Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型离合器面片胶线二步法生产工艺,按如下步骤:S1制作复合纱线;S2将复合纱线经树脂液浸渍处理后进行烘干,树脂液由固体酚醛树脂20‑40重量份,酒精60‑80重量份组成,烘干温度为60‑120℃,胶线挥发份控制在10‑30%,制成树脂纱线;树脂纱线中树脂的含量占复合纱线重量5‑20%;S3用胶片对树脂纱线在挤出机中进行包裹,制成胶线。本发明有如下的有益效果:不需要对橡胶、树脂等粘结剂进行溶解的工艺,节约汽油、苯酚等有机溶剂,生产过程安全、环保;同时不需要专门的大型烘干塔,节约燃料,采用本发明工艺能提高劳动生产率30%以上,离合器面片产品摩擦性能稳定、磨损率降低10%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种离合器面片胶线生产工艺。
背景技术
离合器面片生产过程中,需要先制作胶线,再经过缠绕毛坯、热压成型、热处理、机械加工等工序完成离合器面片的制造,胶线制作是离合器面片制造的关键工序,是决定离合器面片的性能的最重要的工序,目前大部分离合器面片胶线生产工艺采用溶解法工艺生产,少部分采用一次挤出裹胶工艺生产。
离合器面片胶线溶解法生产工艺是指以汽油、苯酚等溶剂溶解橡胶、树脂及和各种摩擦性能调节剂组合,然后涂抹在各种纤维材料上组成胶线,同时需要用烘干塔进行胶线干燥工艺,完成离合器面片的胶线制造;其存在的主要问题是,大量使用汽油等溶剂,由于汽油是易挥发易燃烧的液体,存在环保和安全问题;
离合器面片胶线一次挤出裹胶工艺是指用胶片将经过树脂液浸渍的复合纱线直接在挤出机中实现胶和线包裹,制成胶线;其存在的问题是,离合器面片性能的不稳定。
发明内容
本发明根据以上不足,提供了一种环保型离合器面片胶线二步法生产工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种环保型离合器面片胶线二步法生产工艺,按如下步骤:
S1制作复合纱线;
S2将复合纱线经树脂液浸渍处理后进行烘干,树脂液由固体酚醛树脂20-40重量份,酒精60-80重量份组成,烘干温度为60-120℃,胶线挥发份控制在10-30%,制成树脂纱线;树脂纱线中树脂的含量占复合纱线重量5-20%;
S3用胶片对树脂纱线在挤出机中进行包裹,制成胶线。
需要说明的是,本发明所述的二步法生产工艺主要是指复合纱线加工完后的工艺步骤,二步法不含复合纱线的制作。
还需要说明的是,本发明由于增加复合纱线的烘干步骤,保证离合器面片产品性能的稳定,还能提高离合器面片的耐磨性能和耐高温性能;
所述步骤S1中,所述复合纱线由玻璃纤维、亚克力纤维和铜丝组成,玻璃纤维重量份为50-70份、亚克力纤维重量份为15-30份、铜丝重量份为10-25份,其中,铜丝在捻线时加入,捻线采用正反捻线,捻度在50-100捻之间;
所述步骤S3中,所述胶片由如下重量份的原料构成:改性酚醛树脂为9-16份,丁苯橡胶为9-15份,丁腈橡胶为10-17份,橡胶助剂为8-12份,碳黑为7-12份、硫化锑为2-5份,片状石墨为6-10份,碳酸钙为9-13份,硫酸钡为9-13份、长石粉为8-12份。
本发明有如下的有益效果:
