The present application also provides a process for the preparation of a composition as described above, comprising the steps of:
(1) selecting and cleaning raw materials: removing impurities from semen Sojae Atricolor, brown rice, semen Cucurbitae, Poria, semen Nelumbinis, rhizoma Dioscoreae, semen euryales, fructus Lycii, semen Juglandis, semen lablab album, Coicis semen, rhizoma Polygonati, and Ginseng radix, and cleaning semen Sojae Atricolor, brown rice, semen Cucurbitae, Poria, semen Nelumbinis, rhizoma Dioscoreae, semen euryales, fructus Lycii, semen Juglandis, semen lablab album, Coicis semen, rhizoma Polygonati, and Ginseng radix with clear water;
(2) drying raw materials: drying cleaned semen Sojae Atricolor, brown rice, semen Cucurbitae, Poria, semen Nelumbinis, rhizoma Dioscoreae, semen euryales, fructus Lycii, semen Juglandis, semen lablab album, Coicis semen, rhizoma Polygonati, and Ginseng radix in an electric heating constant temperature drying oven until water content is less than 5%; preferably drying at 65-75 ℃;

(4) crushing raw materials: weighing the dried and fried raw materials according to a formula proportion, firstly crushing 1.2kg of black beans, 0.6kg of brown rice, 0.5kg of pumpkin seed kernels, 0.4kg of poria cocos, 0.4kg of lotus seeds, 0.4kg of dioscorea opposita, 0.4kg of gordon euryale seeds, 0.4kg of medlar, 0.3kg of walnut kernels, 0.3kg of white hyacinth beans, 0.3kg of coix seeds, 0.3kg of rhizoma polygonati and 0.1kg of ginseng into coarse powder, and sieving the coarse powder (more than 24 meshes) to obtain raw material coarse powder.
2. Taste blending and sensory evaluation of blended powder
The mixing powder needs to have better solubility and no agglomeration when being mixed, the formed paste has moderate viscosity and good stability, and simultaneously, the paste has better taste and flavor. Therefore, auxiliary materials, sweetening agents and stabilizing agents are required to be added.
2.1 influence of different adjuvants on sensory evaluation results of the reconstituted powder
Weighing 56g of coarse powder of the raw materials, simultaneously adding 0.2g of oyster peptide powder and 3.4g of whole milk powder, respectively adding different auxiliary materials, crushing, sieving (over 120 meshes), uniformly mixing, and carrying out sensory evaluation, wherein the evaluation results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, maltodextrin and microcrystalline cellulose are preferred as the auxiliary materials, and the evaluation results are the best, so the weight ratio of the raw material coarse powder, the oyster peptide powder, the whole milk powder, the maltodextrin and the microcrystalline cellulose is preferably 56:0.2:3.4:21.8: 3.
2.2 Effect of different sweeteners on sensory evaluation results of reconstituted powders
56g of coarse powder of the raw materials is weighed, 0.2g of oyster peptide powder, 3.4g of whole milk powder, 21.8g of maltodextrin and 3g of microcrystalline cellulose are simultaneously added, different sweetener types and different using amounts of the sweeteners are respectively added, and evaluation results are shown in table 2.

Experiment on effects of composition on strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach, and tonifying qi and kidney
1. The test example is from the following sources: 96 adult volunteers are selected to participate, wherein 28 cases are 18-30 years old, 45 cases are 31-45 years old, and 23 cases are 45-60 years old. The experimental population was randomly divided into 3 groups of 32 persons each, and the powder was taken separately.
2. Symptom expression of the tested human group: weakness of the spleen and stomach, inappetence, abdominal distention, dyspepsia, heavy dampness, soreness of the waist and knees, tiredness, asthenia, and listlessness.

(1) pretreatment of raw materials: removing impurities from semen Sojae Atricolor, brown rice, semen Cucurbitae, Poria, semen Nelumbinis, rhizoma Dioscoreae, semen euryales, fructus Lycii, semen Juglandis, semen lablab album, Coicis semen, rhizoma Polygonati, and Ginseng radix, and cleaning semen Sojae Atricolor, brown rice, semen Cucurbitae, Poria, semen Nelumbinis, rhizoma Dioscoreae, semen euryales, fructus Lycii, semen Juglandis, semen lablab album, Coicis semen, rhizoma Polygonati, and Ginseng radix with clear water;
(2) drying raw materials: putting cleaned black beans, brown rice, pumpkin seed kernels, poria cocos, lotus seeds, common yam rhizome, gordon euryale seeds, medlar, walnut kernels, white hyacinth beans, coix seeds, sealwort and ginseng into an electric heating constant-temperature drying oven, drying at 65-75 ℃ until the water content is less than 5%;
