Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the stirring device 7 includes a stirring motor 71, the stirring motor 71 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the right side of the disinfection box 4, the output end of the stirring motor 71 is connected to a rotating shaft rod through a speed reducer, the rotating shaft rod penetrates through the right side wall of the disinfection box 4 and extends into the disinfection box 4, a stirring rod 72 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft rod in the disinfection box 4, a plurality of activated carbon rods 73 are uniformly and fixedly connected to the stirring rod 72, the stirring rod 72 is rotated by starting the stirring motor 71 to drive the plurality of activated carbon rods 73 to rotate, the activated carbon rods 73 are formed by carbonizing carbon-containing substances such as wood, coal and nut (core) by isolating air at high temperature and then activating, and the activated carbon rods 73 have a large number of micropores and a large specific surface area, thereby having a strong physical adsorption capacity, purifying the waste liquid again, stirring the waste liquid while adsorbing harmful particles by using the plurality of activated carbon rods 73, so that the waste liquid is sufficiently mixed with the disinfectant 62, and the disinfection efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a drain pipe 41 is disposed on the right side of the disinfection box 4, the drain pipe 41 is located at the bottom end of the stirring motor 71, the drain pipe 41 penetrates through the right side wall of the disinfection box 4 and extends inside the disinfection box, a drain valve 42 is mounted on the drain pipe 41, and harmless waste liquid is discharged through the drain pipe 41 by opening the drain valve 42, so as to avoid environmental pollution.
