Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of foods, in particular to a composition for clearing internal heat, a beverage for clearing internal heat and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The excessive internal heat is a slight and easily-repeated disease accompanied with symptoms of red swelling, hot pain, ulcer and the like, which is a disease of the susceptible people and is caused by internal environment disorder mainly including accelerated energy metabolism, enhanced oxidative stress, dysbacteriosis and immune homeostasis destruction of the body under the action of a series of inducement effects such as fatigue, mental stress, hot diet and the like, so that the skin mucous membranes of the head, the face, the mouth, the tongue, the gum, the throat, the eyes, the nose and the like of the human body are subjected to inflammatory reaction. In clinic, the change of climate often causes excessive internal heat, especially when the body is dry in autumn every year, the body fluid is insufficient and the internal heat is increased. With the continuous and intensive research on the relevant biological mechanism of "excessive internal heat", it is found that "excessive internal heat" is an adaptive capacity for stabilizing and maintaining the internal environment of the organism caused by the stimulation of various stressors such as environmental change, lifestyle change, physical chemistry and the like, and the process from "excessive internal heat" to disease formation is a stress load reaction process including the central nervous system, endocrine system and immune system. When inflammation occurs, the inflammation factors attack self tissues to cause the disturbance of an immune system in vivo and cause the physiological dysfunction to cause the pathological changes of the organism. Researchers think that the prevention and treatment of excessive internal heat should ensure the balance of the organism and improve the immunity, and the occurrence of inflammation is closely related to the immunity. The "excessive heat" belongs to the category of heat syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine, the excessive heat syndrome is mainly caused by hyperfimmunity, the deficient heat syndrome is mainly caused by reduced immunity, and both of the excessive heat syndrome and the deficient heat syndrome have T cell immune dysfunction. The compositions for clearing or reducing the fire used in the prior art have certain drawbacks, such as: has certain side effects, extremely poor taste or poor effect of clearing away internal heat.
In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.
