Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法,所述汽车面板包括汽车面板主体和装饰板,汽车面板主体与装饰板颜色不同且在交界处设置有工艺槽,或者汽车面板主体与装饰板颜色不同且有高低落差,覆膜方法为:(1)采用INS覆膜工艺将装饰膜片包覆在装饰板的基材表面,制得装饰板;(2)将采用INS制得的装饰板和汽车面板主体膜片,通过INS覆膜以及二次注塑工艺制得汽车面板,具体为:先将装饰板放置到汽车面板注塑模具内,然后放入汽车面板主体膜片,汽车面板主体膜片与装饰板相交重叠且重叠部分为0.1~1.0mm。本发明在兼备多种色彩装饰功能的同时,还能实现工艺槽包覆或直接减小工艺槽的大小,同时能保证色彩的衔接整齐。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车面板覆膜技术领域,涉及一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法。
背景技术
传统技术一:
当汽车面板装饰需要实现多个色彩的装饰效果时,只能进行拆件分别进行注塑成型,采用喷涂工艺着色,然后进行组装,需要投入较多的工装及人力成本。
传统的技术二:
当产品采用设计工艺槽方式并使用INS技术实行多色彩装饰时,此时膜片的包覆并不能将工艺槽完全包覆,同时在工艺槽区域两种色彩的膜片会随机偏移至工艺槽表面,造成工艺槽异色;同时注塑成型过程常见的料花以及溶接痕等会影响产品的外观装饰效果;规避该问题就需要二次加工处理;增加产品制造成本;当采用膜片预先印刷花纹使用精定位形式体现时,产品制造只能制作平面化的产品,在产品不同色彩区域落差形成拉伸时会出现不同区域拉伸造成两种颜色的结合处形变,根据现有技术统计,拉伸后的形变不能恒定一种状态;会根据不同的外部因素变化而变化,一致性不能保证。
因此,研究一种解决上述问题的汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的是现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法,所述汽车面板包括汽车面板主体和装饰板,汽车面板主体与装饰板颜色不同且在交界处设置有工艺槽,或者汽车面板主体与装饰板颜色不同且有高低落差,包括以下步骤:
(1)装饰板的INS覆膜;
采用INS覆膜工艺将装饰膜片包覆在装饰板的基材表面,制得装饰板;
(2)汽车面板的INS覆膜;
将采用INS制得的装饰板和汽车面板主体膜片,通过INS覆膜以及二次注塑工艺制得汽车面板,具体为:
先将装饰板放置到汽车面板注塑模具内,然后放入汽车面板主体膜片,汽车面板主体膜片与装饰板相交重叠,相交重叠即搭接,且重叠部分(搭接的宽度)为:0.1~1.0mm。
作为优选的技术方案:
如上所述的一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法,所述装饰板为一件以上;每件装饰板都按步骤(1)的方法制作;所有装饰板在步骤(2)一起参与INS覆膜。
如上所述的一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法,步骤(1)具体工艺步骤为:
一、吸塑成型:
将装饰板吸塑模具放入真空或高压成型机中吸附成型,将成卷的膜片放入吸塑设备中加热,然后合模;下模抽真空,上模正压;使膜片包覆到吸塑模具上;得到所需的成型形状;
二、冲切成型:
根据花纹装饰区域设计冲切模具,不同的花纹设置一套模具;冲切后INS膜片断面切口无明细毛刺,断面整齐;
三、注塑成型:
将清理干净的膜片放入注塑模具型腔中,合模注塑成型,使膜片与塑料基材进行融合,然后开模取出产品;
步骤(1)具体工艺参数为:
吸塑成型工艺参数:
膜片表面实际温度:145~165℃,模具温度55~90℃,正压压力:0.3~0.8MPa,真空度-0.075~-0.099MPa;
冲切成型工艺参数:
裁切压力大于40MPa且小于120MPa;
注塑成型工艺参数:
成型温度:220~265℃;成型压力:85~150MPa;射出速度:25~65mm/s;射出时间:1~8s;模具温度:型腔10~35℃,型芯45~75℃。
如上所述的一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法,步骤(2)具体工艺步骤为:
一、吸塑成型:
将汽车面板主体吸塑模具放入真空或高压成型机中吸附成型,将成卷的膜片放入吸塑设备中加热,然后合模;下模抽真空,上模正压;使膜片包覆到吸塑模具上;得到所需的成型形状;
二、冲切成型:
根据花纹装饰区域设计冲切模具,不同的花纹设置一套模具;冲切后INS膜片断面切口无明细毛刺,断面整齐;
三、注塑成型:
将注塑生产好的装饰板表面清理干净并放置在生产汽车面板的注塑模具内,然后将冲切完成的汽车面板主体膜片清理干净放入同一注塑模具型腔中,连同装饰板合模注塑成型,使汽车面板膜片、装饰板形成一个整体,然后开模取出产品;
步骤(2)具体工艺参数为:
吸塑成型工艺参数:
膜片表面实际温度:145~165℃,模具温度55~90℃,正压压力:0.3~0.8MPa,真空度-0.075~-0.099MPa;
冲切成型工艺参数:
裁切压力大于40MPa且小于120MPa;
注塑成型工艺参数:
成型温度:250~295℃;成型压力:100~150MPa;射出速度:25-65mm/s;射出时间:1~8s;模具温度:型腔10~35℃,型芯45~75℃。
如上所述的一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法,所述汽车面板壁厚为2.5~3.5mm,壁厚相差部分均匀渐变;在所述汽车面板主体与所述装饰板嵌套重叠部分,汽车面板壁厚比装饰板壁厚大1.2mm以上,并与周边其他区域均匀渐变或圆弧过渡;所述装饰板壁厚为1.2~2.0mm。
如上所述的一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法,工艺槽体现形式不限定,工艺槽的宽度大于等于0.8mm,深度大于等于0.5mm;所述高低落差是指所述汽车面板主体与所述装饰板高度差大于等于0.5mm。
如上所述的一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法,所述装饰板的基材为ABS或ASA;所述装饰膜片为片状或卷状,厚度在0.25~0.55mm之间,材质为ABS、PC/ABS或PC。
如上所述的一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法,所述汽车面板主体的基材为ABS、PC/ABS或PC;汽车面板主体膜片的材质为ABS、PC/ABS或PC。

