Abstract
一种电热纸面石膏板及其制备方法。所述电热纸面石膏板从上至下依次包括:上护面纸、隔热石膏层、电热膜、导热石膏层、下护面纸,所述电热膜上设置有电极,所述电极设置为通过导线与外接电源连接。所述方法包括:制备含有导热材料的第一混合石膏浆和含有隔热材料的第二混合石膏浆;将所述第一混合石膏浆铺设在下护面纸上,形成导热石膏层;在所述导热石膏层上铺设带有电极的电热膜;将所述第二混合石膏浆铺设在所述电热膜上,形成隔热石膏层;在所述隔热石膏层上铺设上护面纸;成型,干燥,制得所述电热纸面石膏板。本申请的电热纸面石膏板的力学强度高,具有加热和理疗功能,能够为人们提供一个舒适的生活与工作环境,而且制备方法简单。

技术领域
本申请涉及但不限于无机建筑材料领域,尤指一种电热纸面石膏板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济与科学技术的发展,人类越来越意识到人与自然协调发展的重要性,人类也越来越迫切地想要获得宜人的生活与工作环境。
生活与工作环境离不开建筑物,随着装配式建筑的发展,纸面石膏板逐步成为当今用途极广的建筑材料,功能化的纸面石膏板在建筑节能、环境净化等方面发挥着重要的作用。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种电热纸面石膏板及其制备方法,该电热纸面石膏板的力学强度高,具有加热和理疗功能,能够为人们提供一个舒适的生活与工作环境,而且制备方法简单。
本申请提供了一种电热纸面石膏板所述电热纸面石膏板从上至下依次包括:上护面纸、隔热石膏层、电热膜、导热石膏层、下护面纸,所述电热膜上设置有电极,所述电极设置为通过导线与外接电源连接。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述电热膜可以为石墨烯电热膜、碳纤维电热膜或高分子电热膜。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述石墨烯电热膜可以通过购买获得或采用现有方法制备得到,例如,可以采用中国专利CN105692600A、CN105657877A、CN 109951902A中公开的方法制备。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述碳纤维电热膜可以通过购买获得或采用现有方法制备得到。在本申请的实施方式中,所述高分子电热膜可以通过购买获得或采用现有方法制备得到,例如,可以采用中国专利CN102924858A中公开的方法制备。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述电热膜的厚度可以为0.1mm至0.5mm。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述石墨烯电热膜中的石墨烯含量可以为2重量%至5重量%。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述导热石膏层的制备原料可以包括第一半水石膏、第一粘结剂、导热材料、第一玻璃纤维、第一减水剂和水,并且以所述第一半水石膏的添加量为100重量份计,所述第一粘结剂的添加量为0.5重量份至1重量份,所述导热材料的添加量为0.1重量份至1重量份,所述第一玻璃纤维的添加量为0.15重量份至0.3重量份,所述第一减水剂的添加量为0.1重量份至0.5重量份,所述水的添加量为55重量份至70重量份。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述隔热石膏层的制备原料可以包括第二半水石膏、第二粘结剂、隔热材料、第二玻璃纤维、第二减水剂、发泡剂和水,并且以所述第二半水石膏的添加量为100重量份计,所述第二粘结剂的添加量为0.5重量份至1重量份,所述隔热材料的添加量为0.1重量份至1重量份,所述第二玻璃纤维的添加量为0.15重量份至0.3重量份,所述第二减水剂的添加量为0.1重量份至0.5重量份,所述发泡剂的添加量为0.5重量份至1重量份,所述水的添加量为55重量份至70重量份。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述导热材料可以选自陶瓷系导热材料、碳系导热材料和钢渣粉中的任意一种或多种。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述陶瓷系导热材料可以选自氮化铝、碳化硅、氧化铝、氮化硅、硅微粉和氧化锌中的任意一种或多种。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述碳系导热材料可以选自碳纳米管、碳纤维和石墨中的任意一种或多种。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述导热材料的粒度可以为50nm至50μm。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述隔热材料可以选自SiO2气凝胶、空心玻璃微珠和微硅粉中的任意一种或多种。