本发明涉及一种麻类织物防皱整理方法,依次为面料准备、拉幅浸轧施加免烫助剂、焙烘、水洗和柔软拉幅。采用本发明处理后的面料透气性、吸湿性好,手感柔软,断裂强力性能提高,抗皱性更加优越,提高防皱效果,减少了织物降强,面料免烫性级别AATCC 124达到2.5级,甲醛含量达到国际环保标准75ppm以下,面料断裂强力达到ASTM D5034达到30LB以上。

麻类织物防皱整理方法
技术领域
本发明提供一种麻类织物免烫整理方法,属于纺织印染技术领域。
背景技术
麻是人类最早利用的纤维之一,此类面料吸湿性好,放湿也快,不易产生静电,穿着凉爽,麻纤维具有防腐抑菌、透气舒爽的特点,但是也存在穿着过程中褶皱的问题;因此为改善这一问题点,麻类织物免烫整理显得尤为重要;因麻纤维干态下强力差,以往经过防皱整理方法整理后的织物,断裂强力差,手感粗糙,服用性能指标大大降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够克服上述缺陷,采用本发明处理后的面料透气性、吸湿性好,手感柔软,断裂强力性能提高,抗皱性更加优越,提高防皱效果,减少了织物降强,面料免烫性级别AATCC 124达到2.5级。
本发明一种麻类织物的防皱整理方法,依次为面料准备、拉幅浸轧施加免烫助剂、焙烘、水洗和柔软拉幅。
免烫助剂的组分及重量配比为树脂CRE:80-100g/L、催化剂CTC:30-40g/L、纤维保护剂SF-P:30g/L、柔软剂EPS:40g/L、树脂增效剂PI:20g/L酸1~2g/L,其余为水。
在施加免烫助剂工艺中,使用树脂增效剂,提高防皱效果,减少了织物降强。
柔软拉幅在拉幅机上进行。
柔软拉幅所用助剂的组分及重量配比为柔软剂EPS 10-20g/L,醋酸1~2g/L,其余为水。
烘房温度控制在120-130℃,布面温度控制在30~40℃之间。
免烫工艺在拉幅机上进行。
面料准备过程中,漂白后对布面进行酸性中和,使布面pH值控制在7~8。
处理后的面料免烫级别达到AATCC 124标准2.5级,甲醛含量达到国际环保标准75ppm以下,面料断裂强力ASTM D5034标准30LB以上。
此面料不加工丝光;漂白后对布面进行酸性中和,使布面pH值控制在7~8;
其工作原理为:棉织物在洗涤或受外力作用时,纤维素大分子会产生滑移,织物产生形变,当外力消除后,纤维素大分子在新的位置上产生新的分子间作用力,产生的形变不能恢复,这样织物表面就产生了折皱。本方法通过树脂与纤维素羟基发生反应,在纤维素大分子间形成稳定的交联键,限制了分子在外力作用下的相对位移,使织物在外力的作用下不易产生永久形变,从而使织物具有良好的防皱性能。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
采用本发明处理后的面料透气性、吸湿性好,手感柔软,断裂强力性能提高,抗皱性更加优越,提高防皱效果,减少了织物降强,面料免烫性级别AATCC 124达到2.5级,甲醛含量达到国际环保标准75ppm以下,面料断裂强力达到ASTM D5034达到30LB以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
面料规格为:L21*L21*65*60*57/58,组织:1/1平纹,面料的防皱整理工艺流程为:
1、面料准备:烧毛工序要求烧毛干净,退浆煮练工序要求退浆干净,退浆率达到98%以上,煮练后毛效达到5cm/5min,以保证免烫效果和手感,漂白要求漂白后的面料白度在D65光源下的CIE树脂达到87,布面pH值7.5。
2、浸轧施加免烫助剂:在拉幅机上进行,免烫助剂的组分及重量配比为树脂CRE:100g/L、催化剂CTC:40g/L、纤维保护剂SF-P:30g/L、柔软剂EPS:35g/L、树脂增效剂PI:20g/L酸1.5g/L,其余为水,烘房温度控制在125℃,布面温度控制在35℃;
3、焙烘:在焙烘机上进行,温度:150℃,车速:60m/min,布面纬向断裂强力32LB;
4、水洗:在水洗机上进行,水洗温度:50℃,车速:60m/min,布面PH值6.8;
5、柔软拉幅:在拉幅机上进行,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为柔软剂EPS:15g/L,醋酸:2g/L,其余为水。
经测试,采用本发明处理后的面料免烫性级别达到AATCC 124标准2.5级;甲醛含量达到25.9ppm;面料断裂强力达到ASTM D5034标准径向达到54LB,纬向达到37.5LB。
实施例2
面料规格为:L30*L30*90*70*59/60组织:1/1平纹,面料的防皱整理工艺流程为:
1、面料准备:烧毛工序要求烧毛干净,退浆煮练工序要求退浆干净,退浆率达到98%以上,煮练后毛效达到4.5cm/5min,以保证免烫效果和手感,漂白要求漂白后的面料白度在D65光源下的CIE树脂达到85,布面pH值8.0。
2、浸轧施加免烫助剂:在拉幅机上进行,免烫助剂的组分及重量配比为树脂CRE:80g/L、催化剂CTC:32g/L、纤维保护剂SF-P:30g/L、柔软剂EPS:40g/L、树脂增效剂PI:20g/L酸1.5g/L,其余为水,烘房温度控制在120℃,布面温度控制在35℃;
3、焙烘:在焙烘机上进行,温度:150℃,车速:60m/min,布面纬向断裂强力30LB;
4、水洗:在水洗机上进行,水洗温度:50℃,车速:50m/min,布面PH值7.1;
5、柔软拉幅:在拉幅机上进行,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为柔软剂EPS:30g/L,醋酸:1.5g/L,其余为水。
经测试,采用本发明处理后的面料免烫性级别达到AATCC 124标准2.6级;甲醛含量达到8.25ppm;面料断裂强力达到ASTM D5034标准径向达到59.4LB,纬向达到37.1LB。

Claims (7)

1.一种麻类织物的防皱整理方法,其特征在于:依次为面料准备、拉幅浸轧施加免烫助剂、焙烘、水洗和柔软拉幅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的麻类织物的防皱整理方法,其特征在于:免烫助剂的组分及重量配比为树脂CRE:80-100g/L、催化剂CTC:30-40g/L、纤维保护剂SF-P:30g/L、柔软剂EPS:40g/L、树脂增效剂PI:20g/L酸1~2g/L,其余为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的麻类织物的防皱整理方法,其特征在于:柔软拉幅在拉幅机上进行。
4.根据权利要求3所述的麻类织物的防皱整理方法,其特征在于:柔软拉幅所用助剂的组分及重量配比为柔软剂EPS 10-20g/L,醋酸1~2g/L,其余为水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的麻类织物的防皱整理方法,其特征在于:烘房温度控制在120-130℃,布面温度控制在30~40℃之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的麻类织物的防皱整理方法,其特征在于:免烫工艺在拉幅机上进行。
7.根据权利要求1所述的麻类织物的防皱整理方法,其特征在于:面料准备过程中,漂白后对布面进行酸性中和,使布面pH值控制在7~8。