将上述所有采用INS制得的储物盒装饰圈、杯架装饰圈以及幅仪表板面板主体膜片依次放入幅仪表板面板注塑模具注塑成型;具体为:先将装饰圈放置到副仪表板面板注塑模具内,然后放入副仪表板面板主体膜片,副仪表板面板主体膜片与注塑模具型腔过渡贴合;与装饰圈相交重叠,重叠部分为0.5mm;其中,副仪表板面板主体的基材为PC/ABS,汽车面板主体膜片的材质为ABS;具体工艺参数为:
吸塑成型工艺参数:
膜片表面实际温度:155℃,模具温度65℃,正压压力:0.6MPa,真空度-0.085MPa;
冲切成型工艺参数:
裁切压力84MPa;
注塑成型工艺参数:

最终产品效果为多种色彩,色彩交接处只有落差产生,同样不会露出底材色彩。

(2)汽车面板的INS覆膜;
将采用INS制得的装饰板和汽车面板主体膜片,通过INS覆膜以及二次注塑工艺制得汽车面板,具体为:

所述汽车面板壁厚为2.5~3.5mm,壁厚相差部分均匀渐变;在所述汽车面板主体与所述装饰板嵌套重叠部分,汽车面板壁厚比装饰板壁厚大1.2mm以上,并与周边其他区域均匀渐变或圆弧过渡;所述装饰板壁厚为1.2~2.0mm;
工艺槽的宽度大于等于0.8mm,深度大于等于0.5mm;所述高低落差是指所述汽车面板主体与所述装饰板高度差大于等于0.5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法,其特征在于,所述装饰板为一件以上;每件装饰板都按步骤(1)的方法制作;所有装饰板在步骤(2)一起参与INS覆膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法,其特征在于,所述装饰板的基材为ABS或ASA;所述装饰膜片为片状或卷状,厚度在0.25~0.55mm之间,材质为ABS、PC/ABS或PC。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车面板的嵌套INS覆膜方法,其特征在于,所述汽车面板主体的基材为ABS、PC/ABS或PC;汽车面板主体膜片的材质为ABS、PC/ABS或PC。