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述隔热材料的粒度可以为10μm至100μm。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述发泡剂可以选自烷基硫酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠和动植物蛋白类发泡剂中的任意一种或多种。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述烷基硫酸钠发泡剂可以包括六烷基硫酸钠、八烷基硫酸钠、十烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十四烷基硫酸钠、十六烷基硫酸钠。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述第一半水石膏和所述第二半水石膏可以各自独立地选自半水脱硫石膏和半水磷石膏中的任意一种或两种。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述第一纤维和所述第二纤维可以为短切纤维,例如,长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述第一粘结剂和所述第二粘结剂可以为改性淀粉,例如,各自独立地选自改性玉米淀粉和改性木薯淀粉中的任意一种或两种。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述第一减水剂和所述第二减水剂可以各自独立地选自聚羧酸减水剂、萘系减水剂、脂肪酸减水剂和氨基磺酸盐减水剂中的任意一种或多种。
在本申请的实施方式中,所述聚羧酸减水剂可以为聚氧乙烯接枝的多羧酸聚合物,例如,聚氧乙烯接枝的聚丙烯酸减水剂。
本申请还提供了如上所述的电热纸面石膏板的制备方法,所述方法包括:
将第一半水石膏、第一粘结剂、导热材料、第一玻璃纤维、第一减水剂和水混合均匀,得到第一混合石膏浆;
将第二半水石膏、第二粘结剂、隔热材料、第二玻璃纤维、第二减水剂、发泡剂和水混合均匀,得到第二混合石膏浆;
将所述第一混合石膏浆铺设在下护面纸上,形成导热石膏层;
在所述导热石膏层上铺设带有电极的电热膜;
将所述第二混合石膏浆铺设在所述电热膜上,形成隔热石膏层;
在所述隔热石膏层上铺设上护面纸;
成型,干燥,制得所述电热纸面石膏板;
在本申请的实施方式中,石膏板的干燥过程可以包括三个干燥阶段,第一干燥阶段的干燥温度为150℃至200℃,干燥时间为0.5h至1h;第二干燥阶段的干燥温度为100℃至130℃,干燥时间为0.5h至1.5h;第三干燥阶段的干燥温度为45℃至50℃,干燥时间为1h至2h。
本申请的纸面石膏板包括具有不同功能的导热石膏层、电热膜、隔热石膏层,能够产热的电热膜夹在中间,其上层为导热石膏层,下层为隔热石膏层,使电热膜产生的热量定向且高效地传递至纸面石膏板表面,提高室内温度。
进一步地,当采用石墨烯电热膜时,由于石墨烯具有优异的光学、电学、力学特性,可以很好地将电能转化为热能,赋予纸面石膏板加热功能;同时,石墨烯通电可释放出波长为6μm至15μm的远红外线,刚好与人体能够接收的远红外波段相同,能与人体细胞分子很好地结合,起到优良的理疗保健作用,赋予纸面石膏板理疗功能,从而为人们提供一个舒适的生活与工作环境。

具体实施方式
为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下文中将结合附图对本申请的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
以下实施例和对比例中采用的原料和试剂,如无特别说明,均为普通市售产品。
其中,石墨烯电热膜均采用相同的原料和工艺制备而成,只是其中含有的石墨烯的质量分数不同,石墨烯电热膜的组成为:石墨烯粉、DMF溶剂、PET防水绝缘基膜、表面活性剂、PET防水绝缘漆。
具体制备工艺为:将石墨烯粉体在表面活性剂的作用下分散在DMF溶剂中得到石墨烯发热浆料,用丝印机将上述浆料涂覆在PET防水绝缘基膜上,两端接通铜片电极,再在上面喷涂一层PET防水绝缘漆膜,制得石墨烯发热膜。
实施例1
将10kg半水脱硫石膏粉、7kg水、0.06kg改性木薯淀粉、0.1kg粒度为5μm至10μm的AlN粉体、15g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.01kg聚氧乙烯接枝的聚丙烯酸减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,制成第一混合石膏浆。
再将10kg半水脱硫石膏粉、7kg水、0.06kg改性木薯淀粉、0.1kg粒度为10μm至20μm的SiO2气凝胶粉体、15g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.01kg聚氧乙烯接枝的聚丙烯酸减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,通过计量泵注入0.05kg十二烷基硫酸钠发泡剂,制成第二混合石膏浆。
