Abstract
The invention discloses the method for preparing and implanting collagen, comprising the steps of preparing the collagen implants, sodium hyaluronate complex solutions and normal saline injections by mixed in a particular proportion, then implanting the prepared collagen complex nutrient solution into the face by layers for the facial implantation; and 40 days after the collagen implantation, reimplanting the collagen complex nutrient solution according to the facial condition. The invention provides the method for implanting collagen by adopting the layering implantation and reimplantation approach to carry out collagen implantation at all skin layers effectively. A large number of fibroblasts will attach to the implanted collagen and grow accordingly under the environment where collagen is directly replenished to the skin; which can activate the activity of fibroblasts and thus realizes the regeneration induction of high-quality collagen effectively, to achieve a significant effect of collagen regeneration and tissue thickening. There remains new collagen when the collagen is degraded to effectively accomplish the aim of facial rejuvenation.

A METHOD FOR PREPARING AND IMPLANTING COLLAGEN 1001000
The invention relates to the technical fields of beauty, in particular to a method for preparing and implanting collagen.
Collagen is the major component of the body's connective tissue and is widely distributed throughout the body, mainly playing the roles of moisturizing, whitening, anti-wrinkle and anti- aging. However, the increasing ages result in the decreases of the synthetic ability of fibroblasts.
Furthermore, the collagen fibers tend to cross-link and be solidified when the skin lacks sufficient collagen, which reduces intercellular polysaccharides, leading to the aging skin losing luster, softness, and elasticity. Aging skin will cause fiber breakage, lipoatrophy, the hyposecretion of sweat gland and sebaceous gland, wrinkles, age spots, cutis laxa and other aging problems.
Therefore, based on the above background, the invention provides a method for preparing and implanting collagen, by means of layering implantation and reimplantation of collagen implants, to slow the rate of collagen loss in the skin, improve the aging cells of the skin, promote the increase and growth of collagen production and reduce the appearance of necrotic tissue, realizing the youthful-looking skin.
To achieve the above objects, the technical solution provided by the invention is as follows:
A method for preparing and implanting collagen, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing the collagen implants; (2) preparing the sodium hyaluronate complex solutions; (3) homogeneously mixing the collagen implant, the sodium hyaluronate complex solutions 1
BL-5436
LU501530 and the 0.9% normal saline injections with a disposable sterile cock to prepare the collagen complex nutrient solution; (4) implanting the prepared collagen complex nutrient solution in step (3) into the face by layers for the facial implantation; (5) 40 days after the collagen implantation according to the step (4), following the step (4) to reimplant the collagen complex nutrient solution according to the facial condition.
Further, the collagen implants, sodium hyaluronate complex solution and normal saline in step (3) are prepared in a volume ratio of 0.5:2.5:10.
Further, the amount of collagen implant in step (3) is 0.5 ml, the amount of sodium hyaluronate complex solutions in step (3) is 2.5 ml and the amount of normal saline in step (3) is ml.
Further, the step (3) provides the 1 ml disposable sterile insulin syringe as the implantation tool, and the layers of implantation are the upper layer of the periosteum, the deep fascia layer, the superficial fascia layer, the subcutaneous tissue and the dermis respectively.
The invention has the following advantages: the invention provides the method for implanting collagen by adopting the layering implantation and reimplantation approach to carry out collagen implantation effectively at all layers of the skin. A large number of fibroblasts will attach to the implanted collagen and grow accordingly under the environment where collagen is directly replenished to the skin; which is able to activate the activity of fibroblasts and thus realizes the regeneration induction of high- quality collagen effectively, to achieve a significant effect of collagen regeneration and tissue thickening. When the collagen is degraded, there remains new collagen to accomplish the aim of facial rejuvenation effectively. 2
