Abstract

本发明涉及治疗鼻炎的中药，具体是鼻炎雾化灌洗中药及其应用。本发明采用纯绿色中药，既利用药液本身对鼻腔的冲洗作用清除鼻内分泌物、脓痂等病理产物，又将具有宣通鼻窍、泄浊解毒、扶正祛邪等作用的中药液通过雾化后形成细微水雾颗粒弥漫作用于鼻腔、鼻窦及管腔，可以迅速改善鼻炎症状、纠正鼻内环境紊乱，缓解病情直至痊愈。由于是用纯中药局部外用，安全且疗效显著。

鼻炎雾化灌洗中药及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及治疗鼻炎的中药，具体是鼻炎雾化灌洗中药及其应用。
背景技术
鼻炎即鼻腔炎性疾病，是病毒、细菌、变应原、各种理化因子以及某些全身性疾病引起的鼻腔黏膜的炎症。鼻炎的主要病理改变是鼻腔黏膜充血、肿胀、渗出、增生、萎缩或坏死等。目前，常用治疗鼻炎方案如西医使用抗组胺类药，皮质激素类药，减充血剂等副作用明显且易耐药，盐水冲洗只能暂缓，即便手术亦容易反复。也有用中药治疗鼻炎的，但因口服中药味苦而难以坚持，疗效不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供鼻炎雾化灌洗中药及其应用，用纯中药局部外用，安全且疗效可靠。
本发明的技术方案：
一种鼻炎雾化灌洗中药，由以下重量份中药组成：荆芥5-25克、薄荷5-25克、白芷5-25克、苍耳子5-25克、鹅不食草5-45克、蒲公英5-25克、野菊花5-25克、辛夷5-45克；适用于急性鼻炎的雾化灌洗。
一种鼻炎雾化灌洗中药，由以下重量份中药组成：苍耳子5-45克、白芷5-45克、辛夷5-45克、鹅不食草5-45克、半夏5-25克、石菖蒲5-25克、赤芍5-25克、五爪龙5-25克、薏苡仁5-25克、川芎5-25克、泽泻5-25克；适用于慢性鼻炎的雾化灌洗。
一种鼻炎雾化灌洗中药，由以下重量份中药组成：苍耳子5-45克、白芷5-45克、辛夷5-50克、鹅不食草5-45克、黄芪5-25克、白术5-25克、防风5-25克、蝉蜕5-25克、乌梅5-25克、荆芥5-25克、甘草5-25克、柯子5-25克、生姜5-25克；适用于过敏性鼻炎的雾化灌洗。
一种鼻炎雾化灌洗中药，由以下重量份中药组成：桑叶5-25克、枇杷叶5-25克、麦冬5-25克、百合5-25克、乌梅5-25克、玉竹5-25克、旱莲草5-25克、蒲公英5-25克、沙参5-25克、金银花5-25克、贝母5-25克、辛夷5-45克、甘草5-25克；适用于萎缩性鼻炎的雾化灌洗。
一种鼻炎雾化灌洗中药，由以下重量份中药组成：黄芪5-45克、辛夷5-45克、白芷5-45克、野菊花5-25克、石菖蒲5-25克、半夏5-25克、路路通5-25克、鹅不食草5-45克、苍耳子5-45克、当归5-25克、薄荷5-25克、升麻5-25克，白花蛇舌草5-45克；适用于鼻窦炎的雾化灌洗。
一种鼻炎雾化灌洗中药，由以下重量份中药组成：苍耳子5-45克、白芷5-45克、辛夷5-45克、鹅不食草5-45克、柯子5-25克、薄荷5-25克、蝉蜕5-25克、荆芥5-25克、野菊花5-25克；适用于各种鼻炎的雾化灌洗。
