s1, taking the components according to the proportion, adding the recombinant human epidermal growth factor into phosphate buffer solution, and mixing;
s2, adding mannose, collagen and grape seed extract, and dispersing completely;
s3, adding lidocaine hydrochloride, mixing, and homogenizing to obtain the target preparation.
