醇为选自甘油酸、丙三醇、二羟甲基丙酸、丁三醇中的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选的技术方案为,所述双端羧基聚乙二醇的分子量为400~2000。
优选的技术方案为,所述抗静电整理剂中双端羧基聚乙二醇的质量浓度为10~50g/L,所述次亚磷酸钠的质量浓度为0.5~2.5g/L,所述C2~C5多元醇的质量浓度为0.5~3g/L。
优选的技术方案为,所述浸轧整理的轧液率为70~90%。
优选的技术方案为,所述C2~C5多元醇为甘油酸和/或二羟甲基丙酸。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
该抗静电毛涤精纺面料的生产工艺中碱减量促使羊毛纤维和涤纶纤维中的部分酯基水解,双端羧基聚乙二醇、C2~C5多元醇与羊毛纤维和涤纶纤维中产生的羧基反应,在毛涤精纺面料的纤维表面引入更多的亲水基团,整理后的毛涤精纺面料具有良好的抗静电性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
对毛涤精纺面料进行抗静电整理,毛涤精纺面料纤维组成:70%毛30%涤,面料来源:江苏阳光集团;
实施例1
抗静电毛涤精纺面料的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:碱减量处理毛涤精纺面料,碱减量处理的工艺条件为:氢氧化钠溶液中氢氧化钠的质量百分比为5%,碱减量处理温度为90℃,处理时长8min;
S2:制备抗静电整理液,抗静电整理液的主要组成包括双端羧基聚乙二醇、次亚磷酸钠、C2~C5多元醇和水,双端羧基聚乙二醇的分子量为400~2000,抗静电整理剂中双端羧基聚乙二醇的质量浓度为40g/L,次亚磷酸钠的质量浓度为2g/L,C2~C5多元醇的质量浓度为2g/L;
S3:将S1所得碱减量毛涤精纺面料置于58~60℃的抗静电整理液中浸轧整理,然后轧液取出毛涤精纺面料,轧液率为80%,烘干,在145~150℃下焙烘2min,得抗静电毛涤精纺面料。
实施例2
实施例2基于实施例1,区别在于,静电整理液中的多元醇为二羟甲基丙酸。
实施例3
实施例3基于实施例1,区别在于,静电整理液中的多元醇为甘油酸。
实施例4
实施例4基于实施例1,区别在于,氢氧化钠溶液中氢氧化钠的质量百分比为7%,碱减量处理温度为95℃;
实施例5
实施例5基于实施例4,区别在于,S3中焙烘温度为120~130℃。
对比例
对比例1基于实施例1,区别在于,抗静电整理液中不包含次亚磷酸钠,仅包含与实施例1相同重量百分比的双端羧基聚乙二醇和C2~C5多元醇。
对比例2基于实施例1,区别在于,抗静电整理液中不包含C2~C5多元醇,仅包含与实施例1相同重量百分比的双端羧基聚乙二醇和次亚磷酸钠。
实施例和对比例所得试样经以下性能检测:
1、DATACOLOR SF600型电脑测色配色仪上测定实施例和对比例试样的白度;
2、按照GB/T12703.1-2008《纺织品静电性能的评定 第1部分:静电压半衰期》检测试样的静电压半衰期,按照国际羊毛局TM31毛纺织产品的洗涤标准洗涤毛涤精纺面料5次,检测洗涤后洗涤毛涤精纺面料的静电压半衰期。
实施例和对比例的白度检测结果均为28以上,其中实施例5的白度优于实施例1-4和对比例1-2,可能的原因在于:焙烘温度高会导致面料的白度略下降。
实施例1-5以及对比例1-2试样的静电压半衰期分别为1.21s、1.09s、1.04s、1.12s、1.25s、1.89s、1.57s,经过洗涤后试样的静电压半衰期分别为1.39s、1.14s、1.12s、1.41s、1.65s、2.45s、1.97s。实施例2和实施例3的静电压半衰期在试样洗涤前后变化较小,因此优选的多元醇的加入有助于改善毛涤精纺面料抗静电性能的耐久性。次亚磷酸钠催化醇和酸的酯化反应。

S1:碱减量处理毛涤精纺面料;
S2:制备抗静电整理液,所述抗静电整理液的主要组成包括双端羧基聚乙二醇、次亚磷酸钠、C2~C5多元醇和水;
S3:将S1所得碱减量毛涤精纺面料置于40~60℃的抗静电整理液中浸轧整理,然后轧液取出毛涤精纺面料,烘干,在145~165℃下焙烘1~3min,得抗静电毛涤精纺面料;
所述碱减量处理的工艺条件为:氢氧化钠溶液中氢氧化钠的质量百分比为4~7%,碱减量处理温度为80~95℃,处理时长3~9min;所述抗静电整理剂中双端羧基聚乙二醇的质量浓度为10~50g/L,所述次亚磷酸钠的质量浓度为0.5~2.5g/L,所述C2~C5多元醇的质量浓度为0.5~3g/L;所述双端羧基聚乙二醇的分子量为400~2000;
所述C2~C5多元醇为选自甘油酸、丙三醇、二羟甲基丙酸、丁三醇中的一种或两种以上的组合;所述浸轧整理的轧液率为70~90%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电毛涤精纺面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述C2~C5多元醇为甘油酸和/或二羟甲基丙酸。
