Abstract
本发明提供一种精细印花工艺,具体涉及转移印花技术领域,依次包括印花纸的前处理、制备印花图案、转移印花和定型,印花纸的前处理具体是:印花纸的原纸添加涂层,进行改性处理,烘干待用;制备印花图案具体是:用分散染料对前处理后的印花纸进行印花处理;转移印花具体是:将制备印花图案中获得的印花纸带有印花的一面与织物相贴,开启压烫机,调节至适中的压力,保持不变,设定压烫机温度、时间,待温度达到后进行转移印花,得到转移印花织物;定型具体是:将获得的印花织物进行烘干定型,再水洗烘干。本发明对印花纸进行改性,使其具有亲水性能够适合天然纤维、棉等织物的转印印花。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于转移印花技术领域,具体涉及一种精细印花工艺。
背景技术
转移印花是先将染料印到纸上,而后在一定条件下使转印纸也就是印花纸上的染料转移到织物上去的印花方法。利用热量使染料在转印纸上升华、转移到被染的合成纤维上的方法叫热转移法。利用一定温度、压力和溶剂的作用,使染料从转印纸上剥离而转移到被印织物上去的印花方法叫湿转移法。
然而现在的转移印花主要适用于化学纤维,而不适合天然纤维、棉等织物的印花,为了适合更多的织物的印花工艺,有必要对印花纸进行改性操作。
因此急需一种能够解决现有问题的精细印花工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种精细印花工艺,对印花纸进行改性,使其具有亲水性能够适合天然纤维、棉等织物的转印印花。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种精细印花工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)印花纸的前处理:印花纸的原纸添加涂层,进行改性处理,烘干待用;
2)制备印花图案:用分散染料对步骤1)中获得的印花纸进行印花处理;
3)转移印花:将步骤2)中获得的印花纸带有印花的一面与织物相贴,开启压烫机,调节至适中的压力,保持不变,设定压烫机温度、时间,待温度达到后进行转移印花,得到转移印花织物;
4)定型:将步骤3)中获得的印花织物进行烘干定型,再水洗烘干。
优选的,步骤1)中的所述涂层由依次涂覆的防水剂、粘合剂和亲水剂组成,涂完所述防水剂烘干冷却后再涂所述粘合剂,最后烘干冷却后再涂所述清水剂,烘干待用。
优选的,所述防水剂为4%氟硅防水剂85℃烘干,所述粘合剂为70%聚丙烯酸酷粘合剂,115℃烘干,所述亲水剂为3%聚乙二醇,130℃烘干。
优选的,步骤1)中的所述涂层由低粘度羧甲基纤维素钠和纳米SiO2混合液涂覆而成。
优选的,所述低粘度羧甲基纤维素钠的用量为10%,纳米SiO2为0.8%,余量为去离子水,在43-50℃下烘至完全干燥。
优选的,步骤3)中的压烫温度为220℃,压烫时间为60s。
本发明的有益效果是:对印花纸进行改性,使其具有亲水性能够适合天然纤维、棉等织物的转印印花。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种精细印花工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)印花纸的前处理:印花纸的原纸添加涂层,进行改性处理,烘干待用;
2)制备印花图案:用分散染料对步骤1)中获得的印花纸进行印花处理;
3)转移印花:将步骤2)中获得的印花纸带有印花的一面与织物相贴,开启压烫机,调节至适中的压力,保持不变,设定压烫机温度、时间,待温度达到后进行转移印花,得到转移印花织物。其中压烫温度为220℃,压烫时间为60s;
4)定型:将步骤3)中获得的印花织物进行烘干定型,再水洗烘干。
具体的,步骤1)中的所述涂层由依次涂覆的防水剂、粘合剂和亲水剂组成,涂完所述防水剂烘干冷却后再涂所述粘合剂,最后烘干冷却后再涂所述清水剂,烘干待用。其中,所述防水剂为4%氟硅防水剂85℃烘干,所述粘合剂为70%聚丙烯酸酷粘合剂,115℃烘干,所述亲水剂为3%聚乙二醇,130℃烘干。

具体的,步骤1)中的所述涂层由低粘度羧甲基纤维素钠和纳米SiO2混合液涂覆而成。所述低粘度羧甲基纤维素钠的用量为10%,纳米SiO2为0.8%,余量为去离子水,在43-50℃下烘至完全干燥。

1.一种精细印花工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)印花纸的前处理:印花纸的原纸添加涂层,进行改性处理,烘干待用;
2)制备印花图案:用分散染料对步骤1)中获得的印花纸进行印花处理;
3)转移印花:将步骤2)中获得的印花纸带有印花的一面与织物相贴,开启压烫机,调节至适中的压力,保持不变,设定压烫机温度、时间,待温度达到后进行转移印花,得到转移印花织物;
4)定型:将步骤3)中获得的印花织物进行烘干定型,再水洗烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精细印花工艺,其特征在于,步骤1)中的所述涂层由依次涂覆的防水剂、粘合剂和亲水剂组成,涂完所述防水剂烘干冷却后再涂所述粘合剂,最后烘干冷却后再涂所述清水剂,烘干待用。
