Abstract

The application discloses a composition with functions of strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach, tonifying qi and generating blood and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of medicines, health-care products and foods. The composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of Chinese date, 8-30 parts of black rice, 1-10 parts of lotus seed, 1-10 parts of common yam rhizome, 1-10 parts of gordon euryale seed, 1-10 parts of red bean, 1-5 parts of poria cocos, 1-5 parts of coix seed, 0.1-2 parts of wolfberry fruit, 0.1-2 parts of white hyacinth bean, 0.1-2 parts of longan aril, 0.1-2 parts of kudzu, 0.01-0.5 part of roselle, 0.1-1 part of donkey-hide gelatin protein peptide and 3-6 parts of whole milk powder. The composition has reasonable compatibility and strong plasticity, can be processed into various foods, and is easy to popularize and use. The application further provides a preparation method of the convenient brewing powder with the functions of tonifying spleen and nourishing stomach, and tonifying qi and generating blood. The brewing powder prepared by pretreating the raw materials, drying, frying, crushing and blending the finished product has harmonious flavor, fine powder quality, convenient brewing and carrying, suitability for both old and young, suitability for daily eating, and tonifying function, and has important market value.

Description

Composition and food with functions of tonifying spleen and nourishing stomach, tonifying qi and generating blood and preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicines, health-care products and foods, in particular to a composition with functions of strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach, tonifying qi and generating blood and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Traditional Chinese medicine holds that the spleen and stomach occupy an important position in life activities of human bodies, and is the acquired root, the hub of qi movement ascending and descending, the source of qi and blood generation, and the sources of human fine and micro substances are not related to transportation and transformation of acquired spleen. The Ming Dynasty doctor Zhangjing Yue points out: earth qi is the source of all things, stomach qi is the main part of health preservation. The strong stomach is strong, the weak stomach is weak, the stomach is growing, and the stomach is not dying, so that the spleen and stomach are the first one in the health preserving family. "doctor king wenlu also says: "spleen-nourishing, qi-nourishing, and health-preserving are also required"; therefore, the vigorous spleen and stomach determine the life of a person, and are the key to health preservation and body building. The spleen and stomach are also called as "sea of food", and qi tonifying and generation of nutrient and blood are the basic functions. The material basis of human body functional activities, such as nutrient substances, qi and blood, body fluids, essence and the like, are generated in the spleen and stomach, so that the spleen and stomach are vigorous, the source of transformation is sufficient, the viscera are strong, the qi activity is regulated, the metabolism is ordered, and the life activities are coordinated and balanced; when the spleen fails to transport and the stomach receives insufficient stomach qi, the transportation and transformation are abnormal, qi and blood are deficient, the channels and collaterals are empty and the viscera are involved, thus causing various metabolic disorders. So the famous physicians of the first generation Li Dongyuan said that "the spleen and stomach are injured internally and the diseases are in clusters". Therefore, the spleen strengthening and stomach nourishing are not only means for strengthening the body and assisting the generation of qi and blood, but also key for resisting diseases, so the spleen and the stomach must be well nourished in the future.
The modern society has rapid economic development, intense competition, large working pressure and complex interpersonal relationship, and if excessive thinking, liver depression and spleen stagnation and heart fire are excessive, the spleen and stomach are easily damaged and diseases are easily caused. And with the acceleration of the pace of life, the takeaway industry develops rapidly, people live increasingly abundantly at night, three meals are irregular, overeating the people with fat, sweet and thick taste, drinking wine, smoking without degree, and the spleen and stomach can be injured internally. Therefore, the development of the convenient health food which can invigorate the spleen and nourish the stomach, and replenish qi and generate blood has important practical significance.
The food with dual purposes of medicine and food has a good effect on regulating the spleen and the stomach, has small side effect compared with the medicine, is suitable for long-term nursing and daily eating, and has incomparable advantages for people needing long-term regulation. Under the theoretical guidance of traditional Chinese medicine and nutriology, the composition combines some foods with medicinal value into a formula, and endows the foods with special effects, thereby achieving the functions of strengthening spleen and stomach, tonifying qi and generating blood. In addition, the composition has strong plasticity, can be processed into various forms of foods, such as convenient brewing powder, tabletting candies, biscuits and cakes, is easy to popularize and use, can meet the daily recuperation requirements of consumers, promotes the body health, can fill the gap in the market of spleen-tonifying and stomach-nourishing health-care foods, and has a great market prospect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composition with functions of strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach, and tonifying qi and generating blood for some sub-health people. The composition has reasonable compatibility and safe composition, has good regulating effect on weakness of the spleen and the stomach, poor appetite, abdominal distension after eating, dyspepsia, loose stool, shortness of breath and no speaking desire, aversion to cold and cold limbs, dizziness and tinnitus, listlessness, fatigue and weakness, lusterless complexion, dry hair, insomnia and dreaminess, amnesia and palpitation and other symptoms caused by deficiency of both qi and blood, and can help sub-health people to improve physical comprehensive quality.

2. Screening of auxiliary materials for brewing powder
The mixing powder needs to have better mixing property during mixing, is not easy to agglomerate, and the formed paste has moderate viscosity and better taste and flavor, so the mixing powder needs to be added with a sweetening agent and a stabilizing agent for regulation. In order to optimize the reconstitution performance and the edible mouthfeel of the composition, an orthogonal experiment method is used for screening added auxiliary materials, 4 factors of the auxiliary materials, namely maltodextrin (A), microcrystalline cellulose (B), xylitol (C) and xanthan gum (D) are selected for investigation, each factor is set to be 3 levels, the reconstitution performance, the taste and the mouthfeel of the composition are used as investigation indexes, and L9(34) The test was performed using the orthogonal table (2) and the measured data were sensory evaluation scores. The specific experimental method is as follows: taking 50g of sample, adding 200ml of 80 ℃ deionized water for brewing, and grading the color, the tissue state, the brewing property, the taste/smell and the mouthfeel of the composition by 10 specially trained sensory evaluators according to the grading standard in the table 1, wherein the color grading accounts for 10%, the tissue state is 20%, the brewing property is 30%, the taste/smell and the mouthfeel are 40%, and the average of 10 evaluation scores is finally scored.
Table 1: sensory evaluation criteria for compositions
Figure BDA0003272538790000071
The scoring standard is referred to the standard Q/KYAXL0003S-2020 of instant food industry, and is modified.
Note: the total score is color × 10% + texture × 20% + reconstitution × 30% + taste/smell and mouthfeel × 40%.

Table 4: analysis of variance results
Figure BDA0003272538790000082
The results of the orthogonal test (table 3) and the results of the anova (table 4) show that the order of the effects of the auxiliary materials on the overall sensory effect of the composition is as follows: xylitol, its preparation method and use>Xanthan gum>Microcrystalline cellulose>Maltodextrin, the most preferred scheme is A1B3C2D2As can be seen from table 3, the calculated optimal solution does not appear in the orthogonal test, and thus a verification test is required, and the sensory evaluation score after verification is 8.8, and thus, the optimal formula a is determined1B3C2D2Namely 30% of maltodextrin, 5% of microcrystalline cellulose, 2% of xylitol and 0.4% of xanthan gum.
