本发明提供了一种含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料,该敷料以注射用水或纯化水为载体,加入艾考糊精、卡波姆或羧甲基纤维素钠、三乙醇胺、丁二醇、辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油、1,2‑己二醇、矫味剂等制成,本发明所述含艾考糊精的敷料呈凝胶状,用于新生疤痕或微创口处,防止疤痕增生及外界污染,降低疤痕生成的几率,避免色素沉着疤痕。

一种含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料
技术领域
本发明属医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种含艾考糊精的非无菌凝胶敷料。
背景技术
敷料在医疗领域一般是指具有保护创口,防止二度感染及热量损失等功能的外用材料,目前主要有纱布类传统敷料和现代敷料,现代敷料有海藻酸钠/钙敷料、交互式敷料、银离子敷料、泡沫敷料和凝胶敷料等。
葡聚糖是以葡萄糖为单糖组成的同型多糖,分为α-葡聚糖和β-葡聚糖,每种葡聚糖又分多种键位组合。葡聚糖作为护肤品中的活性成分,在西方有悠久历史。很多欧美国家的家庭都习惯用浸泡过燕麦的水为婴幼儿沐浴来缓解和预防湿疹;老年人也习惯在冬季用燕麦水洗脸,缓解皮肤的干燥。这主要是因为从燕麦浸出的物质中含有维生素E和葡聚糖成分,两者对皮肤都有一定修复和保护作用。
α-葡聚糖寡糖是由葡萄糖转移酶作用于麦芽糖得到的产物,其聚合度为4~6个葡萄糖单位,分子量很小,主要作用为保湿。但是α-葡聚糖寡糖的分子量较小,不能在皮肤表面形成有效的保护膜,防护效果较弱。
艾考糊精是淀粉水解而成的一种葡聚糖,分子量为19000-25000道尔顿,具有良好的水溶性、安全性和生物相容性。以艾考糊精为原料的药物制剂已在30多个国家和地区批准上市,具有良好的安全性、生物相容性及稳定性;艾考糊精制成的胶体溶液具备良好的超滤作用和水化漂浮作用,可作为腹膜透析液和手术防粘连冲洗液,Cooker在2002年发表的论文中表明艾考糊精具有良好的生物相容性;Mistry在1994年发表的论文中表明在一项随机多中心临床试验中证明艾考糊精溶液作为腹膜透析液长期使用是安全有效的;Catena在2012年发表的论文中表明在一项单中心,前瞻性随机试验中,证明在小肠梗阻患者中使用4%艾考糊精是安全的,可减少腹腔内粘连的形成和再次阻塞的风险。
在研究艾考糊精的过程中,我们发现,艾考糊精形成的胶体溶液具有防护的功效,这可能是由于艾考糊精溶液为胶体溶液,可以在皮肤表面形成有效保护膜,防止外界污染及有害菌类的侵入,对患处起到更好的防护作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含艾考糊精的非无菌凝胶敷料,包含以下成分:艾考糊精、卡波姆或羟甲基纤维素钠、三乙醇胺、丁二醇、辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油、1,2-己二醇、矫味剂。
上述含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料,包括下述质量份的组分:
艾考糊精0.5-1%、注射用水或纯化水90-93%、卡波姆或羟甲基纤维素钠0.4-0.8%、三乙醇胺0-0.8%、丁二醇5-6.5%、辛酰羟肟酸0.3-0.6%、乙基己基甘油0.2-0.4%、1,2-己二醇0.3-0.8%、矫味剂0.001-0.003%。
上述含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料,所述羟甲基纤维素钠为交联羟甲基纤维素钠。
上述含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料,所述组分混合后为凝胶状。
上述含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料,所述矫味剂为植物提取精油。
本发明所提供的含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料采用常规的配制方法配制即可。
本发明所公开的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
(1)艾考糊精作为一种结构明确的新型防护原料,可为皮肤提供防护屏障,使皮肤维持清洁健康状态,降低外界环境对裸露患处的伤害。能在创口表面形成保护膜,保护伤口免受外界污染而加重感染或影响愈合,并帮助皮肤抵抗易导致形成疤痕的污染物。
(2)含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料能够迅速成膜,加速创面愈合,迅速吸收创体表面渗出物。
(3)本发明所述含艾考糊精的敷料呈凝胶状,用于新生疤痕或微创口处,防止疤痕增生及外界污染,降低疤痕生成的几率,避免色素沉着疤痕。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于所述内容。
本发明所述含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料,但本发明所公开增强型复合预定向织物可采用所有适用工艺进行生产,并不局限于此生产工艺。
实施例1:
艾考糊精0.8%、纯化水91.896%、羟甲基纤维素钠0.5%、丁二醇5.503%、辛酰羟肟酸0.5%、乙基己基甘油0.3%、1,2-己二醇0.5%、矫味剂甜橙精油0.001%。
实施例2:
艾考糊精0.8%、注射用水90.07%、卡波姆0.8%、三乙醇胺0.6%、丁二醇6.5%、辛酰羟肟酸0.5%、乙基己基甘油0.3%、1,2-己二醇0.4%、矫味剂薄荷精油0.003%。
实施例3:
艾考糊精0.6%、注射用水93%、羟甲基纤维素钠0.425%、三乙醇胺0.003%、丁二醇5%、辛酰羟肟酸0.45%、乙基己基甘油0.219%、1,2-己二醇0.3%、矫味剂橙花油0.003%。
实施效果:
(1)将上述实施例所得敷料均于常温常压下密封静置一周,每隔6小时观察敷料状态,所得敷料均保持稳定的凝胶状态,未出现分层或絮凝。
(2)取大鼠18只,将上述实施例所得凝胶敷料涂抹或喷涂于大鼠右后腿部浅表性创口(创口均为1cm),每隔12小时涂抹一次,并取3组创口大鼠自然愈合作为对照组,每组含创口大鼠3只。所得实验结果如下表所示:

由上述结果可以明显看出,本发明所述敷料稳定性良好,温和不刺激,生物体皮肤适应性良好。用于新生疤痕或微创口处,防止疤痕增生及外界污染,降低疤痕生成的几率,避免色素沉着疤痕。
上述实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

1.一种含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料,其特征在于:所述凝胶敷料包含下述质量份的组分:
艾考糊精0 .5-1%、注射用水或纯化水90-93%、卡波姆或羟甲基纤维素钠0 .4-0 .8%、三乙醇胺0-0 .8%、丁二醇5-6 .5%、辛酰羟肟酸0 .3-0 .6%、乙基己基甘油0 .2-0 .4%、1 ,2-己二醇0 .3-0 .8%、矫味剂0 .001-0 .003%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料,其特征在于:所述羟甲基纤维素钠为交联羟甲基纤维素钠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料,其特征在于:所述组分混合后为凝胶状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含艾考糊精的凝胶敷料,其特征在于:所述矫味剂为植物提取精油。
