aiming at the functions of the communication protocol and the report system of the automatic production line of the film coil material package, the equipment communication protocol is a set value and an actual measurement value, the alarm communication protocol is date, time, type and state, each communication protocol is all events, the parameter modification protocol is time and new and old values, the formula protocol is all set values for producing a specification film, and through the communication protocols, production data, quality, alarm and event can be recorded and stored, so that the guarantee is provided for the production reaching the ISO9000 quality standard.

the automatic winding device for the material roll packaging film comprises a mechanical arm, a supporting structure, a vertical lifting structure and a telescopic rod, wherein a free roller is arranged at the top end of the telescopic rod;
the packaging tape pasting device comprises a packaging mechanism, a probe and a traveling mechanism.
