技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品生产技术领域,具体涉及一种毛涤面料的亲水整理方法。
背景技术
精纺的毛涤面料中羊毛具有天然的拒水特性,而涤纶纤维是疏水性和成纤维,穿着舒适度较差,因此面料的回潮率低。现有技术中改善涤纶织物服用性能主要有两种方法:一是利用纤维的合成技术在纤维的纺织过程中对聚酯纤维的结构进行改性,使纤维本身具有亲水性和抗静电性;二是利用织物后整理技术达到改性的目的。整理改性是在聚酯大分子链上引入亲水基团,使涤纶表面形成亲水的保护层,主要包括表面接枝聚合和亲水整理剂吸附固着两种形式。接枝聚合的主要方式为等离子轰击纺织品表面,产业化推广存在设备等限制因素。常用的亲水性整理剂包括聚乙二醇、聚酯聚醚树脂、环氧类树脂、聚硅氧烷类、聚氨酯类和壳聚糖。上述亲水整理剂多为合成材质,纤维表面亲水性薄膜在水中会发生溶胀,从而将羊毛鳞片包覆起来,导致面料手感枯燥,精纺面料的柔软度风格欠缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种毛涤面料的亲水整理方法,整理后的面料亲水性强、手感丰满柔软,也有利于人体健康。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案为:一种毛涤面料的亲水整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:胺解预处理,胺解预处理液的组成为氢氧化钠0.2~0.3%、季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂0.02~0.2%、三乙醇胺0.8~1.2%和余量水,将精纺毛涤面料置于胺解预处理液中,升温至75~85℃,保温处理3~4h,水洗轧液;
S2:将S2所得带液的毛涤面料置于蒸汽温度为110~130℃的汽蒸机中湿蒸处理8~12min,其中汽蒸机中的相对湿度控制在55~65%,然后将面料取出烘干;
S3:将S2所得面料置于60~70℃的亲水整理液中两浸两轧,经预烘、水洗烘干,得毛涤面料成品。
优选的技术方案为,亲水整理液的组成包括羊毛角蛋白、交联剂和水,亲水整理液中交联剂的重量百分比为1~5%。
优选的技术方案为,交联剂为乙二醇缩水甘油醚和/或戊二醛。
优选的技术方案为,S1中季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂为选自十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵中的至少一种。
优选的技术方案为,S3中预烘温度为70~90℃,预烘时间为3~5min。

1.一种毛涤面料的亲水整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:胺解预处理,胺解预处理液的组成为氢氧化钠0.2~0.3%、季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂0.02~0.2%、三乙醇胺0.8~1.2%和余量水,将精纺毛涤面料置于胺解预处理液中,升温至75~85℃,保温处理3~4h,水洗轧液;
S2:将S2所得带液的毛涤面料置于蒸汽温度为110~130℃的汽蒸机中湿蒸处理8~12min,其中汽蒸机中的相对湿度控制在55~65%,然后将面料取出烘干;
S3:将S2所得面料置于60~70℃的亲水整理液中两浸两轧,经预烘、水洗烘干,得毛涤面料成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毛涤面料的亲水整理方法,其特征在于,亲水整理液的组成包括羊毛角蛋白、交联剂和水,亲水整理液中交联剂的重量百分比为1~5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的毛涤面料的亲水整理方法,其特征在于,交联剂为乙二醇缩水甘油醚和/或戊二醛。
4.根据权利要求1所述的毛涤面料的亲水整理方法,其特征在于,S1中季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂为选自十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的毛涤面料的亲水整理方法,其特征在于,S3中预烘温度为70~90℃,预烘时间为3~5min。
