Abstract

本发明提供一种纬向莱卡弹力面料的后整理生产方法,加工工序依次为烧毛、退浆、干定型、液氨、后焙烘、预缩,其特征在于:1)烧毛车速为90~100m/min,火口位置为1#,火焰强度为8‑10mbar;2)退浆采用卷染退浆,温度为90℃,退浆酶20‑30g/l,精炼剂5‑10g/l,渗透剂5‑10g/L;3)干定型工序中,拉幅机烘房温度为195℃,加工车速为25~35m/min;4)后焙烘工序中,各助剂用量为免烫树脂90‑100g/L,催化剂22‑25g/L,硅油柔软剂10‑20g/L,渗透剂1‑2g/L,其余为水;面料含湿率为5.0‑6.0%,烘房上风压力为30N,烘房下风机压力为10N。经过本发明处理过的面料,门幅整齐划一、无收缩、无变形,一等品率达99%以上,且克服面料断裂强力低,实现后焙烘整理,使面料具有很好的平整度。

Description

一种纬向莱卡弹力面料的后整理生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纬向莱卡弹力面料的后整理生产方法,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
莱卡面料本身弹性较好,且面料具有很好的柔软度,深受消费者喜爱。但莱卡面料由于弹力纱不稳定的原因,在织布和前整理易出现幅宽不稳现象;而且莱卡定型后受热易发生热缩,导致整理定型难度较大,降等数量较多。后焙烘色织面料整理是树脂整理生产方式之一,以其简洁美观深受消费者喜爱,后焙烘色织面料在穿着过程中具有较好的面料平整度。但因其莱卡面料高温定型后断裂强力较小,在纺织印染领域莱卡后焙烘整理生产方法并无出现。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能解决上述问题、性能优良的一种纬向莱卡弹力面料的后整理生产方法。具体技术方案为:
一种纬向莱卡弹力面料的后整理生产方法,其特征在于加工工序依次为烧毛、退浆、干定型、液氨、后焙烘、预缩,其中:
1)烧毛车速为90~100m/min,火口位置为1#,火焰强度为8-10mbar;
2)退浆采用卷染退浆,温度为90℃,退浆酶20-30g/l,精炼剂5-10g/l,渗透剂2-5g/L;
3)干定型工序中,拉幅机烘房温度为195℃,加工车速为25~35m/min;
4)后焙烘工序中,各助剂用量为免烫树脂浓度为90-100g/L,催化剂浓度为22-25g/L,硅油柔软剂浓度为10-20g/L,渗透剂浓度为1-2g/L,其余为水;面料含湿率为5.0-6.0%,烘房上风压力为30N,烘房下风机压力为10N。
所述的一种纬向莱卡弹力面料的后整理生产方法,步骤2)中退浆酶为α-淀粉酶,渗透剂为聚乙二醇醚衍生物。
参数选择分析:
烧毛工序:车速选择90~100m/min,既能保障面料品质,又能提高产能。若车速大于100米/min,会使面料烧毛不充分,毛羽级别差;若速度小于90米/min,会增加面料与火口的接触时间,导致面料强力不合格。面料火口位置选择1#,能避免面料过烧,造成面料强力不合格。火焰强度选择8-10m/bar,若火焰强度大于10m/bar,会使面料过烧,造成强力不合格;若火焰强度小于8m/bar,会造成面料烧毛不净,影响面料外观质量。
退浆工序:采用卷染退浆,杜绝面料卷边和过分收缩;优化退浆各助剂用量,避免用量过多对面料退浆效果和吸水性无改善且会造成助剂浪费、少则影响面料退浆效果和吸水性的弊端。水洗温度为90℃,能够保障退浆酶的活性和高效性,否则温度过高或过都会降低面料的退浆效果。
添加了干定型工序,以对纬向弹力纱进行定型,拉幅烘房温度选择195℃。若温度低于195℃织物不能获得良好的尺寸稳定性,高于195℃对织物尺寸稳定性并无显著的改善;车速同理。
后焙烘工序中,经过多次试验,当树脂或催化剂浓度过高时,会影响面料手感、强力和颜色等;浓度过低时,会造成面料免烫性不合格,故选择树脂浓度为90-100g/L、催化剂浓度为22-25g/L。硅油柔软剂浓度为10-20g/L,渗透剂浓度为1-2g/L,浓度过大,会使面料手感太软和滑脱不合格,浓度过小,会使面料手感太硬,达不到客户要求。面料含湿率为5.0%-6.0%,烘房上风压力为30N,烘房下风机压力为10N,此参数过大或过小都将会影响面料手感和滑脱。
本发明与现有技术相比,其优点在于:
1)通过优化工艺,克服了传统莱卡面料幅宽不稳、受热易变形、热缩不稳的现象,使纬向莱卡弹力面料门幅整齐划一、无收缩、无变形,一等品率达99%以上。
2)通过对烧毛和干定型中工艺的调整,克服莱卡面料定型后断裂强力小的特点,可使面料做后焙烘整理来提高面料的免烫性,免烫性可达3.6-3.8级。
具体实施方式
实施例一:样布为白底、蓝绿条格面料,经向纯棉纬向莱卡弹力面料,织物组织为2/1斜纹面料,经向纱支为纯棉80支合股,纬向纱支为纯棉80支合股+40支莱卡,经向密度为120根/英寸,纬向密度为80根/英寸。其加工工序依次为:
烧毛:机台运行速度为90m/min,火口位置为1#直烧,火焰强度为8mbar。