一种鼻炎雾化灌洗中药分别对应在急性鼻炎雾化灌洗中药、慢性鼻炎雾化灌洗中药、过敏性鼻炎雾化灌洗中药、萎缩性鼻炎雾化灌洗中药、鼻窦炎雾化灌洗中药中的应用。
上述药方可按中药煎法煎成中药液，过滤后按60ml每袋分装，0-8℃冷藏保存【不超过1周】。也可将上述药方研磨成细末，过250目筛，用一次性环保茶包袋按每袋6克包装好封口，使用时置入电热杯加约60ml清水煮沸成药液【现煮现用，用前将药液冷却至37℃左右】。
本发明采用纯绿色中药，既利用药液本身对鼻腔的冲洗作用清除鼻内分泌物、脓痂等病理产物，又将具有宣通鼻窍、泄浊解毒、扶正祛邪等作用的中药液通过雾化后形成细微水雾颗粒弥漫作用于鼻腔、鼻窦及管腔，可以迅速改善鼻炎症状、纠正鼻内环境紊乱，缓解病情直至痊愈。由于是用纯中药局部外用，安全且疗效显著(见实施例1—6)。开创了鼻炎类疾病中医外治的新方案，值得推广。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
苍耳子15克、白芷15克、辛夷15克、鹅不食草15克、黄芪15克、白术10克、防风10克、蝉蜕5克、乌梅10克、桂枝10克、甘草5克、柯子10克。生姜10克。混合研末，用一次性环保茶包袋按每袋6克包装好封口。使用前置入电热杯加约60ml清水煮沸成药液并过滤后备用。
朱某，男，5岁。过敏性鼻炎约2年，反复鼻塞流涕，夜间张口呼吸，喉间有痰。雾化灌洗治疗3天后所有症状缓解，10天基本恢复正常，随访3月未再发作。
实施例2：
苍耳子30克、白芷30克、辛夷30克、鹅不食草25克、半夏10克、石菖蒲15克、赤芍10克、五爪龙10克、薏苡仁10克、川芎10克、泽泻10克。上述药方按中药煎法煎成中药液，过滤后按60ml每袋分装，0-8℃冷藏保存备用。
朱某，男，18岁，学生。慢性鼻炎病史3年，经常性鼻塞，流浊涕，鼻甲肿大明显。雾化灌洗治疗10天后鼻塞、流浊涕消失，鼻甲肿大明显缩小，基本治愈。
实施例3：
黄芪30克、辛夷30克、白芷30克、野菊花10克、石菖蒲10克、半夏10克、路路通10克、鹅不食草30克、苍耳子30克、当归10克、薄荷10克、升麻10克，白花蛇舌草15克。上述药方按中药煎法煎成中药液，过滤后按60ml每袋分装，0-8℃冷藏保存备用。
方某，女，53岁。反复鼻塞，流涕伴头痛头晕约6年，经MRI检查示上颌窦及额窦炎，雾化灌洗治疗10天后，症状缓解，20天后所有症状解除。
实施例4：
黄芪30克、辛夷30克、白芷10克、野菊花10克、石菖蒲10克、半夏10克、路路通10克、鹅不食草30克、苍耳子30克、当归10克、薄荷10克、升麻10克，白花蛇舌草30克。混合研末，用一次性环保茶包袋按每袋6克包装好封口。使用前置入电热杯加约60ml清水煮沸成药液并过滤后备用。
陈某，女，46岁。前额痛，鼻后至咽喉有痰、异物感10年余，经CT检查确诊额窦炎，雾化灌洗治疗10天后症状明显缓解。
实施例5：
1】、黄芪30克、辛夷30克、白芷30克、野菊花10克、石菖蒲10克、半夏10克、路路通10克、鹅不食草30克、苍耳子30克、当归10克、薄荷10克、升麻10克，白花蛇舌草30克。
