Abstract

一种抑制电流失配的电荷泵电路及其控制方法、锁相环电路,涉及通信技术领域,包括:第一控制电路(10)、第二控制电路(20)和第一反馈电路(30);第一控制电路用于将来自第一电流输入节点(D1)的第一电流输入第二反馈节点(E2);第一反馈电路用于在第一反馈节点(E1)和滤波节点(Vx)的控制下,控制输入第二反馈节点的电流的值与第一电流的值相等;第二控制电路用于在来自第三控制节点(K3)的第三控制信号的电位为有效电位,且来自第四控制节点(K4)的第四控制信号的电位为有效电位时,将来自第二电流输入节点(D2)的第二电流输入输出节点(Vout),以及,将与第一电流的值相等的电流输入第二反馈节点。该电荷泵电路能够抑制充电电流和放电电流的电流失配,保证了电荷泵输出电压的稳定性。
