Abstract
本发明公开了一种硅橡胶按键及其制备方法,按键由以下重量份的组分制成:硅橡胶100~110份、抗黄原料8~12份、气相白炭黑10~18份、硫化剂8~20份、滑石粉1~2份、稳定剂1~2份。其制备方法首先备模:对模具表面进行喷砂处理,以确保模具表面无颗粒光滑平整,模具确认处理好之后,放入真空硫化机加热;再经过密炼机混炼、硫化成型、图案印刷、二次硫化、喷油及镭雕,最后得到硅橡胶按键。本发明的硅橡胶按键不易变色,不易黄变,耐候性强,耐磨性能好,产品材料成本低,机械强度较高;而且硅橡胶按键的制备经过密炼后,再进行二次硫化成型,降低混炼胶中残存的硫化剂分解产物等含量,有利于减少气泡,提高按键质量。

本发明属于硅橡胶按键生产技术领域,具体涉及一种硅橡胶按键及其制备方法。
背景技术
硅橡胶按键是以硅胶(或橡胶)为原料所制作而成的按键产品,硅橡胶按键具有优良的耐热性、耐寒性、耐环境性、电气绝缘性、耐疲劳性等特点。硅橡胶的化学组份和物理结构,决定了它具有许多其他同类材料难以取代得特点:吸附性能高、热稳定性好和化学性质稳定等。
在工厂内生产硅橡胶按键时,硅胶按键虽然具有很好的耐热性能,但是其本身的耐磨性能相对较差,同时发现硅橡胶按键制备后容易产生气泡,废品率高。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的是提供一种硅橡胶按键及其制备方法,解决了现有的硅橡胶按键耐磨性能相对较差,同时制备后容易产生气泡的问题。
技术方案:本发明一种硅橡胶按键,由以下重量份的组分制成:硅橡胶100~110份、抗黄原料8~12份、气相白炭黑10~18份、硫化剂8~20份、滑石粉1~2份、稳定剂1~2份。
进一步的,组分还包括色膏。
进一步的,所述抗黄原料为含氢硅油。
进一步的,所述硫化剂为硫磺。
进一步的,所述稳定剂为SH-826。
本发明还包括一种硅橡胶按键的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)备模:对所选的模具进行开模检验,确认模具状态,并对模具表面进行喷砂处理,以确保模具表面无颗粒光滑平整,模具确认处理好之后,放入真空硫化机加热;
(2)密炼机混炼:将除硫化剂以外的各组分原料送入密炼机中密炼,密炼10~30min后,再加入硫化剂,混炼至颜色均匀无杂色后,对混炼后材料进行裁剪,并放置2小时冷却,使原料的硫化剂和原料充分反应;
(3)硫化成型:在真空硫化机中放入切片称量的硅橡胶按键原料并在母模中塞入色key,准备好后合模进行加热、加压硫化,硫化完成后配合使用风枪,将成型按键从模具中取出;
(4)图案印刷:对成型按键的表面进行印刷图案;
(5)二次硫化:将成型按键放入立式烤箱中进行二次硫化,硫化完毕后即得硅胶按键主体;
(6)喷油及镭雕。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中的模具状态指模具型号是否正确、模具是否腐蚀和模具表面是否光滑平整。
进一步的,所述步骤(5)中二次硫化的工艺条件为:温度200~220℃,压力18~21MPa,时间60~120min。
本发明的硅橡胶按键组分包括滑石粉,滑石粉的使用能显著提高硅橡胶的抗划伤性能和耐磨性能,这使得制备的硅胶按键的耐磨性能也得到很大程度的改善;同时使气相白炭黑其分散在硅橡胶中,不仅可以间接降低硅橡胶的添加量,还可以提高硅橡胶的强度、耐磨性和抗老化性等性能,气相白炭黑作补强剂,使硅橡胶的机械强度较高,硅橡胶的混炼工艺性能好;含氢硅油使按键不易变黄;硫化剂使得所生产的硅橡胶按键的物理性能得到明显的改善;稳定剂能有效防止侧链的氧化交联和主链的环化解聚,提高硅橡胶侧基的热氧化稳定性,能使硅橡胶耐温性提高,并且有优良的电绝缘性能、耐候性;
本发明有益效果在于:本发明的硅橡胶按键不易变色,不易黄变,耐候性强,耐磨性能好,产品材料成本低,机械强度较高;而且硅橡胶按键的制备经过密炼后,再进行二次硫化成型,降低混炼胶中残存的硫化剂分解产物等含量,有利于减少气泡,提高按键质量。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述:
实施例1:
一种硅橡胶按键的组分为:硅橡胶100份、含氢硅油12份、气相白炭黑15份、硫磺18份、滑石粉2份、SH-826 2份,适应性加入色膏12份;
硅橡胶按键的制备方法:
(1)备模:对所选的模具进行开模检验,确认模具状态,包括模具型号是否正确、模具是否腐蚀和模具表面是否光滑平整,然后并对模具表面进行喷砂处理,以确保模具表面无颗粒光滑平整,模具确认处理好之后,放入真空硫化机加热;
