Claims (8)
1. A preparation process of a soil remediation agent with multiple elements is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting raw materials of the repairing agent: 50-70 parts of bio-organic fertilizer, 20-30 parts of modified biomass charcoal, 5-10 parts of humic acid, 6-8 parts of phosphate fertilizer, 6-8 parts of nitrogen, 5-10 parts of mixed fermentation bacteria, 10-14 parts of turfy soil, 10-14 parts of vermiculite powder and 10-16 parts of chelating agent;
s2, pretreating a repairing agent raw material: grinding 20-30 parts of modified biomass charcoal into powder, placing 5-10 parts of mixed zymophyte into a culture medium for culture, and then mixing 10-14 parts of peatmoss and 10-14 parts of vermiculite powder together for grinding;
s3: preparation of a repairing agent: pouring 50-70 parts of bio-organic fertilizer into a low-speed mixing stirrer for heating and stirring, wherein the rotating speed of the low-speed mixing stirrer is 500 revolutions per minute, the stirring time is 15 minutes, the temperature of a stirring cavity is 28 ℃, after 5 minutes of stirring the bio-organic fertilizer, sequentially adding 20-30 parts of powdered modified biomass carbon and 5-10 parts of humic acid into the mixing stirrer, continuously stirring the mixture, after finishing the mixing treatment of the bio-organic fertilizer, the modified biomass carbon and the humic acid, sequentially adding 6-8 parts of phosphate fertilizer, 6-8 parts of nitrogen and 5-10 parts of mixed zymophyte into the mixture, increasing the temperature of the stirring cavity of the stirrer to 37 ℃, continuously stirring, rotating at the rotating speed of 300 revolutions per minute, stirring for 5 minutes, and finally adding 10-14 parts of turfy soil into the mixture, 10-14 parts of vermiculite powder and 10-16 parts of chelating agent, continuously stirring for 3 minutes at the same rotating speed, and standing the mixture for 5 minutes after the mixture is stirred to obtain the soil remediation agent.

The process for preparing a soil remediation agent with multiple elements as recited in claim 1, wherein: the soil remediation agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of bio-organic fertilizer, 20 parts of modified biomass charcoal, 5 parts of humic acid, 6 parts of phosphate fertilizer, 6 parts of nitrogen, 5 parts of mixed zymocyte, 10 parts of turfy soil, 10 parts of vermiculite powder and 10 parts of chelating agent.

The process for preparing a soil remediation agent with multiple elements as recited in claim 1, wherein: 70 parts of bio-organic fertilizer, 30 parts of modified biomass charcoal, 10 parts of humic acid, 8 parts of phosphate fertilizer, 8 parts of nitrogen, 10 parts of mixed fermentation bacteria, 14 parts of turfy soil, 14 parts of vermiculite powder and 16 parts of chelating agent.

The process for preparing a soil remediation agent with multiple elements as recited in claim 1, wherein: 60 parts of bio-organic fertilizer, 25 parts of modified biomass charcoal, 8 parts of humic acid, 7 parts of phosphate fertilizer, 7 parts of nitrogen, 8 parts of mixed fermentation bacteria, 12 parts of turfy soil, 12 parts of vermiculite powder and 13 parts of chelating agent.
5. The process for preparing a soil remediation agent with multiple elements as recited in claim 1, wherein: the modified biomass charcoal is prepared by pyrolyzing, crushing and sieving biomass to obtain biomass charcoal, and the biomass charcoal is modified by acid-base modification or ultraviolet irradiation modification, wherein the carbon content of the biomass charcoal is 65-70%.
6. The process for preparing a soil remediation agent with multiple elements as recited in claim 1, wherein: the mixed zymocyte comprises azotobacter, nitrobacteria and saprophytic bacteria.
7. The process for preparing a soil remediation agent with multiple elements as recited in claim 1, wherein: and mixing and grinding the peatmoss and the vermiculite powder, and screening by using a 20-mesh screen.
8. The process for preparing a soil remediation agent with multiple elements as recited in claim 1, wherein: the chelating agent includes zinc chelate, iron chelate, magnesium chelate and copper chelate.
