Abstract
本发明公开了一种毛涤混纺织物的抗静电整理工艺,包括配置抗静电整理液和整理两步骤。该毛涤混纺织物的抗静电整理工艺采用抗静电剂TF‑480和壳聚糖复配的抗静电剂,抗静电剂TF‑480为聚酯聚醚类聚合物,分子结构中的对苯二甲酸乙二醇链段与涤纶大分子结构相似,而壳聚糖对于羊毛具有良好的吸附性能,复配抗静电剂整理后的毛涤面料抗静电耐久性良好,织物含湿量提高,静电荷的逸散速度加快。

技术领域
本发明涉及羊毛纱线抗静电整理技术领域,具体涉及一种毛涤混纺织物的抗静电整理工艺。
背景技术
羊毛及其混纺织物因风格独特,服用性能优良,是高档服饰面料的首选原料。但羊毛织物容易产生静电而吸附灰尘,透气性较差,粘附身体,在穿着时给人以不适感。目前常用的毛纺织物抗静电技术主要有三种,一是在混纺纤维中加入抗静电纤维和导电纤维,二是在后整理中施加抗静电剂;三是通过纤维接枝改性或与亲水性纤维混纺和交织,提高纤维吸湿性。
抗静电剂按照抗静电功能的持久性分为暂时性抗静电剂和永久抗静电剂,暂时性抗静电剂包括非离子表面活性剂、有机硅表面活性剂、有机氟表面活性剂和高分子型抗静电剂,耐久性抗静电剂包括聚胺类抗静电剂、聚酯聚醚类抗静电剂、三嗪类、聚氨酯类、交联型抗静电剂、壳聚糖、聚丙烯酸酯类抗静电剂。
毛涤面料中两种纤维对于抗静电的整理剂附着力存在差异,涤纶面料表面的抗静电层附着力较差,抗静电性能耐久性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种毛涤混纺织物的抗静电整理工艺,选用抗静电剂TF-480和壳聚糖组成复配的抗静电整理剂,兼顾抗静电整理剂对于羊毛和涤纶纤维的附着力,所得毛涤混纺面料的抗静电持久性良好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种毛涤混纺织物的抗静电整理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:配置抗静电整理液,将抗静电剂TF-480、交联剂、催化剂氯化镁和壳聚糖分散于去离子水中,得抗静电整理液,抗静电剂TF-480在抗静电整理液中的浓度为10~20g/L,壳聚糖在抗静电整理液中的浓度为0.75~1.2g/L;
S2:将毛涤混纺织物浸渍与S1所得抗静电整理液中,两浸两轧,轧液率为70~80%,然后置于90~95℃的环境中预烘至干燥,再置于150~170℃的环境中焙烘2~4min,最后依次经过皂洗、水洗和烘干,得到抗静电毛涤混纺织物。
优选的技术方案为,交联剂为三聚氰胺和甲醚化三聚氰胺中的一种或两种的组合。
优选的技术方案为,抗静电整理液中交联剂的浓度为2~6 g/L,抗静电整理液中氯化镁的浓度为0.3~1%。
优选的技术方案为,静电整理液的pH值为5~6,静电整理液中的酸性pH值调节剂为甲酸或乙酸。

实施例1
实施例1
实施例1毛涤混纺织物的抗静电整理工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:配置抗静电整理液,将抗静电剂TF-480、交联剂、催化剂氯化镁和壳聚糖分散于去离子水中,得抗静电整理液,抗静电剂TF-480在抗静电整理液中的浓度为10g/L,壳聚糖在抗静电整理液中的浓度为1.2g/L;
S2:将毛涤混纺织物浸渍与S1所得抗静电整理液中,两浸两轧,轧液率为70%,然后置于95℃的环境中预烘至干燥,再置于150℃的环境中焙烘4min,最后依次经过皂洗、水洗和烘干,得到抗静电毛涤混纺织物。
交联剂为三聚氰胺。
抗静电整理液中交联剂的浓度为2g/L,抗静电整理液中氯化镁的浓度为1%。
静电整理液的pH值为5,静电整理液中的酸性pH值调节剂为盐酸。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:
S1:抗静电剂TF-480在抗静电整理液中的浓度为20g/L,壳聚糖在抗静电整理液中的浓度为0.75g/L;
S2:将毛涤混纺织物浸渍与S1所得抗静电整理液中,两浸两轧,轧液率为80%,然后置于90℃的环境中预烘至干燥,再置于170℃的环境中焙烘2min,最后依次经过皂洗、水洗和烘干,得到抗静电毛涤混纺织物。
交联剂为甲醚化三聚氰胺。
抗静电整理液中交联剂的浓度为6 g/L,抗静电整理液中氯化镁的浓度为0.3%。
静电整理液的pH值为6,静电整理液中的酸性pH值调节剂为甲酸。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例2的区别在于:
S1:抗静电剂TF-480在抗静电整理液中的浓度为15g/L,壳聚糖在抗静电整理液中的浓度为1g/L;
S2:将毛涤混纺织物浸渍与S1所得抗静电整理液中,两浸两轧,轧液率为75%,然后置于92℃的环境中预烘至干燥,再置于160℃的环境中焙烘3min,最后依次经过皂洗、水洗和烘干,得到抗静电毛涤混纺织物。
交联剂为三聚氰胺和甲醚化三聚氰胺中的一种或两种的组合。
抗静电整理液中交联剂的浓度为4g/L,抗静电整理液中氯化镁的浓度为0.3~1%。
静电整理液的pH值为5.5,静电整理液中的酸性pH值调节剂为乙酸。
对比例
对比例基于实施例1,区别在于,抗静电整理剂仅包含TF-480。
将实施例和对比例所得面料皂洗20次,测试织物的静电电压。

1.一种毛涤混纺织物的抗静电整理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:配置抗静电整理液,将抗静电剂TF-480、交联剂、催化剂氯化镁和壳聚糖分散于去离子水中,得抗静电整理液,抗静电剂TF-480在抗静电整理液中的浓度为10~20g/L,壳聚糖在抗静电整理液中的浓度为0.75~1.2g/L;
S2:将毛涤混纺织物浸渍与S1所得抗静电整理液中,两浸两轧,轧液率为70~80%,然后置于90~95℃的环境中预烘至干燥,再置于150~170℃的环境中焙烘2~4min,最后依次经过皂洗、水洗和烘干,得到抗静电毛涤混纺织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毛涤混纺织物的抗静电整理工艺,其特征在于,交联剂为三聚氰胺和甲醚化三聚氰胺中的一种或两种的组合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的毛涤混纺织物的抗静电整理工艺,其特征在于,抗静电整理液中交联剂的浓度为2~6 g/L,抗静电整理液中氯化镁的浓度为0.3~1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的毛涤混纺织物的抗静电整理工艺,其特征在于,静电整理液的pH值为5~6,静电整理液中的酸性pH值调节剂为甲酸或乙酸。