将所述第一混合石膏浆铺设在下护面纸5上,获得导热石膏层4;在导热石膏层4上铺设厚度为0.1mm、石墨烯质量分数为5%石墨烯电热膜3(两端设置的电极31、32,外接220V电源);将所述第二混合石膏浆铺设在石墨烯电热膜3上,获得隔热石膏层2;在隔热石膏层2上铺设上护面纸1。成型,最后经过三个干燥阶段,第一干燥阶段的干燥温度为200℃,干燥时间为0.5h,第二干燥阶段的干燥温度为130℃,干燥时间为0.5h;第三干燥阶段的干燥温度为50℃,干燥时间为1.5h,制得长×宽×厚=1200mm×3000mm×12mm的电热纸面石膏板。
实施例2
将10kg经预处理(用生石灰中和至pH约为5.3)的半水磷石膏粉、6kg水、0.06kg改性玉米淀粉、0.01kg粒度为5μm至10μm的SiC粉体、30g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.05kg萘系减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,制成第一混合石膏浆。
再将10kg经预处理(用生石灰中和至pH约为5.3)的半水磷石膏粉、6kg水、0.06kg改性玉米淀粉、0.01kg粒度为10μm至100μm的空心玻璃微珠、30g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.05kg萘系减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,通过计量泵注入0.1kg十二烷基硫酸钠发泡剂,制成第二混合石膏浆。
将所述第一混合石膏浆铺设在下护面纸5上,获得导热石膏层4;在导热石膏层4上铺设厚度为0.5mm、石墨烯质量分数为4%石墨烯电热膜3(两端设置的电极31、32,外接220V电源);将所述第二混合石膏浆铺设在石墨烯电热膜3上,获得隔热石膏层2;在隔热石膏层2上铺设上护面纸1。成型,最后经过三个干燥阶段,第一干燥阶段的干燥温度为170℃,干燥时间为0.8h,第二干燥阶段的干燥温度为110℃,干燥时间为1.2h;第三干燥阶段的干燥温度为45℃,干燥时间为2h,制得长×宽×厚=1200mm×3000mm×12mm的电热纸面石膏板。
实施例3
将10kg半水脱硫石膏粉、7kg水、0.06kg改性玉米淀粉、0.1kg粒度为50nm至100nm的氧化铝(Al2O3)粉体、20g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.03kg脂肪酸减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,制成第一混合石膏浆。
再将10kg半水脱硫石膏粉、7kg水、0.06kg改性玉米淀粉、0.1kg粒度为10μm至100μm的空心玻璃微珠、20g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.03kg脂肪酸减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,通过计量泵注入0.05kg烷基苯磺酸钠发泡剂,制成第二混合石膏浆。
将所述第一混合石膏浆铺设在下护面纸5上,获得导热石膏层4;在导热石膏层4上铺设厚度为0.2mm、石墨烯质量分数为3%石墨烯电热膜3(两端设置的电极31、32,外接220V电源);将所述第二混合石膏浆铺设在石墨烯电热膜3上,获得隔热石膏层2;在隔热石膏层2上铺设上护面纸1。成型,最后经过三个干燥阶段,第一干燥阶段的干燥温度为185℃,干燥时间为0.6h,第二干燥阶段的干燥温度为120℃,干燥时间为1h;第三干燥阶段的干燥温度为50℃,干燥时间为1h,制得长×宽×厚=1200mm×3000mm×12mm的电热纸面石膏板。
实施例4
将10kg经预处理(用生石灰中和至pH约为5.6)的半水磷石膏粉、5.5kg水、0.06kg改性木薯淀粉、0.01kg粒度为50nm至100nm的碳纳米管粉体、15g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.04kg氨基磺酸盐减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,制成第一混合石膏浆。
再将10kg经预处理(用生石灰中和至pH约为5.6)的半水磷石膏粉、5.5kg水、0.06kg改性木薯淀粉、0.1kg粒度为10μm至100μm的空心玻璃微珠、15g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.04kg氨基磺酸盐减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,通过计量泵注入0.1kg植物蛋白类发泡剂,制成第二混合石膏浆。
