Description

June yellow river crab breeding method capable of keeping body resistance and increasing income
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of aquaculture, and particularly relates to a june yellow river crab culture method capable of keeping the cost and increasing the income.
Background
In autumn wind, the feet of the crab are itchy, the ears are mature. However, many people have no clear idea that the male crabs (six months old) with three shells faded are the first choice for river crabs to taste fresh. The three-shelled faded male crabs are cooked, are full, are rich in fresh, fragrant and delicious crab spawn, and are called as a one-year June yellow feast by epicure people.
At present, Jiangsu, one of the main river crab breeding areas, occupies half-wall Jiangshan of river crab breeding scale in China, and the total yield reaches 80 million tons. At present, river crabs mainly breed adult crabs, and have a traditional 'large-size river crab breeding mode' in the northwest region and a 'high-density intensive river crab breeding mode' in the southwest region. The current situation is that the yield of the river crabs is obviously improved, the quality cannot be synchronously advanced, the overall quality of river crab products does not reach the standard, the purchasing enthusiasm of consumers is seriously influenced, the hot-selling season is caused, the product is overstocked, the price is lower than the cost price, and most farmers are in loss. How to change the current situation and improve the quality needs to be considered urgently.
In summer, the fish spawning and hatching prevention period is usually adopted, the types and the number of aquatic products are relatively small, the June yellow river crabs just come into the market in the season and catch up with the market window period, the market price and the consumption market are higher, and farmers can sell a part of the June yellow river crabs first, so that the cost is recovered, and the risk is reduced; meanwhile, after some six-month yellow river crabs are sold, the density of the river crabs in the pond is reduced, the living environment of the river crabs is better, the specifications and the quality of the finished crabs are promoted to be improved, a foundation is laid for high-quality finished crabs with nine females and ten males, and income is increased on the basis of keeping the cost.
Through the above analysis, the problems and defects of the prior art are as follows:
(1) in the prior art, adult crabs are mainly used for river crab cultivation, most of river crabs come into the market intensively in the autumn maturity period, and many dealers fight against each other to seize the market, disorder the market order of the river crabs, earn high-price difference, lead farmers to labourely cultivate the river crabs which are sold in the lacrimation manner for one year, and seriously affect the healthy development of the river crab industry.
(2) In the prior art, river crab varieties are mostly the varieties in the normal culture period of the traditional nine-female-ten-male river crab, and in order to rob high prices in the middle and autumn and the national day festival, many farmers push unqualified adult crabs which are not fully blanched with caohuang and have bitter taste to the market in advance, so that the trust of consumers is hurt, and the subsequent sale of the adult river crabs is also influenced.
(3) The existing technology is a traditional culture mode, the culture density of river crabs is continuously higher, the river crab specification is small, the pond culture environment is difficult to control, and the utilization of pond space needs to be improved. The quality of the produced river crabs does not reach the standard, and the river crabs can not keep up with the times gradually along with the change of the consumption habits of consumers and the improvement of the economic purchasing ability.
The difficulty in solving the above problems and defects is:
at present, the problem is solved with great difficulty, mainly the main breeding mode of the river crabs is relatively fixed at present, and the innovation of the main breeding mode usually means that the main breeding mode conflicts with the traditional breeding concept, and the new mode has higher requirements on the breeding technology and needs a breeding manipulator with stronger learning and understanding ability.
The significance of solving the problems and the defects is as follows:
the novel method for breeding the June yellow river crabs with one pool for two crabs and two sells for two crabs is a remarkable innovation on the basis of a traditional breeding mode. Firstly, the advantages of river crab varieties of different strains are fully utilized, the pond space is fully utilized, the culture density is adjusted in sections, the compound feed and the iced fresh fish are used for package type feeding, the condition that farmers can sell high-quality river crabs in the fresh tasting high-price season of June yellow river crabs and mid-autumn festival national celebration is promoted, the risk that the river crabs get into the market in autumn is avoided, the cost is kept, the income is increased, and the long-term healthy development of the river crab culture industry is promoted.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a june yellow river crab culture method for keeping the cost and increasing the income, and the invention is described in detail by combining the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the june yellow river crab cultivation method for keeping the cost and increasing the income provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
s101, purifying a water source, introducing the water of the river into a water source pool, and arranging the water in the pool to form a set of small ecological system.
S102, disinfecting and water-regulating, draining the pond water after 12-month river crabs are discharged from the pond, removing the residual grass in the pond and drying the pond in the sun. In the first ten days of 1 month, 150 kg/mu of blocky quicklime or 13 kg/mu of bleaching powder are used for thoroughly disinfecting a water source pool and a crab pool. After 10 days of disinfection, the crab pond is sleeved with a dense net and is filled with water by about 10cm so as to plant aquatic weeds.
