本发明提供了一种用于转移印花纸的表面处理方法。该技术方案将聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、羧甲基纤维素钠、二甲苯磺酸钠、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、纳米二氧化硅、白炭黑以12:8:6:3:0.5:2.8的重量比混合,得到底层涂料;将聚丙烯酸钠、季戊四醇、甲基醚化脲醛树脂、聚乙烯醇、纳米淀粉以8:12:3:7:1的重量比混合,得到面层涂料;在此基础上,首先在原纸表面涂覆底层涂料,以减压条件进行预处理,而后小剂量喷施石油醚溶剂,促进脂溶性成分向表层聚集,再以负压条件进行干燥;而后,在底层表面涂覆面层涂料,先高温处理,再进行物理辊压,最终得到转移印花纸成品。本发明的涂料成分及表面处理工艺,使其吸水性有效降低、平滑度充分提高,具有良好的热转印效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及转移印花纸技术领域,具体涉及一种用于转移印花纸的表面处理方法。
背景技术
转移印花是将染料印在纸等其他材料上,然后再用热压等方式,使花纹转移到织物上的一种印花方法,多用于化纤针织品、服装的印花。转移印花纸,是专用于承印图案,并通过热处理手段将图案转移至织物、瓷器、木材等承印物上的功能性纸张。
与常规纸张不同,转移印花纸在性能方面具有特定要求。首先,纸面应当具有足够的表面强度,以去报其不掉纤维、不掉粉、不出现剥离现象;在印刷及剥离过程中油墨与纸张表面会存在一定的张力,速度越快,张力越大,因此要求纸张表面具有足够的强度。此外,要具有一定的平滑度和拉伸强度;纸张平滑度保证印刷色彩抱合,印刷细微层次能准确再现,而纸张拉伸强度则保证纸张在印刷和转印过程中不被拉断。另外,应确保转移印花纸对色墨具有较小的亲和力,由于转移印花纸只是图案转印的中间介质,因此较小的亲和力可使图案更好的从纸面转移至印刷品表面,不会在纸面上残留过多而对印花图案造成影响。
为了达到以上效果,转移印花纸除了以原纸为基材之外,还需要附着涂层并进行表面处理,涂层的性能及表面处理工艺对转移印花纸的转印效果具有直接影响。目前,经常规方法处理得到的转移印花纸,其吸水性仍然较高,而且纸张的平滑度也不理想。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对现有技术的技术缺陷,提供一种用于转移印花纸的表面处理方法,以解决现有技术中,常规表面处理方法处理得到的转移印花纸产品,其吸水性较高、平滑度不理想的技术问题。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于转移印花纸的表面处理方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、羧甲基纤维素钠、二甲苯磺酸钠、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、纳米二氧化硅、白炭黑以12:8:6:3:0.5:2.8的重量比混匀,得到底层涂料;
2)将聚丙烯酸钠、季戊四醇、甲基醚化脲醛树脂、聚乙烯醇、纳米淀粉以8:12:3:7:1的重量比混匀,得到面层涂料;
3)利用表面施胶机在原纸表面以2.2g/m2的用量涂覆底层涂料,将其置入0.3个大气压环境中,以30℃的温度保持10min,恢复至常压,以1.2g/m2的用量在表面喷施石油醚,而后以0.8个大气压、45℃的温度保持15min;
4)去除步骤3)处理后的产物,利用表面施胶机在其表面以4.0g/m2的用量涂覆面层涂料,以不小于20℃/min的升温速率加热至95℃,保持1min,而后降温至70℃,保持12min,而后自然冷却至室温,得到半成品纸;利用压辊以1.5bar的压强对所述半成品纸进行辊压,纸面上任一位置接受辊压的时长均不低于2min,辊压后即得到成品转移印花纸。
作为优选,在底层涂料中还含有木质素磺酸钠,其中聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯与所述木质素磺酸钠的重量比为12:1.8。
作为优选,在面层涂料中还含有硅藻土,其中聚丙烯酸钠与所述硅藻土的重量比为8:5.2。
