Abstract

本发明涉及汽车内饰件加工领域,公开一种双色注塑薄膜加饰件透光工艺,包括如下步骤:S1、高压成型;S2、冲裁;S3、放置;S4、双色注塑;S5、CNC铣销;S6、成品,本发明的双色注塑薄膜加饰件透光工艺,通过回转旋转注塑机,当完成一侧注射后,转盘旋转模具,实现另一侧注射,无需通过多台设备的协作完成多色制品,节省产品在多台设备中的平移时间及二次成型放置工序,减少整体运行周期,提高生产效率;旋转平台两侧产品可同时注塑生产,也可实现两套产品的同时生产,进而提升产能;无需购置多套注塑设备,降低购置成本,同时节省设备的占用空间;双色注塑产品一次成型,使得产品的收缩程度大大降低,大幅改善产品的外观质量,提升制品的附加值。

双色注塑薄膜加饰件透光工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件加工领域,尤其涉及双色注塑薄膜加饰件透光工艺。
背景技术
如图1和图2所示,其分别为现有技术中汽车内饰件的结构示意图与剖视图,该汽车内饰件的主体部分1主要由非透光材料注塑而成,主体部分1的特定位置设置有透光区域2,透光区域2通过透明PC料注塑而成。为保证透光区域2表面的硬度及美观性,通常会在透光区域2的外表面附着IML薄膜3,并在IML薄膜3上设置透光纹理。当光源从透光区域2内侧点亮时,光线能够依次通过透光区域2及透光纹理,以在IML薄膜3的表面形成光纹理。
然而,上述结构的汽车内饰件在加工过程中,需要二次成型,且中间需要二次放置工序,延长了生产周期,降低了生产效益。另外,整个工艺流程需要多台注塑设备协作完成,增加了多套设备的购置成本,因此还存在一定的改进空间。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的缺点,提供了一种双色注塑薄膜加饰件透光工艺,能够提升汽车内饰件加工过程中的生产效率,并降低设备购置成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种双色注塑薄膜加饰件透光工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、高压成型,将印刷UV固化后透光纹理的IML片材按照正确位置固定于高压成型模具上,进行高压吸附成型;
S2、冲裁,将高压成型后的IML片材放置于冲裁模具型芯上,进行冲切,模切成型;
S3、放置,将冲裁完成的IML片材按照定位放置于双色注塑机的第一次注射的动模仁上;
S4、双色注塑,先将注塑动模与定模合模,从定模部分热流道浇嘴注射树胶PC,使树胶PC与IML片材黏结融合在一起;然后双色注塑机的转盘旋转180°,以使注塑动模与定模再次合模,另一侧从定模部分热流道浇嘴注射树胶PC/ABS,使树胶PC/ABS与树胶PC黏结融合在一起;最后取出注塑完成的产品,剪去料头;
S5、CNC铣销,将注塑完成的产品正确放置在CNC工装上,对注塑延边区域进行铣销;
S6、成品,将铣销后的产品及导光板安装骨架进行热铆焊接,保压时间为5s;焊接完成后,点亮导光板,产品通过透光区域面映射出透光纹理及光学性能。
作为优选,步骤S1中,加热温度为350℃,成型时间为35s。
作为优选,步骤S4中,树胶PC料温度为290℃,树胶PC/ABS料温度为265℃,注射压力为90Mpa,保压时间为3s,注射速度为35m/s。
作为优选,步骤S5中,刀径为

进给量为2500mm/s,转速为26000r/s。
作为优选,步骤S6中,焊接温度为260℃。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:
1、通过回转旋转注塑机,当完成一侧注射后,转盘旋转模具,实现另一侧注射,无需通过多台设备的协作完成多色制品,节省产品在多台设备中的平移时间以及二次成型放置工序,以减少整体运行周期,从而提高生产效率;
2、旋转平台两侧产品可同时注塑生产,也可实现两套产品的同时生产,进一步提升产能;
3、无需购置多套注塑设备,降低了购置成本,同时节省设备的占用空间;
4、双色注塑产品一次成型,使得产品的收缩程度大大降低,大幅改善产品的外观质量,从而提升制品的附加值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图3所示,本实施例公开的一种双色注塑薄膜加饰件透光工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、高压成型,将印刷UV固化后透光纹理的IML片材按照正确位置固定于高压成型模具上,进行高压吸附成型;
S2、冲裁,将高压成型后的IML片材放置于冲裁模具型芯上,进行冲切,模切成型;
S3、放置,将冲裁完成的IML片材按照定位放置于双色注塑机的第一次注射的动模仁上;
S4、双色注塑,先将注塑动模与定模合模,从定模部分热流道浇嘴注射树胶PC,使树胶PC与IML片材黏结融合在一起;然后双色注塑机的转盘旋转180°,以使注塑动模与定模再次合模,另一侧从定模部分热流道浇嘴注射树胶PC/ABS,使树胶PC/ABS与树胶PC黏结融合在一起;最后取出注塑完成的产品,剪去料头;
S5、CNC铣销,将注塑完成的产品正确放置在CNC工装上,对注塑延边区域进行铣销;
S6、成品,将铣销后的产品及导光板安装骨架进行热铆焊接,保压时间为5s;焊接完成后,点亮导光板,产品通过透光区域2面映射出透光纹理及光学性能。
其中,步骤S4中,合模装置包括转盘旋转模板,可进行回转。当完成一侧注射后,转盘旋转模具,以实现另一侧注射。实现旋转的精确回转定位、减少运行周期以及整体性能的稳定可靠性是回转旋转注塑机(即双色注塑机)的核心。
更进一步的,步骤S1中,加热温度为350℃,成型时间为35s。
更进一步的,步骤S4中,树胶PC料温度为290℃,树胶PC/ABS料温度为265℃,注射压力为90Mpa,保压时间为3s,注射速度为35m/s。
更进一步的,步骤S5中,刀径为

Claims (5)

1.一种双色注塑薄膜加饰件透光工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、高压成型,将印刷UV固化后透光纹理的IML片材按照正确位置固定于高压成型模具上,进行高压吸附成型;
S2、冲裁,将高压成型后的IML片材放置于冲裁模具型芯上,进行冲切,模切成型;
S3、放置,将冲裁完成的IML片材按照定位放置于双色注塑机的第一次注射的动模仁上;
S4、双色注塑,先将注塑动模与定模合模,从定模部分热流道浇嘴注射树胶PC,使树胶PC与IML片材黏结融合在一起;然后双色注塑机的转盘旋转180°,以使注塑动模与定模再次合模,另一侧从定模部分热流道浇嘴注射树胶PC/ABS,使树胶PC/ABS与树胶PC黏结融合在一起;最后取出注塑完成的产品,剪去料头;
