发明内容

Claims (13)

1.一种电连接器(22),所述电连接器(22)被适配成布置在电缆(C)的端部处,以与电致动器(24)互补连接,所述电连接器(22)具有主体(32)和用于电连接所述电致动器的插脚(30)的多个电端子(36),所述主体(32)限定用于所述电缆(C)的通道和用于布置所述电端子的凹部(56),并且其中,所述连接器还包括钩(48),所述钩(48)被适配成与设置在所述电致动器上的互补特征机械地接合,从而防止在没有损坏的情况下移除所述连接器;并且
其中,所述钩(48)被布置在从连接器主体的基部延伸出的弹性件(44)的弹性端部处;并且
其中,在所述连接器的接合期间,所述弹性件(44)从静止位置偏转,并且当所述连接器被完全接合时,所述弹性件自己返回到所述静止位置;并且,
其中,所述弹性件包括弹性臂;并且,
其中,从所述连接器主体的所述基部延伸出限定所述弹性件的两个弹性臂(44)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器(22),其中,所述基部限定盒(38),所述盒(38)具有被盖(40)封闭的周边壁(38L、38U、38T)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电连接器(22),其中,所述电缆通道包括穿过所述壁设置的开口(52)和至少一个孔(50)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电连接器(22),其中,所述电致动器(22)被布置在设置有用于插入所述连接器主体(32)的孔口(20)的主体(12)中,所述连接器还包括密封构件(34),所述密封构件(34)被适配成一旦所述连接器被完全插入就密封所述孔口(20)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电连接器(22),其中,所述密封构件被适配成既围绕所述电缆(C)密封又围绕所述连接器主体密封。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的电连接器(22),其中,所述密封构件(34)还设置有与所述连接器主体互补接合的定位特征(74)。
7.一种电致动器(24),所述电致动器(24)包括包覆模制的线圈,块体(26)从所述电致动器(24)的外表面突出,从所述块体(26)延伸出电插脚(30),所述电插脚(30)被适配成与根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的连接器的所述端子(36)电接触,所述钩(48)与所述块体(26)接合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电致动器(24),其中,所述块体是长方体,从所述长方体的表面延伸出所述插脚(30)。
9.一种剂量仪(10),所述剂量仪(10)被适配成喷射流体,所述剂量仪具有包封电致动器(24)的主体(12),所述主体(12)设置有孔口(20),所述孔口(20)使得能够插入根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电连接器(22),以便连接所述电致动器。
10.根据权利要求9所述的剂量仪(10),所述剂量仪(10)被适配成布置在内燃发动机的排气管上以在所述排气管中喷射试剂流体。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的剂量仪(10),其中,所述剂量仪的主体(12)包括沿着主轴线在前喷嘴(18)与后壁(16)之间延伸的圆柱形壁(14),所述后壁(16)设置有用于插入连接器的所述孔口(20)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的剂量仪(10),其中,在所述剂量仪的主体(12)中,所述电致动器(24)被布置成使得所述插脚(30)位于所述后壁(16)与所述前喷嘴(16)之间的大约中间距离处。
13.根据权利要求9至12中任一项所述的剂量仪(10),其中,所述孔口(20)是细长的。
