本发明提供了一种低吸高效转移印花纸的制备方法。该技术方案对原纸的纸浆成分加以改进,并采用了全新的制造工艺。本发明首先将苎麻打浆至25°SR,而后在85℃、1.5个大气压下熟化30min,再蒸干得到熟化苎麻浆;将其与针叶木浆按特定量混合后,加碳酸钙填料,进除渣器除渣,再进除气罐脱气,最后送入流浆箱上网,压榨,烘干,得到具有良好疏水性的原纸。在此基础上,以羧甲基纤维素钠、钛白粉、透明质酸钠、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯混配得到隔离层涂料,以汉生胶、二氧化硅、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮混配得到承印层涂料,经依次涂布得到成品。本发明使纸张吸水性得到显著降低,同时印花效果得到改善,具有突出的技术优势。

Description

一种低吸高效转移印花纸的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及转移印花纸技术领域,具体涉及一种低吸高效转移印花纸的制备方法。
背景技术
转移印花是将染料印在纸等其他材料上,然后再用热压等方式,使花纹转移到织物上的一种印花方法,多用于化纤针织品、服装的印花。转移印花纸,是专用于承印图案,并通过热处理手段将图案转移至织物、瓷器、木材等承印物上的功能性纸张。
与常规纸张不同,转移印花纸在性能方面具有特定要求。首先,纸面应当具有足够的表面强度,以去报其不掉纤维、不掉粉、不出现剥离现象;在印刷及剥离过程中油墨与纸张表面会存在一定的张力,速度越快,张力越大,因此要求纸张表面具有足够的强度。此外,要具有一定的平滑度和拉伸强度;纸张平滑度保证印刷色彩抱合,印刷细微层次能准确再现,而纸张拉伸强度则保证纸张在印刷和转印过程中不被拉断。另外,应确保转移印花纸对色墨具有较小的亲和力,由于转移印花纸只是图案转印的中间介质,因此较小的亲和力可使图案更好的从纸面转移至印刷品表面,不会在纸面上残留过多而对印花图案造成影响。
近年来,转移印花纸在技术层面已经取得了长足的进步,但由于纸质纤维与多数色墨具有天然的亲和性,因此目前常规转移印花纸对色墨的吸附性仍然较高,这不仅增大了色墨消耗,而且也影响了转印过程中的纸张强度以及工艺稳定性。此外,目前常规转移印花纸在转印效果方面也有待改善,色区边缘易模糊,色彩不够饱满。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对现有技术的技术缺陷,提供一种低吸高效转移印花纸的制备方法,以解决现有技术中,常规转移印花纸对色墨的吸附性有待降低的技术问题。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是,如何进一步改善转移印花纸的转印效果。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种低吸高效转移印花纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取24重量份的苎麻与30重量份的水混合,先利用水力碎浆机粉碎,再用双盘磨打浆至25°SR,而后在85℃、1.5个大气压的条件下熟化30min,再蒸干至混合物总量为40重量份,得到熟化苎麻浆;
2)取16重量份的针叶木浆,先用水力碎浆机粉碎,再用双盘磨打浆至30°SR,而后将步骤1)所得的熟化苎麻浆加入其中,混匀,得到混合浆;
3)向所述混合浆内加入5重量份的碳酸钙填料,进除渣器除渣,再进除气罐脱气,而后送入流浆箱上网,湿纸页出网部后进入压榨部压榨,压榨至干度不小于45%后;先在常压下以烘缸表面温度75~105℃将纸页干燥至干度不小于90%,再在0.3个大气压下以烘缸表面温度55~70℃将其干燥至干度不小于95%,得到原纸;
4)将羧甲基纤维素钠、钛白粉、透明质酸钠、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯以5:2:3:1的重量比混匀,得到隔离层涂料;将汉生胶、二氧化硅、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮以7:5:3:1.2的重量比混匀,得到承印层涂料;
5)将步骤4)所得的隔离层涂料以5.2g/m2的涂布量涂布至步骤3)所得的原纸表面,得到隔离层;再将步骤4)所得的承印层涂料以1.5g/m2的涂布量涂布至所述隔离层表面,得到所述低吸高效转移印花纸。
作为优选,步骤3)中纸张定量在45g/m2
作为优选,还包括以下步骤6):将所述低吸高效转移印花纸以52℃的温度保持8min,而后在室温下、以0.5~2MPa的压力进行压光处理。
作为优选,在所述隔离层涂料中,还包括0.8重量份的淀粉。
作为优选,在所述承印层涂料中,还包括1.8重量份的磷酸三丁酯。
作为优选,所述涂布是利用施胶机实现的,在涂布隔离层涂料时,施胶机的加压压力为:上辊1~1.2bar,下辊1.2~1.5bar。

5)将步骤4)所得的隔离层涂料以5.2g/m2的涂布量涂布至步骤3)所得的原纸表面,得到隔离层;再将步骤4)所得的承印层涂料以1.5g/m2的涂布量涂布至所述隔离层表面,得到所述低吸高效转移印花纸。

5)将步骤4)所得的隔离层涂料以5.2g/m2的涂布量涂布至步骤3)所得的原纸表面,得到隔离层;再将步骤4)所得的承印层涂料以1.5g/m2的涂布量涂布至所述隔离层表面,得到所述低吸高效转移印花纸。
