Abstract
本发明涉及一种改善原液着色面料起毛起球的连续加工工艺,属于纺织印染技术领域。本发明所述的改善原液着色面料起毛起球的连续加工工艺,采用如下加工流程:烧毛→冷堆→水洗→拉幅→预缩,其中,拉幅工序采用自交联型聚醚聚氨酯和硅类柔软剂。采用本发明工艺改善原液着色面料起毛起球由2.5级提高到3.5级,且改进后工艺绿色环保;通过对染整加工流程及工艺参数的优化,使得生产出来的原液着色面料有优异的抗起毛起球能力,且手感柔软。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种改善原液着色面料起毛起球的连续加工工艺,属于纺织印染技术领域。
背景技术
原液着色纤维也叫色纺纤维,纺前染色纤维,是化学纤维生产中在聚合中或在纺丝时加入色母粒而制得的纤维,由于原液着色纤维本身在生产过程中给纤维赋予了各种颜色,因此,下游生产的过程中就省去了印染环节,大大提高了制得纺织品“绿”的程度,具有突出的环境友好特征。但是,现阶段原液着色纤维多数为涤/粘胶、竹涤等再生纤维素纤维,此面料在加工过程中易出现抗起毛起球能力差的情况,影响服用性能。
目前行业内的关注点大多在原液着色的加工方法上,暂未发现改善面料原液着色抗起毛起球的专利或者文献。因此,改善原液着色面料的起毛起球,提高面料的服用性能,有较大的意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种改善原液着色面料起毛起球的连续加工工艺,能够改善原液着色面料的起毛起球,提高面料的服用性能。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明所述的改善原液着色面料起毛起球的连续加工工艺,采用如下加工流程:烧毛→冷堆→水洗→拉幅→预缩。
本发明工艺方面主要从两个方面进行改善,一是前处理方面使用新型冷堆工艺,面料冷堆后无需加工高碱高温退煮,减少了废水及废气的排放;二是后整理方面自交联型聚醚聚氨酯和硅类柔软剂,改善面料起毛起球由2.5级到3.5级。
所述的改善原液着色面料起毛起球的连续加工工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)烧毛:车速:120m/min,正烧:16mbar;
(2)冷堆:烧碱(48Be):15g/L~20g/L,双氧水27.5%(H2O2):5g/L~8g/L,渗透剂MAG-L:12g/L,冷堆增效剂BF 1631:6g/L~10g/L,堆置时间:20h-24h,车速:70m/min;
其中,MAG-L为科凯精细化工(上海)有限公司市售产品,主要目的为对面料进行退浆,提升面料毛效;冷堆增效剂BF 1631为科凯精细化工(上海)有限公司市售产品,为冷堆专用增进剂和络合剂;H2O2为山东明化新材料有限公司市售产品。
(3)水洗:水洗槽温度:95℃,车速:70m/min;
(4)拉幅:采用自交联型聚醚聚氨酯和硅类柔软剂,自交联型聚醚聚氨酯为FUN6220,硅类柔软剂为DT-8500T。
拉幅步骤采用的料液为:自交联型聚醚聚氨酯FUN 6220:30g/L~50g/L;硅类柔软剂DT-8500T:10g/L~30g/L;NA(中和酸):0.5g/L~1.5g/L;HW(渗透剂):0.5g/L~1.5g/L;车速为:45~55m/min;烘房温度:135~145℃。
优选地,车速为50m/min;烘房温度:140℃。
其中,自交联型聚醚聚氨酯FUN 6220为浙江传化股份有限公司市售产品,主要目的:助剂与面料产生交联在面料上形成一层保护膜,改善面料起毛起球。硅类柔软剂DT-8500T为石家庄市联邦科特化工有限公司市售产品,用于改善面料手感。
(5)预缩。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1)生产方式具有连续性,可以实现大货的连续化生产。
2)面料前处理只加工冷堆→水洗,面料不加工退煮及漂白,不使用高碱、高温等助剂,减少了废水废气的排放,面料绿色环保。
3)面料不加工染色,减少印染废水排放。
4)通过在拉幅工序加入自交联型聚醚聚氨酯与硅类柔软剂混拼,既提升了面料的起毛起球,又改善了面料的手感。
5)本发明整理后的面料经测试各项指标如下:
①断裂强力:ASTM D5034-2009测试方法,经向:25Lb,纬向:25Lb;
②撕裂强力:ASTM D1424-2009测试方法,经向:1.6Lb,纬向:1.6Lb;
③起毛起球:ASTM D4970-2010测试方法,3.5级。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但不限制本发明。
实施例1
织物:原液着色涤/粘胶混纺40支*原液着色涤/粘胶混纺40支*120*90,组织:2/2S。
(1)烧毛:车速:120m/min,正烧:16mbar;
(2)冷堆:烧碱(48Be):15g/L,双氧水27.5%(H2O2):5g/L,渗透剂MAG-L:12g/L,冷堆增效剂BF 1631:6g/L,堆置时间:24h,车速:70m/min;
(3)水洗:水洗槽温度:95℃,车速:70m/min;
(4)拉幅:自交联型聚醚聚氨酯FUN 6220:30g/L,硅类柔软剂DT-8500T:20g/L,NA:1.0g/L,HW:1.5g/L,车速:50m/min,烘房温度:140℃。
(5)整理后的面料经测试各项指标如下:
①断裂强力:ASTM D5034-2009测试方法,经向:121Lb,纬向:93Lb;