将所述第一混合石膏浆铺设在下护面纸5上,获得导热石膏层4;在导热石膏层4上铺设厚度为0.3mm、石墨烯质量分数为2%石墨烯电热膜3(两端设置的电极31、32,外接220V电源);将所述第二混合石膏浆铺设在石墨烯电热膜3上,获得隔热石膏层2;在隔热石膏层2上铺设上护面纸1。成型,最后经过三个干燥阶段,第一干燥阶段的干燥温度为150℃,干燥时间为1h,第二干燥阶段的干燥温度为100℃,干燥时间为1.5h;第三干燥阶段的干燥温度为45℃,干燥时间为2h,制得长×宽×厚=1200mm×3000mm×12mm的电热纸面石膏板。
实施例5
将10kg半水脱硫石膏粉、7kg水、0.06kg改性木薯淀粉、0.1kg粒度为5μm至10μm的氮化硅粉体、15g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.01kg聚氧乙烯接枝的聚丙烯酸减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,制成第一混合石膏浆。

实施例6
将10kg经预处理(用生石灰中和至pH约为6.0)的半水磷石膏粉、6kg水、0.06kg改性玉米淀粉、0.03kg粒度为50nm至100nm的ZnO粉体、30g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.05kg萘系减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,制成第一混合石膏浆。
再将10kg经预处理(用生石灰中和至pH约为6.0)的半水磷石膏粉、6kg水、0.06kg改性玉米淀粉、0.01kg粒度为10μm至100μm的空心玻璃微珠、30g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.05kg萘系减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,通过计量泵注入0.1kg十二烷基硫酸钠发泡剂,制成第二混合石膏浆。

将10kg经预处理(用生石灰中和至pH约为5.5)的半水磷石膏粉、6kg水、0.06kg改性玉米淀粉、0.05kg粒度为10μm至50μm的硅微粉、30g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.05kg萘系减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,制成第一混合石膏浆。
再将10kg经预处理(用生石灰中和至pH约为5.5)的半水磷石膏粉、6kg水、0.06kg改性玉米淀粉、0.01kg粒度为10μm至100μm的空心玻璃微珠、30g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.05kg萘系减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,通过计量泵注入0.1kg十二烷基硫酸钠发泡剂,制成第二混合石膏浆。

将10kg经预处理(用生石灰中和至pH约为5.8)的半水磷石膏粉、6kg水、0.06kg改性玉米淀粉、0.1kg粒度为10μm至50μm的钢渣粉、30g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.05kg萘系减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,制成第一混合石膏浆。
再将10kg经预处理(用生石灰中和至pH约为5.8)的半水磷石膏粉、6kg水、0.06kg改性玉米淀粉、0.01kg粒度为10μm至100μm的空心玻璃微珠、30g玻璃纤维(长度为5mm至10mm的短切纤维)和0.05kg萘系减水剂于混合机中搅拌均匀,通过计量泵注入0.1kg十二烷基硫酸钠发泡剂,制成第二混合石膏浆。
将所述第一混合石膏浆铺设在下护面纸5上,获得导热石膏层4;在导热石膏层4上铺设厚度为0.5mm、石墨烯质量分数为3%石墨烯电热膜3(两端设置的电极31、32,外接220V电源);将所述第二混合石膏浆铺设在石墨烯电热膜3上,获得隔热石膏层2;在隔热石膏层2上铺设上护面纸1。成型,最后经过三个干燥阶段,第一干燥阶段的干燥温度为170℃,干燥时间为0.8h,第二干燥阶段的干燥温度为110℃,干燥时间为1.2h;第三干燥阶段的干燥温度为45℃,干燥时间为2h,制得长×宽×厚=1200mm×3000mm×12mm的电热纸面石膏板。
实施例9
本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于:纸面石膏板中的电热膜为从京东商城大友旗舰店购买的功率为220W/m2、厚度为0.5mm的碳纤维电热膜。
实施例10
本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于:纸面石膏板中的电热膜为依据中国专利CN102924858A实施例1制备的厚度为1mm的高分子电热膜。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的区别仅在于:纸面石膏板中不含有电热膜。