S103, oxygen increasing and growth promoting, and microporous oxygen increasing equipment is built at the bottom of the pond for increasing oxygen.
S104, cultivating aquatic weeds, planting the waterweeds at the beginning of 2 months, adopting a hole sowing method, wherein the distance between plants is 1 meter, the distance between lines is 2 meters, and meanwhile, planting hydrilla verticillata or tape grass intermittently according to production needs.
S105, performing mixed culture of improved varieties, and dividing the middle of a 10-mu crab pond into two blocks by using a purse net with an escape-proof net piece, namely a June yellow culture area and an early maturing system culture area.
And S106, feeding the chicken in a set.
S107, keeping the three shells, and catching and weighing the full male river crabs after the three shells are faded in the beginning of June in a June yellow breeding area through a ground cage, wherein the specifications of the full male river crabs can reach the specification of 75 g/crab on the market, and then the full male river crabs can be sold.
S108, increasing the income of mature crabs, removing the isolation net sheets in the middle of the pond after the mature crabs are fished in the June yellow cultivation area, and dispersing the early-maturing river crabs in the whole pond to greatly reduce the cultivation density.
In step S101, first, the survival index of the aquatic organism is observed to become the first protection for estimating the risk of the water source in the crab pond, so as to prevent the water with problems from flowing into the river crab pond. Secondly, wild trash fishes left by the water inlet dense net are prevented and controlled through mandarin fish fries of different specifications; moreover, the water quality is purified by oxygenation, planting aquatic weeds, stocking silver carps and snails, and a high-quality water source is provided for the crab pond.
In the step S102, the quality of the water is particularly critical for crab pond culture. Measuring water once in 3 days, measuring ammonia nitrogen and nitrite, knowing water quality indexes which are more critical to river crabs and guiding subsequent production; fertilizing water, periodically supplementing nutrition for early growth of waterweeds and algae, and splashing bean pulp or rapeseed pulp fermented by EM bacteria once every 15 days; purifying water, and sprinkling chlorella and EM bacteria once every 7 days; and (3) changing the bottom, namely using a potassium hydrogen persulfate product for changing the bottom once by oxidation every 30 days to ensure that the water quality and the bottom quality of the crab pond are in a good state.
In the step S103, the traditional culture of the river crabs has no oxygen increasing facility, oxygen is supplied by relying on the photosynthesis of the waterweeds, the river crabs are in an oxygen-deficient state at high temperature in the middle and later periods of the culture or in rainy days, and the high-temperature culture is very unfavorable for the ingestion, growth and molting of the river crabs, so that the river crabs are greatly damaged, and the individuals with three shells fading are still small. Therefore, the micropore oxygenation equipment is built at the bottom of the pond for oxygenation, the higher-density cultivation bearing of the river crabs in the pond can be improved, and the large-scale death risk caused by oxygen deficiency can be effectively reduced.
In step S104, the aquatic weeds can continuously absorb nutrient salts released into the water body from the feed residues and the river crab feces by microbial decomposition, so that the aquatic weeds can grow and purify the water body, and the river crabs can provide important sheltering places for exuviation and inhabitation. The aquatic weeds grow gradually along with the rise of the temperature, the aquatic weeds are required to be managed in time, the area of the bottom of the covered pool is not more than about 60 percent of the whole pool, and the oxygen deficiency of the crab pool caused by luxuriant crab pool is avoided.
In step S105, 1200 total male crabs of Noah No. 1 (variety registration number GS-01-005-. During screening, high-quality crabs are screened according to the large specification of 30 catties, more than 80% of crabs are randomly sampled to be yellow, full and undamaged, and a foundation is laid for improving the specification of the six-month yellow crab.
1500 early-maturing juvenile crabs, Shenjiang No. 1 (variety pilot-test stage), are bred in each mu of the early-maturing line breeding area, and can mature and come into the market 15 days earlier than conventional varieties. During screening, high-quality crabs are screened according to the medium-low specification of 60 crabs per kilogram, the cost of the crabs is reduced, meanwhile, the crabs are sold in a mature mode in advance, and the crabs account for the first price.
2, at the bottom of 3 months, in the evening of a sunny day, using a floating plate or a ship to scratch into the central area of the pond, opening the seedling bag, and letting the selected crabs automatically disperse and climb into the pond.