2】、苍耳子30克、白芷30克、辛夷50克、鹅不食草30克、黄芪30克、白术10克、防风10克、蝉蜕5克、乌梅10克、桂枝10克、甘草5克、柯子15克。生姜15克。上述药方按中药煎法煎成中药液，过滤后按60ml每袋分装，0-8℃冷藏保存备用。
刘某，女，48岁。患过敏性鼻炎10余年，额窦炎5年，此次发作1月余，鼻塞前额痛，流黄绿色脓涕。先予2】方鼻腔灌洗治疗10天，使其症状缓解，再予1】方雾化灌洗治疗10天，病愈。
实施例6：
桑叶10克、枇杷叶10克、麦冬10克、百合10克、乌梅10克、玉竹10克、旱莲草10克、蒲公英15克、沙参15克、金银花10克、贝母5克、辛夷15克、甘草5克。上述药方按中药煎法煎成中药液，过滤后按60ml每袋分装，0-8℃冷藏保存备用。
黄某，女，58岁。交替性鼻塞、流涕20余年，鼻干燥不适10余年，诊断为萎缩性鼻炎。予此方鼻腔雾化灌洗治疗30天后明显缓解，1个月后随访诉未再发作。
具体操作：备好器械，压缩式雾化机1台，鼻腔冲吸器1付，电源。压缩式雾化机上的导气管接至鼻腔冲吸器弯接头处。把备好的中药液加温至37℃左右，倒入鼻腔冲吸器药液杯约25ml,盖好杯盖，安置好冲吸头并插入鼻孔，接通电源后按控制开关即开始进行治疗。
关于疗程：急性鼻炎一般每日做2次，共3--5天即可。慢性鼻炎一般每日做2次，10天为1个疗程，共1--3个疗程，具体治疗时间视病情而定。
注意事项：孕妇，严重高血压，心肌梗塞，意识障碍，鼻出血，鼻部创伤，鼻咽部恶性肿瘤禁用。急性中耳炎、支气管哮喘患者、药物过敏史患者、5岁以下儿童应在医生指导下谨慎使用。

1.一种鼻炎雾化灌洗中药，其特征是，由以下重量份中药组成：荆芥5-25克、薄荷5-25克、白芷5-25克、苍耳子5-25克、鹅不食草5-45克、蒲公英5-25克、野菊花5-25克、辛夷5-45克；适用于急性鼻炎的雾化灌洗。
2.一种鼻炎雾化灌洗中药，其特征是，由以下重量份中药组成：苍耳子5-45克、白芷5-45克、辛夷5-45克、鹅不食草5-45克、半夏5-25克、石菖蒲5-25克、赤芍5-25克、五爪龙5-25克、薏苡仁5-25克、川芎5-25克、泽泻5-25克；适用于慢性鼻炎的雾化灌洗。
3.一种鼻炎雾化灌洗中药，其特征是，由以下重量份中药组成：苍耳子5-45克、白芷5-45克、辛夷5-50克、鹅不食草5-45克、黄芪5-25克、白术5-25克、防风5-25克、蝉蜕5-25克、乌梅5-25克、荆芥5-25克、甘草5-25克、柯子5-25克、生姜5-25克；适用于过敏性鼻炎的雾化灌洗。

6.一种鼻炎雾化灌洗中药，其特征是，由以下重量份中药组成：苍耳子5-45克、白芷5-45克、辛夷5-45克、鹅不食草5-45克、柯子5-25克、薄荷5-25克、蝉蜕5-25克、荆芥5-25克、野菊花5-25克；适用于各种鼻炎的雾化灌洗。
7.根据权利要求1或权利要求2或权利要求3或权利要求4或权利要求5所述的鼻炎雾化灌洗中药分别对应在急性鼻炎雾化灌洗中药、慢性鼻炎雾化灌洗中药、过敏性鼻炎雾化灌洗中药、萎缩性鼻炎雾化灌洗中药、鼻窦炎雾化灌洗中药中的应用。
8.根据权利要求6所述的鼻炎雾化灌洗中药在急性鼻炎雾化灌洗中药、慢性鼻炎雾化灌洗中药、过敏性鼻炎雾化灌洗中药、萎缩性鼻炎雾化灌洗中药、鼻窦炎雾化灌洗中药中的应用。