性能测试
1、力学性能测试
按照中国国家标准GB/T 9775-2008《纸面石膏板》中规定的方法测试上述实施例和对比例制备的纸面石膏板的纵向断裂载荷和横向断裂载荷。测试结果如表1所示。
2、加热性能测试
接通AC220V电源后,测定石膏板表面温度变化,测试结果如表1所示。

可以看出,本申请实施例的纸面石膏板引入石墨烯电热膜后,板材的力学性能不但没有受到不良影响,反而在一定程度上获得了改善;而且,纸面石膏板获得了加热功能,通电后可以快速升温。
此外,当采用石墨烯电热膜时,石墨烯通电可释放出波长为6μm至15μm的远红外线,刚好与人体能够接收的远红外波段相同,能与人体细胞分子很好地结合,起到优良的理疗保健作用,赋予了纸面石膏板理疗功能,从而为人们提供一个舒适的生活与工作环境。

Claims (10)
1.一种电热纸面石膏板,所述电热纸面石膏板从上至下依次包括:上护面纸、隔热石膏层、电热膜、导热石膏层、下护面纸,所述电热膜上设置有电极,所述电极设置为通过导线与外接电源连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电热纸面石膏板,其中,所述电热膜为石墨烯电热膜、碳纤维电热膜或高分子电热膜;
任选地,所述电热膜的厚度为0.1mm至0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电热纸面石膏板,其中,所述石墨烯电热膜中的石墨烯含量为2重量%至5重量%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电热纸面石膏板,其中,所述导热石膏层的制备原料包括第一半水石膏、第一粘结剂、导热材料、第一玻璃纤维、第一减水剂和水,并且以所述第一半水石膏的添加量为100重量份计,所述第一粘结剂的添加量为0.5重量份至1重量份,所述导热材料的添加量为0.1重量份至1重量份,所述第一玻璃纤维的添加量为0.15重量份至0.3重量份,所述第一减水剂的添加量为0.1重量份至0.5重量份,所述水的添加量为55重量份至70重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电热纸面石膏板,其中,所述隔热石膏层的制备原料包括第二半水石膏、第二粘结剂、隔热材料、第二玻璃纤维、第二减水剂、发泡剂和水,并且以所述第二半水石膏的添加量为100重量份计,所述第二粘结剂的添加量为0.5重量份至1重量份,所述隔热材料的添加量为0.1重量份至1重量份,所述第二玻璃纤维的添加量为0.15重量份至0.3重量份,所述第二减水剂的添加量为0.1重量份至0.5重量份,所述发泡剂的添加量为0.5重量份至1重量份,所述水的添加量为55重量份至70重量份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的电热纸面石膏板,其中,所述导热材料选自陶瓷系导热材料、碳系导热材料和钢渣粉中的任意一种或多种;
任选地,
所述陶瓷系导热材料选自氮化铝、碳化硅、氧化铝、氮化硅、硅微粉和氧化锌中的任意一种或多种;
所述碳系导热材料选自碳纳米管、碳纤维和石墨中的任意一种或多种;
所述导热材料的粒度为50nm至50μm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的电热纸面石膏板,其中,所述隔热材料选自SiO2气凝胶、空心玻璃微珠和微硅粉中的任意一种或多种;任选地,所述隔热材料的粒度为10μm至100μm。
8.根据权利要求5所述的电热纸面石膏板,其中,所述发泡剂选自烷基硫酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠和动植物蛋白类发泡剂中的任意一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求4至8中任一项所述的电热纸面石膏板,其中,所述第一半水石膏和所述第二半水石膏各自独立地选自半水脱硫石膏和半水磷石膏中的任意一种或两种;
任选地,
所述第一纤维和所述第二纤维为短切纤维;
所述第一粘结剂和所述第二粘结剂为改性淀粉;
所述第一减水剂和所述第二减水剂各自独立地选自聚羧酸减水剂、萘系减水剂、脂肪酸减水剂和氨基磺酸盐减水剂中的任意一种或多种。
10.一种制备电热纸面石膏板的方法,所述方法包括:
将第一半水石膏、第一粘结剂、导热材料、第一玻璃纤维、第一减水剂和水混合均匀,得到第一混合石膏浆;
将第二半水石膏、第二粘结剂、隔热材料、第二玻璃纤维、第二减水剂、发泡剂和水混合均匀,得到第二混合石膏浆;
将所述第一混合石膏浆铺设在下护面纸上,形成导热石膏层;
在所述导热石膏层上铺设带有电极的电热膜;
将所述第二混合石膏浆铺设在所述电热膜上,形成隔热石膏层;
在所述隔热石膏层上铺设上护面纸;
成型,干燥,制得所述电热纸面石膏板;
任选地,所述干燥包括三个干燥阶段,第一干燥阶段的干燥温度为150℃至200℃,干燥时间为0.5h至1h;第二干燥阶段的干燥温度为100℃至130℃,干燥时间为0.5h至1.5h;第三干燥阶段的干燥温度为45℃至50℃,干燥时间为1h至2h。