退浆:采用卷染退浆,温度为90℃,退浆酶采用α-淀粉酶,浓度为20g/L,渗透剂采用鲁瑞精细化工生产的聚乙二醇醚衍生物wa-m,浓度为2g/L,精炼剂选用鲁瑞精细化工生产的wr-03,浓度为10g/L,其余为水。
干定型:拉幅机烘房温度为195℃,加工车速为25m/min。
后焙烘:树脂服丝平F-ECO浓度为90g/L,催化剂康定素F-M浓度为22.5g/L,聚醚氨基改性硅油柔软剂浓度为10g/L,聚乙二醇醚衍生物渗透剂浓度为1g/L,其余为水。面料含湿率为5.0%,烘房上风压力为30N,烘房下风机压力为10N。
测试结果:本发明处理后的纬向莱卡弹力色织面料,采用AATCC135-2108测试方法得经向缩水-1.3%,纬向缩水-1.1%;采用ASTMD5035-11测试方法测得断裂强力经向为446N,纬向为561N;ASTMD3107-07方法测试纬向弹性伸长为28.4%,热缩为经向-0.1%,纬向-1.1%;采用AATCC124-2108方法测试的洗后外观为3.6级;成品布面平整、门幅一致,布面无收缩、无变形。
实施例二:样布为白底、蓝色条格面料,经向纯棉纬向莱卡弹力面料,织物组织为2/1斜纹面料,面料经向纱支为80支合股,纬向纱支为纯棉80支合股+40支莱卡,经向密度为120根/英寸,纬向密度为80根/英寸。其加工工序依次为:
烧毛:机台运行速度为95m/min,火口位置为1#切烧,火焰强度为9mbar。
退浆:采用卷染退浆,温度为90℃,退浆酶采用α-淀粉酶,浓度为25g/L,渗透剂采用鲁瑞精细化工生产的聚乙二醇醚衍生物wa-m,浓度为3g/L,精炼剂选用鲁瑞精细化工生产的wr-03,浓度为8g/L,其余为水。
干定型:拉幅机烘房温度为195℃,加工车速为30m/min。
后焙烘:树脂服丝平F-ECO浓度为95g/L,催化剂康定素F-M催化剂浓度为24g/L,聚醚氨基改性硅油柔软剂浓度为15g/L,聚乙二醇醚衍生物渗透剂浓度为2g/L,其余为水。面料含湿率为5.5%,烘房上风压力为30N,烘房下风机压力为10N。
测试结果:本发明处理后的纬向莱卡弹力色织面料,采用AATCC135-2108测试方法得经向缩水-1.0%,纬向缩水-1.5%;采用ASTMD5035-11测试方法测得断裂强力经向为486N,纬向为550N;ASTMD3107-07方法测试纬向弹性伸长为27.2%,热缩为经向-0.6%,纬向-1.4%;采用AATCC124-2108方法测试的洗后外观为3.6级;成品布面平整、门幅一致,布面无收缩、无变形。
实施例三:样布为纯蓝色面料,经向纯棉纬向莱卡弹力面料,织物组织为2/2破斜,面料经向纱支为80支合股,纬向纱支为纯棉80支合股+40支莱卡,经向密度为120根/英寸,纬向密度为80根/英寸,其加工工序依次为:
烧毛:机台运行速度为100m/min,火口位置为1#切烧,火焰强度为10mbar。
退浆:采用卷染退浆,温度为90℃,退浆酶采用α-淀粉酶,浓度为30g/L,渗透剂采用鲁瑞精细化工生产的聚乙二醇醚衍生物wa-m,浓度为5g/L,精炼剂选用鲁瑞精细化工生产的wr-03,浓度为10g/L,其余为水。
干定型:拉幅机烘房温度为195℃,加工车速为35m/min。
后焙烘:树脂服丝平F-ECO浓度为100g/L,催化剂康定素F-M浓度为25g/L,聚醚氨基改性硅油柔软剂浓度为20g/L,聚乙二醇醚衍生物渗透剂浓度为2g/L,其余为水。面料含湿率为6.0%,烘房上风压力为30N,烘房下风机压力为10N。
测试结果:本发明处理后的纬向莱卡弹力色织面料,采用AATCC135-2108测试方法得经向缩水-0.9%,纬向缩水-1.1%;采用ASTMD5035-11测试方法测得断裂强力经向为405N,纬向为569N;ASTMD3107-07方法测试纬向弹性伸长为29.2%,热缩为经向-0.5%,纬向-1.0%;采用AATCC124-2108方法测试的洗后外观为3.7级;成品布面平整、门幅一致,布面无收缩、无变形。

Claims (2)

1.一种纬向莱卡弹力面料的后整理生产方法,加工工序依次为烧毛、退浆、干定型、液氨、后焙烘、预缩,其特征在于:
1)烧毛车速为90~100m/min,火口位置为1#,火焰强度为8-10mbar;
2)退浆采用卷染退浆,温度为90℃,退浆酶20-30g/l,精炼剂5-10g/l,渗透剂2-5g/L;
3)干定型工序中,拉幅机烘房温度为195℃,加工车速为25~35m/min;
4)后焙烘工序中,各助剂用量为免烫树脂浓度为90-100g/L,催化剂浓度为22-25g/L,硅油柔软剂浓度为10-20g/L,渗透剂浓度为1-2g/L,其余为水;面料含湿率为5.0-6.0%,烘房上风压力为30N,烘房下风机压力为10N。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纬向莱卡弹力面料的后整理生产方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中退浆酶为α-淀粉酶,渗透剂为聚乙二醇醚衍生物。