Step S106 specifically includes: the six-month yellow river crab and the early maturing series Shenjiang No. 1 belong to products which are mature early and come into the market in advance, so that the growth period is shortened, and feeding is scientifically and reasonably arranged to play a decisive role in enabling the six-month yellow river crab and the early maturing series Shenjiang No. 1 to come into the market smoothly. The juvenile crab is mainly added with seawater to ice fresh fish in 3 months, so that the feeding enthusiasm of the river crabs is fully adjusted, and the nutritional requirement of the river crabs on the shell is guaranteed; feeding the complete crab feed mixed with EM bacteria in 4 months, regulating intestinal tracts of river crabs through composite beneficial bacteria, promoting the digestion capacity and increasing the ingestion potential; 5. and 6 and 7 months, the fresh river crabs are fed with EM bacteria mixed with complete crab materials and mixed with soaked and cooked corns, and the sweet taste unique to the crabs is increased on the basis of the fresh taste of the traditional river crabs in six months. After the six months of yellow river is sold in the market, the EM bacteria is mixed with complete crab feed and the sea water is added to ice fresh fish for 8-10 months, and simultaneously, fresh pumpkin or soaked and cooked corn and the like are mixed and fed.
In step S107, after three shells of the full male river crabs are faded in early sixty months, the culturing area of the river crab in the period of the six months is caught and weighed by a ground cage, and the river crabs with the specification of 75 g/crab can be sold out after the specification of the river crab reaches the market specification, otherwise, the river crab is placed into the early maturing system culturing area to be continuously cultured until the river crabs grow into the market. The selling price of fresh sweet, fat and beautiful June yellow reaches 12 yuan when the specification of the June yellow reaches 100 g/crab, and the June yellow river crabs are sold in fresh goods or made into cooked liquor-saturated crabs to be gradually sold after being frozen, so that most of the cost can be recycled first, and the overall culture risk of the river crabs is reduced.
In the step S108, as the same feed is carefully fed in the early stage, the fact that the products of June yellow river crab cultivation reach the standard point and are sold on the market at high price is guaranteed, the growth foundation is laid for the river crabs in the early-maturing culture area, the low-density river crabs scattered in the whole pool have good disease resistance and stress resistance, the survival rate is high, the high-density river crabs generally reach about 190g of male crabs with medium specifications and about 130g of female crabs, the river crabs are sold on the market 15 days in advance, the gonads are mature, and cream yellow, full and sweet. The method catches up with high-price markets before and after the festival of the mid-autumn China, consumers reflect better, finished crabs are sold to obtain higher income, the enthusiasm of farmers is greatly improved, and the virtuous circle of the industry is promoted.
The specific implementation case of this patent is as follows:
in 2018, from 12 months, a pilot test is carried out in a river crab culture base of Jiangsu Noah ark agricultural science and technology Limited in Changzhou, Jiangsu province, and 2 crab ponds with 10 mu areas and consistent conditional areas are selected according to the ratio of 1: 4, separating the June yellow cultivation area and the early maturing system cultivation area by using meshes; then, after the pond is cleaned and the grass is disinfected, 1200 total male crabs are put in each mu of the yellow croaker culture area; screening high-quality crabs according to a large specification of 30 crabs per kilogram during screening, and randomly sampling more than 80% of crabs which are yellow, full and free of damage; 1500 plants are put in the early-maturing line cultivation area per mu. After three shells are faded in early sixty-month in 2019, 2 pond areas with 2 mu of sixty-month yellow are captured and weighed, the yield per mu of the 2 mu of pond areas with the size of 75 g/six month yellow reaches 830, the yield per mu of the 2 mu of pond areas with the size of the six month yellow reaches 8300 yuan according to the purchase price of 10 yuan per pond, the expenses of fry, grass planting, bait, pond renting, manpower and the like of the river crabs are basically offset, and the fund investment of river crab cultivation is realized. And then removing the isolation net sheets to develop into crab culture, regularly maintaining waterweeds, adjusting water quality and the like until 9 months early in 2019, starting to capture the early-maturing river crabs with an average yield per mu of 125 kg/mu, catching the fresh tasting market before the two festivals in mid-autumn and national celebration, wherein the market acquisition price is 120 yuan/kg, the acre output value of the early-maturing river crabs reaches 15000 yuan, the water and electricity and feed costs are deducted, and the comprehensive annual acre yield pure profit can reach 10000 yuan/mu. In conclusion, the june yellow river crab culture can really protect the cost and increase the income, is more suitable for family type fine management of vast river crab culture households, and is one of the high-quality paths for the transformation development of the river crab industry.