②撕裂强力:ASTM D1424-2009测试方法,经向:8.5Lb,纬向:7.6Lb;
③起毛起球:ASTM D4970-2010测试方法,3.5级。
实施例2
织物:原液着色涤/粘胶混纺40支*原液着色涤/粘胶混纺40支*210*140,组织:双层。
(1)烧毛:车速:120m/min,正烧:16mbar;
(2)冷堆:烧碱(48Be):15g/L,双氧水27.5%(H2O2):8g/L,渗透剂MAG-L:12g/L,冷堆增效剂BF 1631:8g/L,堆置时间:24h,车速:70m/min;
(3)水洗:水洗槽温度:95℃,车速:70m/min;
(4)拉幅:自交联型聚醚聚氨酯FUN 6220:40g/L,硅类柔软剂DT-8500T:10g/L,NA:1.0g/L,HW:1.5g/L,车速:50m/min;烘房温度:140℃。
(5)整理后的面料经测试各项指标如下:
①断裂强力:ASTM D5034-2009测试方法,经向:203Lb,纬向:124Lb;
②撕裂强力:ASTM D1424-2009测试方法,经向:14Lb,纬向:14Lb;
③起毛起球:ASTM D4970-2010测试方法,3.5级。
实施例3
织物:原液着色涤/粘胶混纺40支*原液着色涤/粘胶混纺40支*130*90,组织:DB16。
(1)烧毛:车速:120m/min,正烧:16mbar;
(2)冷堆:烧碱(48Be):15g/L,双氧水27.5%(H2O2):8g/L,渗透剂MAG-L:12g/L,冷堆增效剂BF 1631:8g/L,堆置时间:24h,车速:70m/min;
(3)水洗:水洗槽温度:95℃,车速:70m/min;
(4)拉幅:自交联型聚醚聚氨酯FUN 6220:50g/L,硅类柔软剂DT-8500T:30g/L,NA:1.0g/L,HW:1.5g/L,车速:50m/min;烘房温度:140℃。
(5)整理后的面料经测试各项指标如下:
①断裂强力:ASTM D5034-2009测试方法,经向:89Lb,纬向:72Lb;
②撕裂强力:ASTM D1424-2009测试方法,经向:6.2Lb,纬向:4.9Lb;
③起毛起球:ASTM D4970-2010测试方法,3.5级。
对比例1
织物:原液着色涤/粘胶混纺40支*原液着色涤/粘胶混纺40支*120*90,组织:2/2S。
(1)烧毛:车速:120m/min,正烧:16mbar;
(2)冷堆:烧碱(48Be):15g/L,双氧水27.5%(H2O2):5g/L,渗透剂MAG-L:12g/L,冷堆增效剂BF 1631:6g/L,堆置时间:24h,车速:70m/min;
(3)水洗:水洗槽温度:95℃,车速:70m/min;

②撕裂强力:ASTM D1424-2009测试方法,经向:7.6Lb,纬向:6.3Lb;
③起毛起球:ASTM D4970-2010测试方法,3级。
对比例2
织物:原液着色涤/粘胶混纺40支*原液着色涤/粘胶混纺40支*120*90,组织:2/2S。
(1)烧毛:车速:120m/min,正烧:16mbar;
(2)冷堆:烧碱(48Be):15g/L,双氧水27.5%(H2O2):5g/L,渗透剂MAG-L:12g/L,冷堆增效剂BF 1631:6g/L,堆置时间:24h,车速:70m/min;
(3)水洗:水洗槽温度:95℃,车速:70m/min;
(4)拉幅:硅类柔软剂DT-8500T:20g/L,NA:1.0g/L,HW:1.5g/L,车速:50m/min,烘房温度:140℃。
(5)整理后的面料经测试各项指标如下:
①断裂强力:ASTM D5034-2009测试方法,经向:128Lb,纬向:97Lb;
②撕裂强力:ASTM D1424-2009测试方法,经向:8.2Lb,纬向:7.5Lb;
③起毛起球:ASTM D4970-2010测试方法,2.5级。
注:两个对比例为实施例1的两个对比方案,组织规格及拉幅前工艺均相同,采用不同的拉幅工艺进行对比起毛起球。

Claims (6)
1.一种改善原液着色面料起毛起球的连续加工工艺,其特征在于:采用如下加工流程:烧毛→冷堆→水洗→拉幅→预缩;
其中,拉幅工序采用自交联型聚醚聚氨酯和硅类柔软剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善原液着色面料起毛起球的连续加工工艺,其特征在于:自交联型聚醚聚氨酯为FUN 6220。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改善原液着色面料起毛起球的连续加工工艺,其特征在于:硅类柔软剂为DT-8500T。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改善原液着色面料起毛起球的连续加工工艺,其特征在于:拉幅步骤采用的料液为:自交联型聚醚聚氨酯FUN 6220:30g/L~50g/L;硅类柔软剂DT-8500T:10g/L~30g/L;NA:0.5g/L~1.5g/L;HW:0.5g/L~1.5g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改善原液着色面料起毛起球的连续加工工艺,其特征在于:拉幅步骤的车速为:45~55m/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改善原液着色面料起毛起球的连续加工工艺,其特征在于:拉幅步骤的烘房温度:135~145℃。