(2)密炼机混炼:将除硫磺以外的各组分原料送入密炼机中密炼,密炼温度45度,密炼30min后,再加入硫磺,混炼至颜色均匀无杂色后,对混炼后材料进行裁剪,并放置2小时冷却,使原料的硫磺和原料充分反应;
(3)硫化成型:在真空硫化机中放入切片称量的硅橡胶按键原料并在母模中塞入色key,准备好后合模进行加热、加压硫化,硫化温度160℃,时间4分钟,压力20MPa,硫化完成后配合使用风枪,将成型按键从模具中取出;
(4)图案印刷:对成型按键的表面进行印刷图案;也可以是文字、数字等;
(5)二次硫化:将成型按键放入立式烤箱中进行二次硫化,工艺条件为:温度210℃,压力20MPa,时间100min,硫化完毕后即得硅胶按键主体;
(6)喷油及镭雕。
本实施例所得硅橡胶按键的拉伸强度为10.1Mpa,无气泡,紫外灯照射颜色未变黄。
实施例2:
一种硅橡胶按键的组分为:硅橡胶110份、含氢硅油10份、气相白炭黑18份、硫磺20份、滑石粉1份、SH-826 1份,适应性加入色膏11份;
硅橡胶按键的制备方法:
(1)备模:对所选的模具进行开模检验,确认模具状态,包括模具型号是否正确、模具是否腐蚀和模具表面是否光滑平整,然后并对模具表面进行喷砂处理,以确保模具表面无颗粒光滑平整,模具确认处理好之后,放入真空硫化机加热;
(2)密炼机混炼:将除硫磺以外的各组分原料送入密炼机中密炼,密炼温度48度,密炼25min后,再加入硫磺,混炼至颜色均匀无杂色后,对混炼后材料进行裁剪,并放置2小时冷却,使原料的硫磺和原料充分反应;
(3)硫化成型:在真空硫化机中放入切片称量的硅橡胶按键原料并在母模中塞入色key,准备好后合模进行加热、加压硫化,硫化温度150℃,时间5分钟,压力19MPa,硫化完成后配合使用风枪,将成型按键从模具中取出;
(4)图案印刷:对成型按键的表面进行印刷图案;也可以是文字、数字等;
(5)二次硫化:将成型按键放入立式烤箱中进行二次硫化,工艺条件为:温度200℃,压力21MPa,时间120min,硫化完毕后即得硅胶按键主体;
(6)喷油及镭雕。
本实施例所得硅橡胶按键的拉伸强度为12.3Mpa,无气泡,紫外灯照射颜色未变黄。
实施例3:
一种硅橡胶按键的组分为:硅橡胶105份、含氢硅油8份、气相白炭黑10份、硫磺8份、滑石粉1.5份、SH-826 1.5份,适应性加入色膏10份;
硅橡胶按键的制备方法:
(1)备模:对所选的模具进行开模检验,确认模具状态,包括模具型号是否正确、模具是否腐蚀和模具表面是否光滑平整,然后并对模具表面进行喷砂处理,以确保模具表面无颗粒光滑平整,模具确认处理好之后,放入真空硫化机加热;
(2)密炼机混炼:将除硫磺以外的各组分原料送入密炼机中密炼,密炼温度47度,密炼10min后,再加入硫磺,混炼至颜色均匀无杂色后,对混炼后材料进行裁剪,并放置2小时冷却,使原料的硫磺和原料充分反应;
(3)硫化成型:在真空硫化机中放入切片称量的硅橡胶按键原料并在母模中塞入色key,准备好后合模进行加热、加压硫化,硫化温度170℃,时间4分钟,压力18MPa,硫化完成后配合使用风枪,将成型按键从模具中取出;
(4)图案印刷:对成型按键的表面进行印刷图案;也可以是文字、数字等;
(5)二次硫化:将成型按键放入立式烤箱中进行二次硫化,工艺条件为:温度220℃,压力18MPa,时间60min,硫化完毕后即得硅胶按键主体;
(6)喷油及镭雕。
本实施例所得硅橡胶按键的拉伸强度为9.1Mpa,无气泡,紫外灯照射颜色微弱变黄。

1.一种硅橡胶按键,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分制成:硅橡胶100~110份、抗黄原料8~12份、气相白炭黑10~18份、硫化剂8~20份、滑石粉1~2份、稳定剂1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅橡胶按键,其特征在于:组分还包括色膏。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅橡胶按键,其特征在于:所述抗黄原料为含氢硅油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅橡胶按键,其特征在于:所述硫化剂为硫磺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅橡胶按键,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为SH-826。
6.一种硅橡胶按键的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