(1)环保型二步法工艺不需要对橡胶、树脂等粘结剂进行溶解的工艺,节约汽油、苯酚等有机溶剂,生产过程安全、环保;同时不需要专门的大型烘干塔,节约燃料,解决了现有技术中,烘干塔胶线烘干效率低、造成生产胶线的效率低的技术问题,采用本发明工艺能提高劳动生产率30%以上,离合器面片产品摩擦性能稳定、磨损率降低10%
(2)本发明与胶线一次挤出裹胶工艺相比由于增加复合纱线的适当烘干,保证离合器面片产品性能的稳定,提高离合器面片的耐磨性能和耐高温性能;
(3)大大减轻操作工的劳动强度。
本发明具有工艺简单步骤少、成本低、生产效率高、安全环保的有益效果,用本发明加工的产品稳定性能、耐磨性能和耐高温性能显著提高。
具体实施方式
实施例1,一种环保型离合器面片胶线二步法生产工艺,按如下步骤:
制作复合纱线;复合纱线由玻璃纤维、亚克力纤维和铜丝组成,玻璃纤维重量份为50份、亚克力纤维重量份为15份、铜丝重量份为10份,其中,铜丝在捻线时加入,捻线采用正反捻线,捻度在50捻之间;
将复合纱线经树脂液浸渍处理后进行烘干,树脂液由固体酚醛树脂20重量份,酒精60重量份组成,烘干温度为60℃,胶线挥发份控制在10%,制成树脂纱线;树脂纱线中树脂的含量占复合纱线重量5%;
用胶片对树脂纱线在挤出机中进行包裹,制成胶线。胶片由如下重量份的原料构成:改性酚醛树脂为9份,丁苯橡胶为9份,丁腈橡胶为10份,橡胶助剂为8份,碳黑为7份、硫化锑为2份,片状石墨为6份,碳酸钙为9份,硫酸钡为9份、长石粉为8份。
实施例2,一种环保型离合器面片胶线二步法生产工艺,按如下步骤:
制作复合纱线;复合纱线由玻璃纤维、亚克力纤维和铜丝组成,玻璃纤维重量份为70份、亚克力纤维重量份为30份、铜丝重量份为25份,其中,铜丝在捻线时加入,捻线采用正反捻线,捻度在100捻之间;
将复合纱线经树脂液浸渍处理后进行烘干,树脂液由固体酚醛树脂40重量份,酒精80重量份组成,烘干温度为120℃,胶线挥发份控制在30%,制成树脂纱线;树脂纱线中树脂的含量占复合纱线重量%;
用胶片对树脂纱线在挤出机中进行包裹,制成胶线。胶片由如下重量份的原料构成:改性酚醛树脂为16份,丁苯橡胶为15份,丁腈橡胶为17份,橡胶助剂为12份,碳黑为12份、硫化锑为5份,片状石墨为10份,碳酸钙为13份,硫酸钡为13份、长石粉为12份。
实施例3,一种环保型离合器面片胶线二步法生产工艺,按如下步骤:
制作复合纱线;复合纱线由玻璃纤维、亚克力纤维和铜丝组成,玻璃纤维重量份为60份、亚克力纤维重量份为22份、铜丝重量份为22份,其中,铜丝在捻线时加入,捻线采用正反捻线,捻度在75捻之间;
将复合纱线经树脂液浸渍处理后进行烘干,树脂液由固体酚醛树脂30重量份,酒精70重量份组成,烘干温度为90℃,胶线挥发份控制在20%,制成树脂纱线;树脂纱线中树脂的含量占复合纱线重量12%;
用胶片对树脂纱线在挤出机中进行包裹,制成胶线。胶片由如下重量份的原料构成:改性酚醛树脂为12份,丁苯橡胶为12份,丁腈橡胶为13份,橡胶助剂为10份,碳黑为9份、硫化锑为3份,片状石墨为8份,碳酸钙为11份,硫酸钡为11份、长石粉为10份。

S1制作复合纱线;
S2将复合纱线经树脂液浸渍处理后进行烘干,树脂液由固体酚醛树脂20-40重量份,酒精60-80重量份组成,烘干温度为60-120℃,胶线挥发份控制在10-30%,制成树脂纱线;树脂纱线中树脂的含量占复合纱线重量5-20%;
S3用胶片对树脂纱线在挤出机中进行包裹,制成胶线。
